Hele vriendelijke familie en behulpzaam. Locatie is ook top, van koutoubia moskee eenmaal rechtdoor lopen en je bent er. Hiernaast ook carefour om de hoek voor boodschappen. Zeker een aanrader.

The owner and his son are very hospitable and nice. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities for comfort. I wish to come here again. And I will definitely recommend this place to my friends. I just want to thank him and his son for their hospitality.

L’appartement était parfait ! L’accueil et la dévotion pour notre bien être a été incroyable nous avions demander des horaires différente car notre départs et retour avais des heures tardives et ça n’a pas déranger l’hôte au contraire il a tout fais pour que nous nous sentions bien et la bienvenue à marrakech ! le wifi marche très bien. la cuisine et la machine à laver sont en bonne etat de marche. Juste un grand merci pour l’accueil et pour ces vacances exceptionnelles nous reviendrons !

Supermarché à côté pour faire les courses. Notre hôte a proposé nous raccompagner à l’aéroport. Appartement propre, spacieux et. Calme.

The location was perfect. The owner was very flexible. You can park your car in front of the building for free. The TV includes all channels (including french channels as well). The rental price is unbeatable as well. We will come back !

Tem uns lances de escada até a acomodação

L'appartamento è comodo, pulito e abbiamo apprezzato tanto la disponibilità e gentilezza dell'host. Il materasso molto comodo. Abbiamo dormito benissimo. La posizione è perfetta, anche perché c'è la possibilità di parcheggiare facilmente in strada. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

Dzīvokļa atrašanās vieta – ērta, salīdzinoši tuvu gan Medinai (vecpilsētai), gan Gueliz rajonam. Iela pati par sevi ir mierīga.

Ierodoties apkārtnē, pirmais iespaids bija ļoti negatīvs – iela un apkārtējās ēkas rada puspamestu graustu un nolaistas vides sajūtu, sākotnēji pat nebija skaidrs, kura no ēkām ir īstā. Tas būtiski neatbilda gaidītajam. Galvenā problēma bija pastāvīgs troksnis no kaimiņu dzīvokļa tieši aiz guļamistabas sienas. Sienas ir ļoti plānas, un skaļas sarunas un pārvietošanās bija dzirdamas līdz vēlam vakaram un naktī. Pat ar ausu aizbāžņiem miegs nebija iespējams. Par problēmu vairākkārt informējām saimnieku. Reāls uzlabojums bija jūtams tikai pēdējā naktī, pēc Booking.com iesaistes, kad nosacīts klusums iestājās īsi pirms plkst. 23:00. (Jāpiebilst, saimnieks ar ģimeni dzīvo tajā pašā ēkā, tikai viņam ieeja no otra ēkas gala.) Ēkas kāpņu telpa ir sliktā tehniskā stāvoklī (avārijas stāvoklī) – ar pagaidu balstiem nostiprināti pārsegumi virs kāpnēm. Bojājumi rada nedrošības sajūtu, potenciāli bīstami. Arī pats dzīvoklis ir fiziski nolietots, prasās pēc renovācijas. Kopējais stāvoklis un pieredze absolūti neatbilda samaksātajai cenai. No vairākām naktsmītnēm Marokā šī bija vissliktākā pieredze atpūtas un miega ziņā. Mierīgai atpūtai šo dzīvokli ieteikt nevaru.

The apartment is clean and comfortable, with everything you need. The location is excellent, everything is within walking distance. There's a supermarket across the street. The host, Mohamed, was very helpful and friendly. I felt very welcomed.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν τέλεια. Κοντά στην κεντρική πλατεία, 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν ΥΠΕΡΟΧΟΙ! Εξυπηρετικοί στα πάντα! Ζητήσαμε να αφήσουμε τις βαλίτσες μας μέχρι το βράδυ και μας τις κρατήσανε στο γραφείο τους.

Έχει ένα διπλό κρεβάτι μόνο. Οι υπόλοιποι είναι καναπέδες.

Super goede ligging, fijne buurt, net buiten het drukke gedeelte, maar met 15 min lopen ben je in het centrum. Fijn ruim appartement van alle gemakken voorzien, schoon en netjes. De eigenaar regelde een taxi om ons van het vliegveld te halen en bracht ons zelf weer terug. Zijn zoon en dochter zijn goede tolken, spreken goed Engels! Top verblijf en wij zouden er zo weer verblijven.

Als je wat licht slaapt, zijn oordoppen wel handig, omdat ernaast 2 honden zitten, dus nogal kunnen blaffen, ook in de nacht. Maar wij hadden er geen last van.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Everything worked properly. The bed was very comfortable and the host was very friendly.

