good

no

I had a pleasant stay at the property. Location - excellent!

very nice layout and comfortable

hard to find entrance, even with video provided

Everything is good . The best part is there have a karoake set so we have a good time .

Clear instructions, special design, comfort. We were there only from after dinner, so only bed and bath. Left before breakfast. Value for money.

Only the exhaust fan upstairs noisy

Location was great and room was well designed for a family stay

Cleaning of house and maintenance of bathroom can be better,AC needs to be serviced and not adequate for the loaft, pest control is required

Everything was fine, had a few hiccups but the host resolved those quickly. They even allowed us to check out at 1pm as our flight got delayed. Emphatic host❤️

Nothing much.

I found about 4 cockroaches at the kitchen, and a lot of ants after I checked in. The unit have serious water leaking issue. The floor at upper level bathroom is flooded after bathing. The staff dont really bother me too.

Spacious, clear check-in instructions, host seems friendly

Apartment was well-equipped, but many things were broken. The Uno attack game launcher battery was dead. One of the Karaoke speakers was not working, the charging brick was dangling in mid air causing frequent disconnects. Water dispenser had the service check light lit up, meaning not yet serviced so not sure if the water was drinkable. Kitchen toilet flushing mechanism was faulty and basically not usable. The hand soap was already used up and not refilled. Both air conditioning units had very dirty filters which affects the coldness of the released air and they obviously have not been serviced for a long time. There was no tissue paper provided. The entire unit was incredibly dusty it triggered our sinus, there's a thick layer of dust on the ceiling lamp, the carpet at the bed area looks like it hasn't been deep-cleaned for a long while already. It's obvious that the unit was poorly maintained, which is a pity given the aesthetics.

The interior is decorated to cater relaxation and escapade-kind of vibe despite being near the city. Almost like a different environment once we enter the unit.

Ants and small flies infestation. Not too serious and absolutely could be improved.

Karaoke & Netflix

Transparent bathroom

Everything about this property is above and beyond excellent. From the agent, facilities and cleanliness

Nothing

Clean and very comfort place .

Adequate bed, air matress, sofa bed and comforters. Netflix and karaoke set. Hopefully the host can provide a few mugs for hot drinks. Only glasses are available. Host is always responsive. Recommended place to stay 👍

Translucent bathroom door and walls 🫣 Lack of safety rail on the loft (gayat and scary), not safe for children. Lighting can be improve, a bit dim at night. Carpet upstairs is a bit smelly, perhaps it is near the bathroom and always wet. No need to put carpet near the bathroom.

They have set karoke, everything is good. Nice place.

The facilities all perfect, clean and as per pictures.

Beautiful place to stay

Access card for the parking not available.. so have to pay the parking fees by my own..

Super convenient location and other facilities provided. Comfy bed 🥰

Karaoke machine and microphones were slightly difficult to use.

Good place, nice ambience will come back!

Room is clean and comfortable

There is no access card in the mailbox when check in have to wait the owner to send the access card via lalamove rider….

The view,the designer of property

Aircond not cool at top...wifi not functional

Totally like this homestay! Very nice and full facilities, will come back again. Thumbs up for owner!

I recently stayed at Empire Damansara Designer Soho for three days and two nights, and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. The owner were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist with any requests made my stay even more enjoyable. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The inclusion of a karaoke setup and access to Netflix was a fantastic bonus, providing entertainment options for any mood. The location of Empire Damansara Designer Soho is also worth mentioning, with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. Whether I wanted to explore the area or simply relax in my room, everything was conveniently accessible. Overall, I had a fantastic time at Empire Damansara Designer Soho and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great service. I'll definitely be returning in the future.

will come back again . nice place

The room is clean with quality furniture and kitchen appliances (although we don't cook). The KaraOK and netflix. The good things as described by most other review.

1. Filtered and booked as 2 bedroom apartment at booking.com. It was shown and selected as 2 bedroom room apartment price and room description also clearly stated 2 separate bedrooms. However, the actual is 1 bedroom SOHO. Owner claimed that it is a one bedroom SOHO. So devided to raise dispute with booking.com as too late to change and let booking.com resolve with owner on the gap. 2. The KOK system came with error and need to reset multple times. Then error gone, but the touch screen for song selection is not responsive. Owner request to reset and power off, tried multple times still the same. But luckily found out can scan QR code from TV screen and control with own ipad instead. 3. 2 wired mic and 4 wireless mouse provided but only 1 wired mic works, another wired mic intermittent. Wireless mic totally out. Useless to have many that are not working. 4. Downstairs toilet, after flush, water backfill is very slow, take mins for next person to use and flush. 5. Privacy. Living room installed with cctv. Although facing the wall (maybe kok system) but this can be remote control the viewing angle from the apps. Personally i dont think any guest like it. It should have been stated in booking.com. Wonder if this is allowed by booking.com.

The place is great! Look the decos and apartment! Thank you for the stay!!

Very responsive owner. Smooth check in & check out process as clear instruction was given. Fully equipped with kitchen appliances & utensils, KTV system, UNO card, towels, shampoo, etc.

Decoration very nice and clean.the view on 24th floor was so amazing
