Sehr gut eingerichtete Küche, alles da was man braucht.

2 Etage, kein Aufzug, steile enge Treppe, für alte Leute und gehbehinderte schon eine Herausforderung mit Koffer da hochzusteigen.

De inrit is vrij stijl. We hebben er 's avonds gegeten, was magertjes. Keuze uit spaghetti bolognese of stuffed vegetables met rijst voor €9.

Great view, good breakfast and nice pool. The hotel is new and equipment is in a nice state. It’s above the city Ioannina and couldn’t find it at once, but I arrived at night and was really tired and afraid to miss the reception (by the way the reception is open 24h/day, but in the Booking it states till 21). Next day I saw there were signs how to get there. Well, next time I’ll know 😀

Heel mooi gelegen. Prachtig uitzicht. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Mooie kamers. Laatste stukje naar het hotel is erg steil.

Wij hadden economy kamers, dat wil zeggen dat je geen View hebt. Kamers waren wat donker door de kleine ramen en ook geen balkon of terrasje. Maar we konden wel van het terras van het hotel gebruik maken en mochten onze eigen drank daar gebruiken en dat was top.

Μόνο η τοποθεσία άξιζε. Δεν είναι πεντάστερο !!! Το προσωπικό καβαλημένο. Παροχές ούτε τριάστερου. Δεν έχει σίτες στα παράθυρα. Μικρό πάρκινγκ.

Χαλιά πρωινό και δεν γέμιζαν κανάτες όταν αδειάσαν. Χθεσινή πίτσα για πρωινό. Ούτε γιαούρτι ούτε φρούτα...οποίος προλάβαινε έτρωγε.... Καμμία ηχομόνωση. Στενό δίκλινο κρεβάτι ούτε queen size. Κλειδαριές δωματίου παλαιού τύπου με κλειδί, όχι ανάλογες πεντάστερου. Πλαστικός κουβάς για σκουπίδια. Πλαστικά κουτιά για οδοντόβουρτσες. Στενή ντουζιέρα. Ασφουγγάριστος διάδρομος ορόφου για τρεις ημέρες. Πεταμένα λεφτά....

Es gibt absolut nichts auszusetzen. Können das Hotel jedem empfehlen. Auch die Taverne im Dorf ist Klasse!

Everything. The room was clean, modern, spacious with an awesome view. Great breakfast with a variety of pastries, protein and pbread. Slices of tomato, cucumber and watermelon. Coffee, tea available and speciality coffees. Staff attentive to restocking.

Πολύ όμορφο ξενοδοχείο εκπληκτική θέα πεντακάθαρα δωμάτια ...και πολύ θετικό που έχει πισίνα ...δυστυχώς μείναμε μια ημέρα μόνο και δεν είδαμε τα πάντα αλλά για όσο είμαστε στο κτίριο ήταν όλα τέλεια

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται 15-20 λεπτά από την πόλη των Ιωαννίνων. Ο δρόμος είναι πολύ βατός με ανηφόρα αλλά πραγματικά πολύ εύκολος. Όταν φτάνεις στο ξενοδοχείο η θέα κόβει την ανάσα και είναι το μεγαλύτερο ατού του ξενοδοχείου. Μπαίνοντας στο ξενοδοχείο μυρίζει καθαριότητα, το προσωπικό ευγενεστατο και φτάνοντας στο δωμάτιο εκτός από καθαρό είναι πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο. Επίσης το μπαλκόνι του δωματίου με θέα είναι ότι καλύτερο για να πιείς τον καφέ ή το ποτό σου. Το πρωινό του ήταν ιδιαίτερο και αρκετά πλούσιο με χειροποίητα εδέσματα. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα. Θα ήθελα να ξαναπάω κάποια στιγμή!

Le uniche cose belle sono state il panorama e la piscina.

