Titeng Guest House - Comfortable studio in amazing location near Potato Head and the beach

I had a wonderful stay at Titeng! The location is perfect—just a 2-minute walk from the main strip, yet peaceful and quiet. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, and it was even quiet enough for afternoon naps. Everything felt fresh, clean, and well maintained. The shower had great water pressure and reliable hot water, and I appreciated having a fridge with a freezer for keeping fruit and drinks cold. The pool was beautiful and refreshing, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. I would happily stay here again!

Wir haben aber bereits im August für Januar gebucht und wurden nicht über anfallende Bauarbeiten informiert!!! Längerer Chat über WA haben als Entschädigung 20% Erstattung bekommen. 4 Tage gebucht aber nach 2 Tagen abgereist

This is new accomodation and very nice.

Parking for our car was not what we expected, but we managed.

Property is in a prime location in Seminyak. Located just a short walk from Potato Head beach club, ShiShi nightclub, and some amazing restaurants just steps away. There is a convenience store right at the end of the alleyway for all of your basic needs.

Construction on a neighbouring villa might be disturbing if you like to sleep in late, but that is the way things go in Bali and is no fault of Titeng.

If you had some storage shelves in the bathroom and hooks on the walls in the bathroom and in the bedroom area.

Все здесь как на фото, но был один большой минус, на этой территории идет стройка и ужасно шумно с 8 утра, не реально спать, и весь день шум от перфоратора, что с сума можно сойти. До конца 2026 года лучше не выбирать этот объект. А так локация хорошая и персонал внимательный вежливый. Комнаты достаточно чистые.

I stayed here for just two nights and didn’t face any issues. A couple of times I needed a few things, and they provided them immediately I just had to message on their WhatsApp group. I didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice.

The pathway to the room is very aesthetically pleasing, but you can’t roll a trolley bag on it because it’s made of grass and stones you have to carry your luggage yourself. But it’s not a big deal the walk to the room isn’t that long.

Stay here at Titeng Guest House many times. The place is close to everywhere, the room is big and clean and quiet and staff very friendly Special to KEN who always helping us. He's always make sure everything ok with the room and always be there if we need something, thank you so much KEN😊. We will be back for sure next year

The place is quiet and the location is good. Easy access to restaurants, convenience store, bar and beach

The toilet looks old and there are some stains on the floor. The room door and toilet door is noisy when closed.

The guest house is very conveniently located close to a daily mart, even a money exchanger is just a few steps away and also it is close to the beach.

Staff was polite, respectful, and had great hospitality! Check-in/out was quick and easy. House-keeping was neat and efficient. Communication with management was great. The property is a great-value stay. Highly recommend.

The location was great, off the main road so nice and quiet. Lots of places to eat nearby, including a popular coffee shop right on the corner. There are also lots of places to get a massage, as well as shopping. We didn't actually meet any of the staff but communication was excellent. We arrived late at night and it was super easy to find, with a lockbox for self checkin. Great value for money and the pool was an added bonus.

The bathroom could have done with a deep clean. It would have been good to have more than 2 sunbeds next to the pool.

We loved our stay here, rooms were really clean and friendly staff. Pool was amazing, and ideal location, close to everything you need but felt tucked away and quiet from the busy street. Baby revs cafe next door was so good!

Suchhh a cute little hideaway perfect for the two nights we stayed. Right in the heart of town areas, everything is close by and walkable.

Construction on, wouldn’t be too enjoyable for long periods of time due to construction.

New property with lovely clean bathroom and very comfortable bed, great fridge. Very accessible to main streets, but back of the road so generally peaceful. However on Fri night you could hear the thumping from Iron Fairies club nearby till the early hours. Assume that would be Sat night too. Pool was small but clean for a cooling dip.

It was good value for money but I was a bit disappointed with the view- I enjoy some greenery but upstairs rooms are overlooking a black tarpaulin on the contraction next door- so it felt like you were a bit on a building site however the noise wasn’t intrusive.

The space is immaculately clean and the beds and very comfortable. I really appreciated having the pool to cool off in the afternoon and it is a good size. The guesthouse is literally steps away from Seminyak's rich night life, cafes, restaurants, beaches, and shops while being tucked away on a quiet back road. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here, so much that I extended my initial 2 night stay to 3 nights. This guesthouse offers excellent value.

