Odd smell in one of the bathrooms but this can be overlooked because everything else was top.

Ottimo hotel, pulito e in una posizione davvero comoda. Le camere vengono pulite un giorno sì e uno no e durante il nostro soggiorno ci siamo trovati molto bene. La posizione è ottima per visitare la zona, anche se bisogna tenere in considerazione che, andando verso Sultanahmet, ci sono alcune salite piuttosto impegnative. Per il resto, tutto molto bene. L’hotel dispone anche di una terrazza davvero bella, con una vista piacevole e dalla quale si può vedere anche il mare. Il ragazzo alla reception è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Nel complesso, è stato un ottimo soggiorno e lo consiglio!

Unico punto a sfavore: nelle camere non è presente la cassaforte. Inoltre, vicino al letto, c’era una presa per caricare il telefono solo da un lato, quindi un po’ scomodo se si viaggia in due.

Location is very good. Close to all tourist spots. However, to walk to the places, very steep road and tiring.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. L’endroit est très agréable, propre, confortable et bien aménagé. On s’y sent vraiment comme chez soi. L’emplacement est également très pratique. L’accueil a été chaleureux et tout s’est très bien passé du début à la fin. Une très bonne expérience, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Je recommande vivement cet appartement !

Id recommend staying on the Asian side. The ferries are very easy and if you are interested in some nightlife there is nothing going on where the apartment is, not even in 20min walking

I liked the fact we had 3 separate bedrooms , kids had their privacy and so did we , I liked the fact we had a small kitchen which helped in making kids breakfast and sometimes dinner when they were tired to go out but wanted to eat, plenty of bathrooms which was good for having 4 kids and 2 adults, near the metro station which eased our transportation.

I didn't like the elevator inside the apartment , which was scary since any of the kids can press the button and the doors would open , you can't use the elevator to go up the apartment without the key card but once it's there you can use it to go down without the card , that was a huge safety issue for us,kept us worried during the night if any of the kids had the curiosity to try it, room were clean but could have been better, AC needed serious cleaning so did the ventilation in the bathrooms all were closed with thick layer of dust , made my allergies and my kids allergies act up , didn't like the fact that fresh towels are replaced each 3 days, we did have a washing machine but didn't have a place to dry them outside and inside it was hard for the towels to dry, room service is just making the bed not necessarily changing the covers and changing the towels , if you're hoping for a cleaner floor not gona happen.

Nothing but the location.

Pretty much everything. The place is a sh*t hole. Noisy and disgusting. The most unfriendly hotel I have ever visited in my whole life (I am 50 and have visited 40 + countries). Avoid that place. Staff at reception was most unfriendly.

Everything was great. We were provided with everything we needed, and if we needed further assistance, we could always ask at reception. The beds were comfortable, and the shower had good pressure with warm water. We were also pleasantly surprised to come back and find our room cleaned with fresh towels and bedsheets. Unfortunately, we accidentally broke the showerhead chain, but the receptionist was very kind and handled it well. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

It is only fair to note that the space is quite limited, and it took us about a day to adapt to it.

Aunque hay muchos bares y tiendas por la zona, el hotel está en una calle tranquila sin mucho ruido. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, cada uno con su baño, lo que es perfecto para un grupo de 6 personas.

Cazarea aceasta este aproape de obiective, transport in comun, magazine, restaurante si supermarketuri. Locul este curat, asternuturile proaspete, terasa de la ultimul etaj este un plus. Un loc bun in care sa te odihnesti dupa o zi plina prin oras.

Camerele cu tavanul la un nivel cam jos pentru cineva cu o inaltime de peste 180. Datul cu capul in lustre era la ordinea zilei🤪

La verdad que el amfitrión se porte muy bien, super agradable, hablaba bastante inglés y lo que me sorprendió nos dio una botella de agua sin ningún requisito. Si que es verdad que solo quiere que pagemos el apartamento con efectivo, pero él nos lo facilito todo para poder pagarlo. La ubicación es excelente, lo único que hay bastante cuesta, pero vale la pena porque es centrico.

En la zona hay bastante cuestas, y por la noche da mucho que pensar, pero nada del otro mundo. Por lo demás todo perfecto.

