The gym is quite small but a minor detail. Our only regret was we only stayed one night.

The location suited us, it was about 15 minutes walk to the lake, but it was very quiet in a side street.

All was good, nice welcome, friendly staff, clean room, comfortable beds.

We had a great stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were kind and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent. Besides the buffet, the staff would personally ask what we wanted to eat and prepare fresh items based on our preferences, which made the experience feel very personal. Highly recommended!

Πολύ ευγενικό το προσωπικό,εξυπηρετικοί.Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ βολική για να μπορείς να κινηθείς εύκολα και με τα πόδια στο κέντρο των Ιωαννίνων. Η καθαριότητα άψογη! Το πρωινό ότι χρειάζεται κανείς για να ξεκινήσει η μέρα του σωστά και νόστιμο.

The staff were very friendly, professional, and attentive, always happy to help and ensuring everything was perfect throughout my stay. The room was spacious, modern, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay.

Dice tener parking pero el mismo está a 250 metros. Es preferible buscar para estacionar en la calle.

Ομορφα, μοντέρνα, ευρύχωρα δωματια. Ιδιαίτερη μνεία στον κυριος Τασο ο οποιος με την ευγένεια, την προθυμία και την ιν εξυπηρετικοτητα του εκανε τη διαμονη μας ακομα πιο ευχαριστη.

When we arrived the receptionist welcomed us with a beautiful smile and ready to assist us , room was big comfortable very clean loved the radio on the bedside table Breakfast was more than enough with good choices We will definitely come back !!

Δεν μου άρεσε που δεν υπήρχε μπουφές στο πρωινό! Έπρεπε να έρχεται κάποια κυρία του ξενοδοχείου να μας ρωτάει κάθε λίγο και λιγάκι τι θέλουμε να φάμε. Αν εξαιρέσουμε αυτό όλα τα υπόλοιπα ήταν εξαιρετικά στην διαμονή μας

Είναι σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία,διαθέτει πάρκινγκ,τα κρεβάτια είναι πολύ βολικά,το δωμάτιο άνετο.

Στη σχέση τιμής και παροχών υπάρχει κενό.Ενώ πληρώσαμε 160 ευρώ για μια διανυκτέρευση,η θέρμανση έκανε πολύ θόρυβο όταν δούλευε κ έπρεπε να την κλείσουμε.Στην άφιξη διαπιστώσαμε οτι το ψυγείο δεν δούλευε,το είπαμε στον ένα και μοναδικό υπάλληλο που βρήκαμε ο οποίος δεν πρόλαβε ως το βράδυ που επιστρέψαμε να πάει να το δεί-οχι πως θα το έφτιαχνε αφού ήταν χαλασμένο.Στο πρωινό σου δίνουν μια κάρτα να συμπληρώσεις τις προτιμήσεις σου αλλά τελικά το πρωί σου σερβίρουν κάτι άλλο.Σίγουρα δεν είχαν ξεσκονίσει παντού.

Nice hotel and nice helpful staff. Parking place in front of hotel.

We were traveling with a child and at breakfast there was no cow milk. Also, sauna was not open (what I can understand as it was Christmas but would like to be informed about that before reservation).

Πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό και ωραίο δωματιο

Τα κρεβάτια ήταν άνετα. Το μπάνιο πολύ ωραίο, ευρύχωρο και μοντέρνο. Ο κύριος στην υποδοχή (απογευματινός) ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός και ευγενικός.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν βρώμικο. Είχε αράχνη πάνω από το κρεβάτι και τρίχες κολλημένες στην καρέκλα. Ήταν σκοτεινά, δεν είχε φώτα μόνο ένα λαμπατέρ και δύο λάμπες δίπλα από το κρεβάτι. Επίσης η τηλεόραση δεν έμπαινε στο youtube. Πλούσιο πρωινό αλλά κρύο. Δεν αξίζει για τα λεφτά που πληρώσαμε!!!

Χαμηλος φωτισμος στο δωματιο για χρηση υπολογιστη.Το οποιο διευθετηθηκε αμεσα..Το ωραριιο του πρωινου θα μπορουσε να επεκτσθει για μιση ωρα ωστε να εξυπηρετει επισκεπτες που εχουν ερθει για αναψυχη.Κοντα στο κεντρο με περιορισμενη θεα.

