Fully Furnished Studio Unit at The Median with Fast Internet Connection and Netflix

The place is clean and the location is very convenient. There's also provided towel and dental kits. And you can cook in the condo.

Probably the curtains, they were thin and they can't block out the sunlight, especially in the morning.

- New and modern building - Good wifi, laundry shop, convenience store, swimming pool, cozy common area - Spacious studio with very nice view - The owner always available if needed

- The way to the building (La Guardia Extension) is quite dark in the evening and a bit scary (however this is not the problem of the building itself, just something to know about) - Every time I entered the room, it smelled like a "grandma" smell and it wasn't possible to get rid of it. I wouldn't expect this in such a new building. Anyway, it didn't affect the quality of my stay, so everything was ok ☺️

Emplacement, confort, rapport qualité prix

The unit is super duper clean. The view was superb. My kid and mom loved every second. We spent the New Years eve there and witnessed the fireworks from the 26th floor. Even after 12 midnight back in our room on the 18th floor, we continued to witness fireworks from the mountain side. Also, all the info that we needed was handed to us before hand. The host answered all our questions too and sounded really friendly and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this unit to my family and friends.

Nothing. We loved everything.

The host was very accommodating and was very particular with all the instructions upon check in. The unit was well maintained, clean and very cozy. Overall the stay was very nice.

The area is near to everything and we have a wonderful stay the host is very attentive to all our request she also update us time to time.

Cant do early check in or check out but it was okay since the owner let us stay for a couple of mints

The facilities were good and usable. all over. the room was great place to stay! very comfy and good

Great location, netflix and YouTube. Swimming pool was lovely and awesome views from 18th floor.

Nothing

I enjoyed the view, and Meridian staff (but not the property manager) were nice.

Although in the fine print, early checkout caught me off guard next day. I was shopping and received an urgent message from the property manager telling me cleaning staff were waiting outside. That is not really cool. I inquired about staying for a couple of extra days, and the property manager curtly told me it was spoken for.

Clean

The facility is great. The area is secured. The ambiance is cozy. The owner is very approachable and accommodating.

The mirror is only inside the bathroom.