In primo luogo l'accoglienza. Già nell'impervia discesa che porta all'hotel un membro dello staff ci ha costretto ad una marcia indietro in salita che per poco non ci bruciava la frizione. Arrivate in hotel, alle mie rimostranze, mi è stato risposto di rilassarmi in piscina. La camera aveva una splendida vista, ma tenuta male. Sul pavimento della doccia c'era una matassa di capelli. Biancheria, tuttavia, pulita e profumata di fresco. Non credo che le 5 stelle siano reali. Penso facciano solo parte del nome dell'hotel. Il ristorante non è proprio funzionante. Offrono due piatti del giorno e nient'altro. Peccato perchè con servizi adeguati e un pò di manutenzione in più potrebbe essere una struttura indimenticabile.

We only stayed one night but it felt like it was a very nice place with a very nice view. The room was pretty and well equipped.

Θα ξεκινήσω από τους ανθρώπους του The View Hotel : Ήταν καταπληκτικοί, καλοπροαίρετοι χαμογελαστοί. Η περιοχή αυτό που λέει και το όνομα με καταπληκτική θέα. Το κτίριο προσεγμένο καθαρό ενώ η όλη ατμόσφαιρα ήταν θετική!!! Ελπίζω να μου δωθεί η ευκαιρία να έλθω ξανά και να μείνω περισσότερες μέρες

Our stay was short but absolutely perfect. The view was amazing and definitely lived up to the hotel’s name! The food was delicious, the pool was fantastic, and the staff were kind and accommodating. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

If I had to mention one small thing, the mattress wasn’t quite ideal for me personally. However, I’m particularly sensitive when it comes to mattresses due to my back, so this is likely more about my personal preference than anything else. It certainly didn’t take away from our overall wonderful experience.

The hotel was beautiful. Room and pool were great! Breakfast was excellent too! The view was incredible from both our room and the pool area.

My only criticism is that we found the beds too hard, personal views obviously!

Στα πολύ θετικά ήταν η θέα , η οποία μας μάγεψε από το πρώτο δευτερόλεπτο διαγράφοντας την απαιτητική διαδρομή μέχρι το ξενοδοχείο. Το δωμάτιο καθαρό και άνετο , με τα απαραίτητα που χρειάζεσαι για τη διαμονή σου.

Το μόνο σημείο που θεωρώ ότι χρειάζεται βελτίωση είναι το πρωινό.Για παράδειγμα, θα βοηθούσαν πολύ μικρές καρτέλες με τις ονομασίες στις μαρμελάδες και στις πίτες, καθώς δεν ήταν πάντα ξεκάθαρο τι επέλεγες. Επίσης , η πισίνα θα μπορούσε να είναι λίγο πιο προσεγμένη από άποψη καθαριότητας, χωρίς όμως να είναι κάτι που επηρέασε ιδιαίτερα τη διαμονή μας.

Ας ξεκινήσουμε από τα βασικά , η τοποθεσία ήταν καταπληκτική. Υπέροχη όψη του κτηρίου. Η καθαριότητα ήταν τακτική και καθημερινή. Δεν έχουμε άποψη για το πρωινό ωστόσο είδαμε πως υπήρχε ποικιλία επιλογών. Αν και το δωμάτιο δεν έβλεπε την θέα της λίμνης, ήταν πάντα προσεγμένο , άνετο και το μπάνιο ήταν αρκετά ικανοποιητικό. Μεγάλου ατού του καταλύματος ήταν η πισίνα. Επίσης το γεγονός ότι παρείχε πάρκινγκ βοήθησε πολύ στην μετακίνηση μας.

Δεν υπάρχει κάτι αρνητικό.

La posizione e la vista sono davvero spettacolari. Sia dalla piscina che dalla nostra camera con vista, si poteva ammirare Ioannina, il lago e buona parte della regione circostante. La città dista mezz'ora di auto. Colazione inclusa un po' povera, sia salata che dolce, accettabile in un contesto a 3 stelle ma non a 5. Piscina grande e comoda, anche se già con qualche segno di usura. Si può prendere il sole sui lettini a disposizione.

