Great room and amazing location

Tout, bien situé à côté de la station de skis mais très calme, magnifique view sur la montagne! Propre et moderne, les personnels sont très accueillant et agréable! Bon petit déjeuner et afternoon tea! On est gate!

Nous avons grandement apprécié la totalité de l'équipe du Mountain Lodge, de la réception au service à table, très souriante et accueillante. Le spa est extra, propre et très bien équipé.

Notre salle de bain aurait pu être plus moderne, un rafraîchissement serait apprécié.

Le calme, l'amabilité du personnel. Très bel établissement.

Que le soir, c'était exclusivement la fondue, et que nous voulions pas ce menu. Du coup nous n'avons rien trouvé aux alentours pour le repas du soir. On s'est retrouvé à pique-niquer dans notre chambre. J'ai envoyé un mail 2 jours avant mon arrivée, et je n'ai jamais reçu de réponse. Et dommage que le personnel parle très peu le Français.

Agréable, avec spa sympathique

assez cher tant chambre que repas (et ce dernier de qualité moyenne). Parking payant, même en été, ce qui n'a pas vraiment de sens

La carte des repas du restaurant était décevante par le peu de choix pour manger.

very helpful staff, but due to ongoing maintenance we were moved next door to an excellent hotel. They couldn't have been more helpful despite the maintenance issue

The spa could of been warmer

We stayed here for my partners 40th birthday, and the hotel and staff couldn't have been more helpful. We hired a car and parked underneath the hotel. I had been in contact directly with the hotel, so they knew we were celebrating a special birthday. We arrived early, but check-in wasn't a problem. We were shown around the hotel by the lovely lady on reception and she showed us to our room. We were greeted with balloons and a little card for Rob. This was a lovely touch. We stayed on the 3rd floor with a double room and a lovely big balcony looking onto the slopes. The rooms are lovely big comfortable and great shower. We love the decor decorated to a high standard. The hotel itself is a little gem great location and great facilities the spa is perfect after a day on the slopes some have mentioned its small but I didn't find it a problem and has all the facilities you need. The restaurant and the bar are managed but the nicest team of people I have ever met, and the owner should be proud of his team. Rob had a birthday cake made for him, and the staff surprised us both (i didn't arrange this) by signing happy birthday with candles. The food is very nice and has new specials every night we didn't eat on the normal menu as the specials were too nice. I have read a few say about the breakfast buffet, but I am confused as to why they are not satisfied as again they have a breakfast special buffet and a cooked menu choice. Ski hire is available across the road, and the ski passes a small walk up the road(you can ski there as the button lift is free for the 1st time to the station) I can't say a bad word. we had a great stay and will definitely come back. This hotel has gone above and beyond what I could have expected. After check out, they offered the use of the spa and shower with towels great place

Not is dislike, just something to mention. We arrived early in the hope of having half a day on the slopes, but the hire shop doesn't open in the day. It's early morning or after 5 pm.

Service was amazing. Everyone so polite and helpful. Amazing location right by the beginner slopes.

The staff were very friendly and informative and facilities were very good. Cinema is a bonus with extensive film choice. Allso we were all very impressed with the standard and creativity of food offered by Jamie the chef. I would highly recommend this property and has great access to the slopes really is a jewel in the Swiss alps we will definitely return!
