The host clearly enjoys hosting and will go out of his way to be helpful and share information. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood and very safe. It is a lovely somewhat modern home.

The lodging situation did not match the description on Booking.com. It was described as having a private kitchenette. It is described as being more private and self contained. It is not. It is not a guesthouse. It is a bedroom in someone's home. This bedroom is right off the kitchen. This is the main kitchen for the home so it's noisy which means so is your room. The room does not have a private kitchenette. You have access to the shared kitchen. Some people won't mind this arrangement but I feel that online listings should be truthful.

AJ is a most welcoming host and Joshua is just a lovely lad. The house and location were perfect for our needs and the security was excellent at Featherbrooke. Breakfast was amazing and nothing was too much trouble.

AJ was the best host ever. The guesthouse was comfortable and they went to great lengths to make our stay comfortable and effortless.

The staff was amaaaaziiiing! They were very friendly and helpful, starting with the owner, all the way to the cleaners. I booked this place because of the great reviews about this place; I was impressed to find they were true. I wish I had stayed for more days!

There was a problem with water not draining out quickly out of the shower, but there was a way to work around it, hence it didn't bother me that much. I'm sure the owners will fix it.

Amazing hot, who is an excellent sport-physio-massage therapist. I was fortunate to get 60 minutes at a reasonable discounted rate. To top it all was the OZONE HYDROTHERAPY (on request) massage bath available for the Blue Executive Room guest The fire-pit on the green-belt It was MAGIC!!! \

The room was very spacious,very clean and the owner Mr Andre was wonderful . He really is a gentleman to hang around with, good sense of humor. We really enjoyed our stay. The complex is super safe with security at the main gait...with very tight security control.

Andre is extremely warm and welcoming, he does not make you feel like you're a guest. The room was great and clean, I felt very safe. I will definitely be coming back.

The Host is very lovely and hospitable, the rooms are comfortable and relaxing; they have gone to great lengths to accommodate guests.

Breakfast was hearty and more importantly is was served hot. The location is a few kilometers off the N14 which makes it very quick to get to. No unnecessary stop and start in heavy traffic. The well appointed furnishings and comfort of my surroundings provided me with a much needed respite while I could still through the Wi-fi provided stay in touch with my office in case I needed to. Overall the single night I spent in the quiet surroundings made me feel that the next time I would like to stay longer and enjoy being immersed in nature leading to the highlight of an incredible waterfall.

The breakfast was outstanding served with fabulous coffee! And I did enjoy my breakfast in the company of a kind and most considerate host. The view from the breakfast table, the gardens and nature, all was just wonderful. I also did my morning admin after breakfast at the same table, because the view was simply too enticing. Fast, and good wifi to boot. This retreat makes the lone traveller feel less of an outsider, without any invasion of your privacy.

My stay was to short, I will have to come back, especially for longer walks and more stress massaging appointments. Great stuff! The combination of the stay there and the opportunity to enjoy all these additional benefits, quite rare.

I loved the home away from home feeling and the very warm welcome and stay at MBS. The fire was crackling in the fireplace, and it was a serene breakaway from the city. I enjoyed the lovely gardens to explore in the estate. The host was friendly and went beyond to ensure I was comfortable.

Upon arrival Andre's warm and friendly welcome made me feel at home immediately. What impressed me was the neatness and tidiness of the place. It is stylishly furnished yet homely and comfortable. The vibe is tranquil and calm. Despite being is a suburb the surroundings are particularly quite. The food was great too, with certain requests nothing was too much trouble for the host. Thank you so much!

LOL - the weather, it was a tad too cool to sit around the outdoor boma by the fire (nice feature) - next time... when its summer again. For the rest, I can't think of anything I did not like! Great place.

The family seemed like nice people,their bed is very comfortable and it’s located in a nice place

There is a family staying full time at the property,they are just using a bedroom as a guesthouse,you can hear them walking and talking .There is forever loadshedding ,on our first night it was from around 11 at night until around 9 in the morning and we only got to shower with warm water around 1 after asking the owner to switch on the geyser ,on our second night load shedding started at 6pm until I don’t know when cause we left around 9 and the electricity was still not back ,we even took a cold shower cause we had to go and charge our phones at a nearby mall.We paid for breakfast but not once were we offered breakfast I don’t know whether it was because of the load shedding but I believe that we deserved an explanation since we had paid for breakfast