Alcuni particolari non sono affatto da 5 stelle. Le vecchie porte di legno con chiave tradizionale senza scheda magnetica: per poter chiudere dall'interno si deve dare un giro di chiave. Questo non consente di inserire la scheda che attiva l'impianto elettrico prima di compiere questa operazione. Non si capisce affatto la presenza delle catenelle di sicurezza sia per la porta d'ingresso sia per la porta finestra della balcone. Nonostante la struttura sembri recente, i serramenti esternamente sono molto ammalorati dal sole e dalle intemperie. Le maniglie girano male. Dettagli che non avremmo nemmeno notato in una struttura di categoria inferiore. Il frigorifero praticamente non raffredda. In camera c'era una boccetta con una non meglio identificata bevanda alcoolica, non sigillata e non etichettata... assurdo...

L'hotel è bellissimo, posizione panoramica, camera pulita,comoda e confortevole, piscina pulitissima e fresca...che dire? Ci siamo trovati molto bene...super consigliato

La camera era ampia, divisa dalla camera da bagno. Ottima posizione in collina con una vista mozzafiato sul lago di Joannina. La piscina era bella, luogo rilassante soprattutto al tramonto.

La vista è stupenda

Struttura molto carina e curata, posta in una posizione panoramica sopra al lago. La stanza è molto ampia, dotata di tutti i confort, con bagno comodo e funzionale. L'aria condizionata è stata efficiente e abbastanza silenziosa. Molto bella la vista della finestra sulla piscina e sul lago.

La strada per arrivarci è un po' tortuosa e l'ultimo tratto abbastanza ripida. Si sentono i rumori provenienti dal corridoio.

Le cadre exceptionnel sur le lac et la ville de Ioannina, la piscine, la chambre large et moderne, ainsi que le petit déjeuner.

Les matelas sont trop durs et peu confortables.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is located just a 10-minute drive from Ioannina, offering breathtaking views that made our trip truly special. A huge thank you to the entire staff, and especially to the evening receptionist who was absolutely fantastic and took care of everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Super clean facilities, good breakfast, great WiFi and very friendly staff. The hotel has a big parking space and a EV charging station which is really convenient. The location of the hotel is just a 15 minute drive from the city center.

The view hotel is located in the very small village of Lingiades, on a steep mountain looking down on Ioanina and the lake. The view is indeed stunning. The building(s) are renovated and reflect the standard of a decent modern hotel. Not too fancy but really decent. Room is very spacious (we were in an economy room), bed is big and comfortable, modern looking design and renovated shower (no tub). Staff is very cooperative and helpful. We also used their quite cheap laundry service. All in all - a very positive experience.

Not an issue that indicates anything wrong, but it should be mentioned... There was a technical problem with the air condition in our room when we checked in. It was known before and was reported to us, and they said that a technician is on his way. Unfortunately, the issue could not be resolved that day, and there was no other room available. The receptionist has arranged an alternative in another hotel in the village. So, sh*t happens, and I'm not sure if they could have done anything other, but it was quite annoying.

L’atout majeur de cet hôtel est sa vue imprenable sur la baie de Ioannina, depuis la montagne. Sa grande piscine est également un plus. Notre chambre avec vue était confortable et propre (excellent lit). Le personnel est agréable.

La distance avec le centre-ville n’est pas à prendre à la légère. Sans voiture c’est absolument impraticable. Comptez 15-20min de descente/montée pour chaque sortie. La salle de bain est moyennement confortable avec sa douche ouverte qui inonde le sol. Le restaurant de l’hôtel n’est accessible que sur réservation (pour ne proposer que des spaghettis bolognaises). Le petit déjeuner est correct sans être transcendant.

Très belle situation, la vue magique, le soir le matin et l après midi. Personnel sympathique et petit déjeuner à 7 euros / personne très très bon!

Attention, il y a des guêpes Et des abeilles près de la piscine. Les enfants peuvent en avoir peur mais l hôtel dit ne pas Savoir faire quelque chose. Nous n’avons pas eu d eau durant une Journée suite à une coupure dans le village.

We hadden 2 kamers gereserveerd. Op 1 kamer was de airconditioning niet goed en daar hebben we direct iets van gezegd. Er is helaas niets mee gedaan. Ook niet nadat we het nog een keer hadden gemeld. Het ontbijt was magertjes maar daar was de prijs ook naar.

La piscina y las vistas desde la piscina.

