Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Hôtel vraiment au calme, pas de circulation. Mini-bar et petits snacks à disposition hors horaire ou entre du bar. Restaurant super bon, qualité des produits au top! Possibilité de ranger les vélos au sec et avec prise pour brancher les chargeurs. Petit hôtel tout cosi.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Nous avons passé un excellent séjour Aux Crosets. L’hôtel est facile d’accès avec un parking. Les chambres d de ont spacieuses joliment décorées. La carte du restaurant de l’hôtel est parfaite. Nous avons très bien dîné et le petit déjeuner est copieux varié et excellent.

Quant au restaurant, une merveille : de la raclette comme on n’en trouve plus, une côte de bœuf goûteuse, des glaces vraiment artisanales. Les produits sont parfaits et bien cuisinés.
Des squatters bruyants sur la terrasse, après la fermeture.

Room was immaculate, modern fittings/bathroom and plenty of traditional wooden features. Service at the bar was first class and the restaurant too (same girl) and the steaks we ordered were among the best we've had. We needed some travel advice and the assistance we had was fantastic. Also, we had planned to leave super early and the restaurants/bar waitress made us a breakfast to takeaway, the night before. Totally amazing service.

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026A notre arrivée nous avons eu la surprise d'être upgradé. Belle chambre avec terrasse panoramique - vue sur les montagnes. Hotel au pied des pistes de ski. Dispose d'un parking couvert (payant). Excellent accueil à l'arrivée et au restaurant de l'hôtel. Belle localisation pour profiter du domaine skiable.
Rien concernant l'hôtel. Station un peu morte le soir, pas ou très peu de restaurant en dehors de celui de l'hôtel et d'une crêperie sympathique. Aucun commerce, juste un magasin de sport qui ferme à 18h....

Er is niets in het "dorp". Ligt volledig afgelegen , geen winkels, geen horeca. Enige mogelijkheid om iets te drinken was in het hotel ernaast.

Leider hat das Hotel trotz gehobener Kategorie keine Sauna o.ä. Das hat uns sehr gefehlt!

Reviewed Jan 14, 2025We stayed in the apt, which was very roomy with nice facilities and very clean. This is probably the closest apt we have had to the slopes. It defines ski / ski out.
Given that this is an apartment, you require a car to get groceries or should plan to have them delivered prior to arrival. There isn’t a convenience store within walking distance.

The extra touches such as free tea and coffee in the room and in the downstairs lounge felt like a treat! The room was very warm and tastefully decorated. Everything was clean. The restaurant offered a good choice of good quality meat and other dishes, we returned most nights. We really loved our stay! Richard and his colleagues went the extra mile to accommodate us!
Boots room was on the smaller size, but we’ve managed.

Reviewed Mar 17, 2024The rooms are great - the restaurant is great - honesty bar - location - decor - but best of all - the owners who are without any doubt the best I have ever met in 50 years of very extensive travel. I own a hotel and was a director of a huge travel group - and these guys are THE BEST. They cared for my wife when she needed help and went a million miles beyond what anyone could expect. They take hospitality to a new level. They are angels with a smile and a warm welcome. Absolutely unbelievably perfect.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2023We stayed one night and all was very nice. The room is clean and comfy, there was a nice wine selection in a communal mini bar and the breakfast was very good.
There wasn't much to choose from for dinner - the hotel organized a fondue night but the main restaurant was closed and there wasn't much else in the area.