There was construction going on from 9-6am each of the three days I was there. However this didn't bother me.

Titeng Guesthouse is good value for money. I had no issues with the wifi or air conditioner.

Comfortable and clean rooms equipped with everything you’d need - they’ve even got a smart TV so you can watch Netflix etc on a rainy day. Place was modern but with a nice Balinese touch. We loved the pool! It was a bit small, but just nice for us. The staff on WhatsApp were very responsive and helpful when needed.

The water from the bidet smelt a little funny so we couldn’t use it :(

Facilities were exactly same as photos and descriptions We were kept informed of possible noise disruptions during the day ( there were none) Staff were always clean, well presented and very courteous Location was great We had a minor plumbing issue from adjoining property the problem was addressed and rectified same day. Just wish we had water when we arrived- but supermarket next door so was easy to grab.

Staff Ken and Rio were so friendly. Staff were always on their toes ensuring my stay is good. Easy communication with them through whatsapp and my queries are addressed almost instantly!!! I am so amazed. Definitely book here again if im staying around the area. Great price with excellent service, especially from Ken (carried my heavy bag)

Nice place, but it was not self check-in. I had to fill in paperwork. Everyday they give you two small bottles of water. Close to restaurants - walking distance. Great communication on whatsapp.

Extremely thin walls - I heard a guy next door puking and coughing for 3 nights. Also next to the accommodation there is a tiny farm with roosters! They were very active in the morning and kept crowing.

The place is called Titeng Guest House & from the airport, put Maha Medicare Clinic Canggu as your final destination. Follow signs for Titeng Guest House. Place is exactly as described and pictured. All the minor issues have been fixed, there's 2 curtains in the room now, lighter and darker one. Room is cleaned daily. There's an umbrella over the sunbeds now - providing for a very comfortable stay.

The place was initially hard to find on google maps but I reached out via booking.com chat function and the owners were quick to respond and provided additional guidance with pictures via WhatsApp.

The best place we ever stayed in! Very clean. Super friendly staff that cleaned our room everyday and changed towels and linens. Great pool! They can definetely charge more because of they quality they provide. We recommend this to everyone!

The property is fatastically situated just a 10 min stroll to the beavh with a great selection of good quality and value for money western and local cafes and restaurants at your doorstep. The W Hotel is just a 5 min walk The guesthouse is small and budget boutique with just 8 rooms in toral. I suggest booking rooms 1 -4 as these rooms are on the ground floor with a small terrace in front of each bedroom that overlooks the pool. The pool area is beautiful with landscaped gardens that sre thoroughly maintained tained The rooms are decent size , thoughtfully furnished and outstanding value for money with lots of additional little things like umbrellas, clothes rack and hairdryers that uou would onlly usually expect in much mote ecpensive Hotel . The staff are frienfly and super efficient and so easy to communicate with and the property is meticulously clean As a coffee lover, having Baby Revs, one of the best coffee groups on the island on the doorstep was a huge plus

I cant think of one thing. If I had to be really picky the tiles on the terrace abd in the rooms are impractical and dangerous as they are very slippery when wet.

Shower had very limited hot water but a minor issue so hot in Bali lukewarm was just fine

The little villa is at a great location, the staff, especially Ken who helped look after my luggage, were great and so friendly. The bedroom and bathroom were both very clean.

Pool is lovely but there is no shade so it gets very hot, not refreshing. Gallon water rather than small bottles. There are a few nightclubs on this stretch of Jl. Petitengent and the base can be heard faintly till about 3am. Such a shame as this used to be the loveliest area...

My partner and I recently stayed at Titeng's and had a wonderful experience. Even though there isn't a reception area, the place felt very secure, and the staff was available 24 hours a day if we needed anything. The place felt very private, which we really appreciated. They also offer a baggage storage area and were always willing to go the extra mile with all of our requests. The room was clean, and the pool was equally well-maintained. I hadn't planned to swim, but the pool was so inviting that I ended up swimming every day of my stay. The staff was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay, making our experience truly memorable. The location was also convenient—getting to Seminyak Beach and other nearby beaches was very easy. We will definitely book here again when we return to Bali. Highly recommend this place for a fantastic stay!

Beautiful new place . Lovely room with a big fridge , tv, huge toilet with shower . Amenities are shampoo , bath gel and handwashing gel. Hot water and excellent shower power. Brand new with clean white towels. Great staff .