Personale disponibile e reception aperta h 24. Ci hanno dato la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli nella hall il che non è da sottovalutare. Dopo due giorni ci hanno pulito la stanza e ci hanno cambiato gli asciugamani. Stanza un po’ piccola ma fedele alle foto. Nonostante il cantiere di fronte alla struttura non abbiamo avvertito alcun rumore. Posizione abbastanza centrale.

Die Unterkunft ist von der Lage her top. Restaurants sind fussläufig unter 1 Minute erreichbar. Auch sonst hat man gute Verkehrsanbindungen. Wir waren mit 7 Personen da, dafür war sie top ausgestattet. Jeder hatte quasi ein Zimmer samt WC mit Dusche für sich.

Die Ausstattung in der Küche war nicht so gut. Die Unterkunft ist sehr einfach aber ausreichend ausgestattet.

Struttura in posizione centrale, il nostro era un appartamento suddiviso a sua volta in tre mini appartamenti abbastanza comodi. Gli infissi semi nuovi garantiscono silenzio. Letti comodi, bagno funzionale con spazi ottimizzati.

Tetti un po' bassi e scale strette (ma c'è un comodo ascensore).

To start from the beginning, this place is super-duper ancient. The door was made of old wood and was barely holding together. The hotel is tucked away in some alleys with absolutely no view whatsoever—wherever you looked, all you saw was another dilapidated building. To make matters worse, there was a construction site right across from us, and they worked until late, sometimes even until 10 PM... In the room, the TV was not a Smart TV, so you couldn't connect to watch Netflix; they only had about 10 cable channels, all in Turkish. On the nightstand, there was a lamp that I couldn't even turn on because there wasn't a single outlet anywhere near it... I guess it was just there for decor, to match the one on the other side of the bed (which actually worked). The room was so poorly insulated that we could hear people talking two hallways away. The air conditioning was broken—even on the highest setting, the temperature in the room remained exactly the same after 15 minutes. The bathroom was a total disaster. The shower head was broken, so I had to unscrew it and wash myself using just the hose because water wouldn't go through the nozzle. After I somehow managed to shower, I noticed a plastic, louvered window right inside the shower cabin. It was purely for show, because even when you closed it, the cold air would just blow right through. To be fair, basic cleaning was okay—towels were changed, the bed was made, and the trash was taken out—but there are just way too many technical and maintenance flaws in this hotel...

Great location. It's just a stone's throw away from the main tourist attractions of Blue mosque and Hagia Sophia .

Bagno piccolo, senza finestra e senza areatore. Cucina all'interno inesistente, utile solo per una semplice colazione.

Staff were very helpful. Room had a small kitchenette so could.make tea.and cook simple meals as needed.

The corridor to the room was a bit awkward with stairs up to the room so slightly dark to navigate. Otherwise it was great.

Мы не пользовались завтраком. Вид на храм, неплохое местоположение, очень приветливый менеджер.

Под окном - стройка, рабочие стучат молотками с 8.30 утра. Днем на террасе жарко, но из-за рабочих нельзя открыть окно. Вид на море только с одного стула. Если живёте на 4-м этаже - там работает механизм лифта над ухом! Очень громко! Это надо указать в описании номера с террасой! Нет кухонных принадлежностей, кухонный шкаф разваливается. На кухне нет горячей воды. Ванные комнаты с очень низким потолком.

Расположение хорошее. Вид из окна на реставрируемый объект, затянутый чёрной тканью. Рядом столовая, магазины, недалеко Гранд базар. Номер чистый, удобный матрас и подушки. Вода горячая всегда. Есть чайник и пакетики чая.

2 дня из 3 вечером отключали свет На лестнице можно было ноги сломать. Хотя бы аккумуляторные фонари повесили над ступенями И ещё в этом отеле запрещено приводить гостей. Даже на 15 мин. Хотя по международным правилам гости имеют право находиться у постояльца отеля до 23-00. Вынуждена была с детьми встречаться на улице.

The staff and hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Also quick to respond to emails.

The place itself is small, dimly lit and not super welcoming. The apartment was bare-minimum everything. Ok for us, but more akin to a 2/3-star motel. Cheap beds, low ceilings, bad lighting, tiny bathrooms, bare-minimum kitchen. It's fine for just spending the night, but I'd look for something nicer if you plan to stay indoors at all.