Key collection was super easy and driver was waiting for us at the airport outside with a name board (booked through the apartment for £15). The host was very nice and accommodating, even though English wasn't their strong point they made us very comfortable and explained everything on paper in the property. Location is great with quick access to a local shop that has all the essentials needed for a long stay (Carrefour). Great Cafe around the corner, where you can get a breakfast for only £5. Air conditioned room and a generous sized living room area to sit and rest, are a few of the things that make this place great! Very grateful to our Host for helping with the printing of our tickets last minute and being available for any questions or queries!

Apart from the dogs barking in the night and the bedroom being slightly small for a family (I slept on the sofa for the stay), its manageable considering the savings. Not all taxis or excursions can pick up from a residential area so you will need to take a taxi (£3-4 to the souk) or walk 5 minutes to the bus stop nearby.

Ruim appartement. 55 M2, met keuken, badkamer, airco en balkon. Eenvoudig maar netjes en schoon, 200 meter buiten de oude stadsmuur, 20 minuten lopen naar het centrale plein en dichtbij een Carrefour supermarkt met slijterij. Eigenaar kan je tegen betaling halen en brengen van en naar het vliegveld.

Achter het appartement zitten enkele honden in de tuin, die zowel overdag en ook ook 's nacht kunnen blaffen.

Accoglienza da parte del proprietario di casa molto calorosa. Ci ha spiegato come potevamo arrivare alla medina, le distanze, i ristoranti consigliati. Molto disponibile anche telefonicamente in base alle nostre esigenze. La casa si trova nella zona nuova, Gueliz, molto sicura anche la sera tardi. Comoda anche per il punto di ritiro dei tour guidati.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was perfectly located close to the city centre, making it easy to explore everything on foot. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Everything about it was just perfect – I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Our host was very communicative and friendly - he and his family were incredibly helpful and welcoming! The location is really a bonus - we could walk to all the various attractions, and enjoyed returning to the very comfortable apartment - well equipped kitchen and bathroom, and clean fresh linens. There is a small balcony to enjoy, and a drying rack and washing machine to use if required. This apartment was a wonderful alternative to hotel living, and there is a really good supermarket two minutes away - with fresh produce, butchery and fresh fish, beer etc. and all household requirements. - a real plus! I would definitely recommend this comfortable apartment - we'd had a month in hotels, riads etc. and this was a great way to relax and take the pressure off at the end of a busy tour. Our host very kindly took us to the station for an early train trip to Casablanca - thank you and all our best wishes - we'd love to visit you again!

El apartamento es muy acogedor y muy bien ubicado, con un Carrefour a tan solo 4 minutos y bastante cerca tanto de la zona nueva como del centro de Marrakech (de la medina). El anfitrión fue super amable, nos recibió el primer día junto con su hijo para darnos las llaves y explicarnos cómo utilizar todo. Además, nos habló durante nuestra estancia para asegurarse de que no nos faltase nada. La casa tiene aire acondicionado, que con el calor se agradece mucho. Fue un 10 en todos los sentidos, por lo que recomendamos encarecidamente alojarse en este apartamento.

We found everything we needed there, including free WiFi and air-conditioning. Very friendly hosts, they let us in much earlier than checking in time and kept our luggage on the last day. Cannot fail that property. Furnitures a bit outdated but very comfy. Excellent location.

We liked the quiet street to come home to after the chaos of the Medina. Having space and a washing machine was lovely after 2 weeks travelling. we liked being able to cook our own dinner.

The apartment is great. It is big enough as it is a complete and fully equipped apartment. It is located near jeema el fna but also near the gueliz square (about 10' walk from both).there is also a super market nearby (aprox 100m). Very quiet neighbourhood and safe too. The best part is the owner as he is extremely friendly and always willing to help us.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Marrakesh and would highly recommend it. From the very beginning, communication with the host was excellent. He was always responsive, helpful, and made sure that everything was smooth and hassle-free. The location is one of the biggest highlights. It’s very convenient to reach from the airport, and while it’s not far from the Medina, it’s in a much quieter neighborhood, which was a huge plus. After exploring the bustling streets of Marrakesh, it was great to come back to a peaceful area where I could truly relax. There’s a large supermarket just a short walk away, making it easy to stock up on essentials. Plus, within 10-15 minutes on foot, you’ll find plenty of restaurants and shops, so everything you need is close by. The apartment itself is comfortable and spacious, with a nice layout and its own private balcony—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. It had everything I needed for a pleasant stay, and I really appreciated the extra space compared to a typical hotel room.

If I had to mention anything that could be improved, I’d say the kitchen could benefit from a slight upgrade in terms of equipment. Having a few more pots and kitchen equipments would make it even more convenient for those who enjoy cooking during their stay. Also, from our personal experience, the bed was comfortable, but for taller guests (above 180 cm), it might feel a bit on the smaller side. This wasn’t a major issue, but something to keep in mind for those who need extra space when sleeping.

Very central location near to the Old Town/Medina and also the modern City Centre. A supermarket is close by and many restaurants. The apartment was very clean and suitable for a single person or couple.

Even with the windows and shutters closed, traffic noise is still an issue if you are a light sleeper.