La página oficial lo vende como un 5* y Booking como 4*. La realidad está algo por debajo de lo último. La habitación no estaba limpia del todo. Hay una telaraña en el techo encima justo de la cama. Hemos tenido que desconectar el mini bar por el ruido que hacía cada dos por tres. En la zona de la piscina muchísimas avispas en zonas que las veíamos todos los días. Uno se sentía tenso mientras se bañaba. Hay un telescopio que no tfunciona y nadie del personal de recepción sabe nada. Cada uno tiene una teoría pero vamos, soluciones pocas. Acceso al parking muy muy empinado. Si te descuidas llegas al lago. Por lo demás todo muy bien.

The breakfasts didn't work for us as no gluten free option available even when informed. The swimming pool needed a good clean. Mattresses were too hard for our liking.

Everything was amazing and I would have rated 10, but the breakfast was a little lackluster, mostly because the breakfast time is only 2 hours (08:00 until 10:00), and it's hard for the staff to keep everything topped up.

La vue est tout simplement magnifique ! Chambre familiale avec vue sur la piscine et le lac. Piscine fraîche mais appréciable après une randonnée dans les gorges de Vikos ! Personnel très sympathique. Pas de restauration le soir mais restaurant à quelques minutes.

Le frigo est bruyant. Nous l’avons débranché pendant la nuit.

Η τοποθεσία, αν και λίγο μακριά από τα Ιωάννινα, διαθέτει καταπληκτική θέα και έναν πολύ όμορφο εξωτερικό χώρο. Το πρωινό ήταν καλό, χωρίς όμως να έχει κάτι ιδιαίτερο. Περιλάμβανε τα απαραίτητα, ωστόσο ένα αρνητικό στοιχείο που παρατηρήσαμε κατά τη διάρκεια των δύο ημερών που μείναμε εκεί ήταν ότι, όταν τελείωναν τα τυριά ή τα αλλαντικά, δεν αναπληρώνονταν. Είναι αλήθεια ότι, από ευγένεια, δεν θελήσαμε να ενοχλήσουμε τον υπεύθυνο που βρισκόταν στον χώρο, όμως θεωρώ ότι θα έπρεπε να υπάρχει καλύτερη επίβλεψη και ανατροφοδότηση του μπουφέ. Μείναμε τρία βράδια και δεν έγινε αλλαγή στα σεντόνια. Τις πετσέτες τις ζητήσαμε εμείς και μας τις παρείχαν άμεσα, με πολύ ευγένεια. Ίσως, λόγω του τύπου της ξενοδοχειακής μονάδας, οι αλλαγές να πραγματοποιούνται κάθε τρεις ημέρες, κάτι που είναι κατανοητό. Παρ’ όλα αυτά, στην ιστοσελίδα αναφέρεται ως ξενοδοχείο 5 αστέρων και δεν γνωρίζω αν αυτό αφορά την επίσημη κατηγορία του καταλύματος ή αποτελεί διαφημιστική προβολή. Συνολικά, παρά τις παραπάνω παρατηρήσεις, η διαμονή μας ήταν ευχάριστη και θεωρώ ότι αξίζει να το επισκεφθεί κάποιος, καθώς θα περάσει όμορφα. Αυτό που μας κέρδισε περισσότερο ήταν η ευγένεια και η εξυπηρέτηση των ανθρώπων που εργάζονται εκεί.

The room has a great view of the lake Ioannina and was about 5 km 8 minutes drive to Ioannina. The place offered breakfast ( nice with eegs and cheese and meat and dessert) the room was comfortable and clean, loved the shower. The room has a balcony with a view of Ioannina and the lake. The hotel is in 3 minutes drive to the village next door that have a beautiful views of Ioannina and the lake. With a great appetizer menu. If you need anything the front desk will accommodate you if they can.

Comme son nom l'indique, l'hôtel est particulièrement bien situé. Le personnel est agréable. La piscine et ses abords également (top ! avec musique et vue sur la vallee). Le rapport qualite/prix est très intéressant.

L'accès à l'hôtel est un peu impressionnant (grande descente..) mais on s'habitue vite, la salle d'eau etait exiguë et l'isolation défaillante en raison de clients bruyants..