トラムが２路線使え、利便性が良かった。部屋も大きく、清潔で良かった。

フロントがどこにあるか分からず、行ったらドアに鍵がかかっていたので戸惑った。気付いて出てきてくれたので良かった。 あと、スタッフからwifi 以外の説明がなく、４日ほどいたが、掃除もなくごみもそのままだった。あれは個人で片付けるのか。。 キッチンの道具はあるが、ケトル以外に家電がなく、結局何もできなかった。 電子レンジやコンロなど部屋においてほしい あと、ほぼ毎日停電数時間程度するので、充電やお風呂は早めがおすすめです。

Понравилась!!! Соотношение цена и качество соответствуют!!! Хорошее расположение, отличной и приветливый персонал. Были ньюансы: плохо работал душ, комната немного меньше чем предполагалось, но так как мы только ночевали в номере, то нам всё подошло!!

Great location, wonderful staff and communication with them, everybody was very helpful and always available. I strongly recommend booking airport transfer with Grey House staff.

View from the room was not great but it really doesn't matter.

Burada yaklaşık bir ay yalnız kalan bir kadın olarak kendimi güvende hissettim. Benim için en önemli kriter bu oldu. Çalışanlar çok kibar ve yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar, her zaman ulaşılabilir biri oluyor. Oda gayet temiz ve güvenliydi. Ayrıca rezervasyon yaparken kayıt yapılan misafir disinda da biri kalamiyor, yani bir aile oteli olması da çok güzel. Konumu da çok merkezi.

Terasta ve üst katta ortak mutfaklar var.Bu aslında cok buyuk bir avantaj fakar diğer misafirlerin yemek kokulari bazen rahatsiz edebiliyor.

I liked that each room had a bathroom. It was quite big, rather than small, as I expected. It was perfect for 7 people and we had a comfortable stay.

Може да добавите някакъв вид моп,парцал или кърпи за кухнята тип Попивателна.Имахме инцидент със разлята чаша и се наложи да попиваме със кърпата за лице.

Lage

Perfect 3 bedroom apartment for a stay with 2 teenage boys. Good sized rooms and plenty of hot water, very comfortable. Staff were so friendly and helped us with organising transfers, tasty food delivery late at night and general advice. Used uber taxis for some of stay and had 2 tours arranged that collected us as hotel was so central. Did a walking tour to old town places too, mostly flat and easy 15min walk to hippodrome, Blue mosque etc., easy walk back from bazaar too. Feels like a busy part of town, old narrow roads etc but was assured by 2 guides that I could safely walk anywhere around the hotel at night as a woman, felt very safe. Despite busy streets, the hotel rooms were really quiet. Was perfect for our needs, in terms of accommodation and location

安食堂が近くにあったり、スーツケースがなければ、駅近でスルタンアフメトモスクやグランドバザールへスムーズに移動できるのはよかった。スーパーも近くにあり日用品を購入するにはちょうどでした。クリーニング店もあり洗濯にも困らないです。

シャワーの温水の水量が少なく疲れが取れなかった。シャンプーも髪がガシガシになるので、出身国から持っていくことを勧めます。また、宿に行くまでにスーツケースだと道が石畳でガタガタなので、スムーズに移動はできないので、ここに泊まるならタクシーで送迎を強く推奨します。ホテルの周りは道が日本に比べて狭いですし、狭い道にトラックを始め、車が結構やってくるので、用心して歩かないといけない。個人的にはヒルトンとか泊まれるならそちらを推奨です。

Bardzo przyjemne miejsce na nocleg. Pokój był czysty, nowoczesny i dobrze wyposażony. Obsługa profesjonalna, a atmosfera w hotelu naprawdę przyjazna. Idealny wybór zarówno na krótki, jak i dłuższy pobyt.

There were no heating radiators, but the room can be heated with the air conditioner. When the air conditioner is turned on, it becomes warm, so it is not a big problem.

I booked for jan 11-14 they canceled it and after dec 15 send me email to rate my stay. Before that I sent them email they never Answered

La ubicación es relativamente buena al mercado central. El personal es amable y te ayuda con las diferentes actividades. Está lleno de restaurantes de todo tipo (locales e internacionales) al lado del hotel.

La calefacción no existe es sólo un aire acondicionado que echa calor. No está bien aislado y entra mucho frío por las ventanas. El invierno es muy duro en Turquía y las condiciones en la habitación no eran ideales para combatirlo