Lighting - breakfast was just OK

The location was ok.

The way the hotel is pictured in booking.com does not correspond to the reality. Booked and paid for 2 separate beds but when we got there no room with separate beds. We had to wait 30 minutes for them to separate the big bed into 2 beds. No blankets on the first night. We froze to death. They said they had forgotten to put the blankets. Extremely expensive jacuzzi and sauna 100€ for 2 persons. The jacuzzi and sauna facilities are extremely small and so is the sauna. These cannot be worth that kind of money. Parking 250 meters away from the hotel in a parking with other non-hotel users. Extra effort needed to drive to and find the parking. If you don't ask for the fruits at breakfast they will never bring them to you if you don't ask, despite the fact that you ticked them on the list of items for breakfast. Hotel cannot be 4 stars. Not more than 3 stars given the facilities and the quality of the service provided.

המלון נהדר. בעלת המלון מדהימה צוות מקבל חם עוזר בכל דבר , שירותי , עזרו לנו לתכנן יום טיול. היו קשובים לצרכים שלנו.

שהינו לילה אחד. כנראה היינו בין האנשים היחידים שהיו במלון. קיבלנו שרות אישי ומעולה. כולל הכנת ארוחת בוקר אישית (בחירה מתפריט). המלון קרוב לאזור של המדרחוב הים והעיר העתיקה. 10-15 דקות הליכה לאורך הרחוב הראשי. מה שיש להתייחס זה נושא החניה. אנחנו מצאנו מקום חניה ליד המלון. האופציה שהמלון מציע זו חניה במרחק 250 מטר מהמלון. המלון נמצא באזור מגורים לכן לא תמיד בטוח שתהיה חניה ואז חניה במרחק 250 מטר עלולה להוות בעיה.

Excellent location in Ioannina, walking distance through the town to the lake. Nice large room with excellent shower. Very nice hosts, helped with the parking and advice for dinner and getting around

Breakfast was big and plentiful but a bit of a waste for us

worked so many years in many hotels from 2 to 4 stars even as a manager supervisor in marriot hotek in uk so I have many years experience over 15. The shower is huge the beds are comfortable the location is very nice but not inside center 10 min walk where most bars are at . The room size amazing and how it looks very nice . one member male staff in the evening reception very helpful and friendly doing a great job in customer service.

I had a bad experience very unpleasant cause of the lack of staff and the organisation. It took me 10 minutes to sit down in check in to fill there paper work that it should had my information from booking.com there Card system was not working with my card as it was contactles so there is a limit with my card so I had to pay cash . no bed sheet in 1 of the beds so the staff had to look for 10 minutes around the area . -air condition loud and on auto keeps going on and off every few minutes making a huge sound . -no head shower system on -to stay on the top so you hold it with your hand . breakfast average with many choices that I did not enjoy but the presentation was very nice . female members in reception on the morning shifts and afternoon lack of customer service did not seem friendly .more towards a posh attitude towards what they do and definitely not enjoying it . No 24 hours receptionist in the desk my check out time was 7am in booking.com but no one was in the desk and apparently one member of staff told me it's 8am the check out time. so I had to call and wait 7:15 for a member to come down and they ask for 20 euros for tax even tho I had paid with cash the total price so I refused and I was in shock and an explanation that I did not understand about some people living the day before so I lost 30 minutes of my time . they accepted it in the end . massage service only male gender doing it . obviously I was not happy with all of this so I was loud and I did complain . It's ashame the hotel its self is one of the best in design and its beautiful they need to do some changes to make it more pleasant I am very surprised with this reviews so high . for a 4 star service I expected way better

Πολύ ευγενικοί, κατατοπιστικοί και καλοί άνθρωποι το προσωπικό. Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ ωραίο και ο ύπνος αναπαυτικός. Θα το ξαναεπισκεπτόμουν!

Hem akşam resepsiyonda hizmet veren Thasos hem de sabah servisinde çalışanlar mükemmel. Sizi evinizdeymiş gibi hissettirmek için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Sabah kahvaltısı da çok iyi. Eğer akşamdan söylerseniz sabah ıspanaklı börek bile veriliyor. Oda büyüklüğü gayet iyi. Tesis temiz. Bu taraftan geçtiğinizde tereddüt etmeden kalabilirsiniz.

Herşey çok iyiydi.
