Red marks on towels coacroaches in apartment and by the way its been a month im still waiting for my refund I checked out after 1 night waiting for my refund on the other two nights.

The place is beautiful and clean closer to restaurant and the beach. Check in was easy and the host sent all the details needed for the check in. I will definitely come back.

The bin in the kitchen is too small.

The apartment is very cosy, nice, clean and modern. Very good fast service from the staff and host. The sofa bed in the lounge was ideal and comfortable for my daughter. It has a kitchen with everything you will need. Tv in the lounge and bedroom. But the best part is the view, it is a view to die for. I stayed in hotels all over the world and this has the best view by far. Nothing will come close. The hotel itself is very modern and new. The location is also the best part of this hotel with 27 eating places in walking distance. The hotel is also part of the Oceans Mall, downstairs from the apartment. The beach is a short walk from here. You don't need a car as everything is a short walk away, please do yourself a favour and book this apartment, its the best thing you will do for your family and yourself.

Fantastic location

Nothing, it was a cheaply fitted out apartment sold under the guise of Radisson. The view was decent but I paid for a brand, and its amenities and got neither.

The listing said there is a pool, I was refused access to the pool. I assumed I was going to get some kind of Radisson brand standard, I got a worn out old apartment with cheap and nasty fittings. I asked for a refund based on the fact that I didn't get access to any of the advertised facilities, got no response and no refund. The fact that Radisson name is used in the listing, and on some of the amenities is laughable. Its essentially an individually owned, cheaply fitted out apartment, and your hospitality experience is a security guard who tells you that you dont actually have access to any hotel facilities.

Somehow they forgot to iron the sheets, they put shrinked sheets. Secondly the shower door of main bathroom was leaking water. Lastly the windows were not clean

The stay was amazing, host was easy to reach it was a very good stay.

I absolutely loved the location and the views and to top it the modern finishers inside.

There wasn’t anything I can actually fault. Perhaps just some integration with the hotel facilities i.e . Pool and bar area.

Front door not locking properly. Bathroom mirrors not operational when you shower. Unit lack nespresso coffee machine and cutlery in kitchen sub standard.TV unit too big for that space and balcony on kitchen side was cracked

You apartment says access to swimming pool ut when you want to go swim we are told we are not allowed. There is a constant toilet smell on the corridors. No value for money

It was very clean and nice and the staff were very kind and helpful

The shower door could not close properly, which meant we couldn’t shower for long without having to turn the tap off every now and then, otherwise the water would spill out and make a mess across the entire bathroom floor.

The Location was good along with the views

I would like to formally raise a concern regarding the conduct of the reception security staff, particularly the female officer on duty at the time of our visit. Upon arrival, the level of professionalism was immediately concerning. There was no greeting, no sense of courtesy, and we were initially ignored despite standing directly at the reception area awaiting assistance. When we were eventually attended to, the interaction lacked basic warmth and professionalism expected in a front-facing role. More concerning, while assisting us, the officer stopped mid-process to assist another individual who had arrived after us. This individual appeared to be of the same race as the officer, which made the situation deeply uncomfortable and gave the impression of preferential treatment. We were left standing there shocked by what had just occurred. Security footage can confirm the sequence of events. When I respectfully asked her to complete assisting us before moving on to someone else, her response was dismissive. She stated, “Oh sorry, I’m done with you’ll, you can go now,” despite not properly concluding the process in a professional manner. This experience was disappointing and unacceptable. Reception security personnel represent the first point of contact and set the tone for the establishment. Professionalism, impartiality, and respectful treatment of all individuals should be non-negotiable standards. I trust this matter will be taken seriously and reviewed appropriately.

Well furnished

Not entirely clean. The bin in the bathroom was full of waste including used sanitary pads. There was lot of hair on the bedding.

I had a problem booking, I spent more than an hour standing on the other side of Radisson so by the time the lady suggested apartments I was already off

The property was well equipped with all necessary amenities and the location was proper the host was also very responsive and really know about hospitality business. I will definitely visit again
