All the clocks on the wall in dining room, & all rooms not functional due to no battery. Need to replace the battery & ensure the clocks are functioning.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2025Very comfy. The pillow and bed made us slept tight🤭. The location is easy access just walk away to the draw bridge. The parking also convenient and easy to check in at the guard post.
Merely nothing to complaint. Just if the host could install water heater in master bedroom toilet and aircond in the other rooms. It would be perfect!

Reviewed Sep 18, 2024The elevator service. 1 lift for everybody and the service was so slow. Just imagine you have to climb up and down the stairs until level 9 twice because the lift is always full of people every time you want to use it.

There isn’t any air con in 2 other common rooms . Too hot to sleep at nite ! The common toilet tap was spoiled and was not repaired when we reach the property. Due to the water pressure issue , there are very loud noise when u use the toilet which make the stay unbearable

> Elevator not suitable for the tourists, dirty and second elevator look like under construction > under the bed, full of owner’s stuffs like boxes > master bedroom’s bathroom with bad smell and there was hair on the floor > Inside the wardrobe, there were unnecessary things like detergent, sponges etc > One of the towels has many stains like human faeces >Prayer mats are so small. Please buy the normal size for adults

• there’s no wifi • there’s a smart tv but couldn’t access as there’s no internet connection- the host told me to check the settings myself so i tried exploring but i was too dumb and didn’t bother to ask for more help • there are three rooms altogether but there’s only two air conditioners- living room & master bedroom
