Reviewed Feb 25, 2026The gentleman who greeted me at reception and showed me to the room was very polite and helpful. Relatively modern apartment building. Easy access to the monorail and local attractions. Fast Internet. Shops and restaurant on site.
The apartment could do with a coat of paint. It's looking worn. Everything else is fine.

Spacious apartment, well-compartmented but with a cave-like bathroom, miserable and with utilities in deplorable condition, dirty and soiled linen and towels! Dirty walls and windows. We had to look for other accommodation.

Reviewed Sep 19, 2025Location!!!! Central!!! 31st floor in KL with all amenities for what I paid was an absolute steal! And it’s a fully furnished studio so you can do your laundry with the laundry machine.
Checkin you have to message or call someone. That was unusual but as soon as he came everything was okay.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2025The location was nice. Everything was provided Cloth rack as well was provided upon request. The host was very helpful, nice, and always there when needed. There was a money exchange office, a 24/7 shop and a restaurant in the building. We had a wonderful stay.
The receptionist could be more welcoming (not the host). When checking in, he only asked me to call the host on my end, while for him would have been much easier to make a local call.

didnt same like as the picture. we got the bad room like cheap room. Then we ask the agent want to change room but still got the same room but a bit better then before. also there is no hot shower, the heater not function. The room’s facilities are not same as in the description like luxury but exactly not. swimming pool are bad design like swim inside in the aquarium.

Host Fahimi is a very honest person, after paying he rerun meb 1 MYR 20 sen also.other place / hotel never return small money. he not smile a lot and he only talking about the room info also he showing you room.he is very helpful and i never seen host like Fahimi. He have great personality. Anyway the property all room have balcony but view depends on there room availability. Next time will br back soon. Thank you

Bulding access gate sometime difficult.need to repair first bathroom lock.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2024I stay there 3 night with my family.the location is very good and its nearby Petronas Twin Tower,walking distance on train station.We got in room fair wifi Netflix. small Kitchen with all kind of things.Inside the building have 2 small supper shop,money exchanger and atm.Finally many many tnx to the property host Mr Fahimi very helpful anytime.hope will back soon.
Very difficult the building access gate.it stay infornt elevator. Building management need to improve it.in the room need to change iron.i got iron new but cable is to short.

No internet for the 3 nights. Property manager tried to remedy that by giving me a chip with wifi on but we couldn't hotspot the TV or our laptops from that. Access to wifi was important to us as we had some work to do.
