In the centrum, close to KL Tower and Petronas Twin Towers. Beautifil view from the pool and rooms. Modern rooms. Restaurant and pool on the 37th floor.

Elevator and rooms key - only one for a couple/family. Without the key you can’t go anywhere.

10-15min walking to the metro station. Very good and confortable room with a nice view.

The lifts were very slow!!!! We had to wait like 10min every time we needed to use the lift! The swimming pool is noisy because of the bar music

The room was great..the views from the 33rd floor were excellent... was truely a lovely experience.... The room was bright and clean and healthy and a nice quirky design too

The lift up to the floor can be very busy...waited 20 minutes once to get in a lift..... there was not much communication about when the room would be serviced... they did come but sometimes at 10am sometimes about 2pm every few days but not sure what days....and sadly for us the pool was closed for our stay.... there was no infomation about that when we booked and the pool picture is the picture that draws you to the apartment.... one more thing the bar at the top is the most expensive drinks I ever paid for...

I think the place gives you a very Kuala Lumpur experience - it's a huge condo with a big city life vibe. The view from the studio and from the rooftop and all small garden spaces is just stunning! But attention: you see both Petronas towers as one, so it's not the most classic KL landscape. The apartment was nice and comfy, with a good bed and a place for chilling close to the window to admire the landscape. Very good emplacement - you can walk to the river and to China town in about 10-15 minutes.

I would really love to have a clean window to enjoy the view even more - I can understand if it's dirty from outside bit it was very dirty from INSIDE, not very hygienic. And sometimes you have a long time to wait for the lift: there are only four for the whole building (39 floors).

The staff weren’t super helpful at explaining things about the property, the A/C wasn’t working and I didn’t realise I had to press a button. Would be good to explain these things just to be more helpful. You had to pay to store luggage also, not the end of the world but would be nice if included in stay.

The room was nice, clean, it had everything we needed. Big plus for the view and the staff. Downstairs is a little shop and the facilities looked very nice and fancy.

We could hear our neighbors very clearly. If you take a shower, you are sure to make the toilets and the floor all wet (no separation). Big minus for the closed pool end of June. Apparently it was written on Booking by the time we booked, which I can’t believe because we explicitly booked this hotel because of the pool.

Our last night in KL, The swimming pool was not opened. No one said it anywhere, either on the page of the room nor the people that sent me messages. It is a shame. We booked this place for the swimming pool otherwise we would have go elsewhere.

The property was clean and comfortable with a great view of the city. The room was spacious and location was great. Staff were also accommodating.

The lifts would take forever to come up to the high floors and some of the staff, not all, at the front desk seemed as if they were making fun of my friend and I for not understanding something and needing clarification

Service from the reception, touch key to get into the room, comfort, security, cleanliness, swimming pool. The KL view from my room ( 33th floor) is awesome.

They should put a curtain shower to make sure water doesn't go into the toilet side when we take shower. Need a cloth rail next to the shower to put cloths on.

Reception staff were friendly.

The unit is totally different from the photos advertised here. The unit is smelly the moment you entered the unit - smelled of urine not clean properly. It spoiled my mood and couldn't sleep because of that. The pillow were yellowish when it was exposed from the pillow case. Dont even dare to touch it. In short, worst unit I ever stayed.

Overall, the room was okay but definitely need to improve the condition of the room. Bidet was not working, flooring needs rework and can provide better, cleaner cushions for the window sitting area.

Great location, excellent view and pool. Handy little shop downstairs. Quick check in and out. Great price.

Nothing that would stop us coming back. Few small maintenance and stock issues which could be easily fixed.

The place was nice. I was very disappointed with the staff that waited outside, before we checked out at 11.48 am, he bell the room and straight went in without asking permission, while my friend was still not ready. He must wait till the guest goes out then he checks the room. We are all women so give some respect to get ready and checkout. Please respect your guests. I am a hotelier so I was surprised when he entered the room and cleaned it. The swimming pool was very dirty.

View was amazing, from pool, room and chill areas. Chill areas were good to get out the room and seemed pretty clean!

Room was only semi clean, fairly grubby. Floor definitely wasn’t cleaned and bathroom although clean was starting to get mouldy. Pool was also not clean - I did swim in it but didn’t dare put my head under. Room lacked several basics including no where to hang towels, no bath mat, no bed side light. Air con worked but dripped water. Pool view was gorgeous but after 3pm they absolutely pump out club music which for me ruins the vibe. The location while central was about 15 minutes walk from any food places - it’s nestled in an area that seems to be all hotels.

The location and the pool were great, the room was clean and as pictured, with AC and ceiling fan. The statf were nice, walkable distance and great view.

The shower didnt have a curtain so the bathroom got wet. No room cleaning during our stay (2 nights).

Could not get towels to swim in the pool after 6pm when it was still very hot and was nowhere to lay around the pool

The only good thing of this place is location.

The place is not as in the pictures. The room was very very dirty. The bathroom was disgusting, the toilet and shower were very dirty. Also we were missing a towel and not enough toiletries for 3 people. The full room was smelling like the toilet, we needed to open all windows during the day with the fan on, just to stand the smell after going around the city. The sheets were as well very dirty. We were really thinking to change the hotel once we arrived. The only positive thing of this hotel is location and views, the rest was really bad.

A great hotel which was well worth the money and loved the rooftop pool. Walking distance to Petronas towers and street food street, would stay here again though the staff weren’t super helpful on reception and wouldn’t let us use their phone when ours didn’t work but other than that I wouldn’t recommend it.

The property lacks overall maintenance. The pool looked dirty, the sheets had blood stains in it, the toilets on the common areas didn't have toilet paper.

We didn’t have breakfast at the property during our stay.

The location

Unfortunately, our experience at this property was quite poor. The policies listed on Booking.com didn’t match what we encountered on-site. We were given a room with a broken window, and basic amenities were missing — there wasn’t even soap in the washroom. However they changed the room the next day only and they gave us one that have a lot of insects (ants) we had to throw away our food. The staff seemed inattentive and more focused on their phones than helping guests. Overall, it didn’t feel like a good value for the money. Would not recommend.

The lifts were a bit slow. Someone had been smoking in the first room we were given, but the staff quickly changed the room for us.

towels were dirty, TV inexistent, some things like electic stuff shaky, there were blood stains on the bed. i took instantly another hotel bc of hygiene. I said i want my money back and I won't do this review - guess which cancel request was denied today? Short: Not good close to scam.

The room was clean and spaciuos. I liked the bed and the pillows, I slept really good. The design of the room is great. The view is amazing! It's a good thing, that this appartment has a small kitchen. I could heat up some food and boil water to have a tea. The location is great! It's only 10-15 mins to twin towers! There is mini mart Bilabila in the neighbour building where you can buy some grocery if you need. The roof pool view is awsome.

Amazing views from the comfortable, affordable rooms and a mind blowing swimming pool on the 23rd floor with probably the best view in KL. Walking distance from all the lively neighbourhoods and the old town. Breakfast is a bit expensive, but very good as well.

Location is very good as you’re in the centre and it doesn’t take long to get to places. The highlight of these suites was the infinity pool at the top and the views were beautiful. However, since it is a suite they don’t provide room service, the staff are not very friendly either in terms of providing clear information. Overall, it was a good stay because of the pool view and location is great too.

There were cockroaches in the bathroom and ants in the bedroom. The cleanliness was far from satisfactory. The TV didn’t work properly — it only had access to YouTube.

Found dirty utensils and there’s cockroaches in our room. It’s time for host to change for new pillows and pillowcases as well. Others is okay.

Bed linen stained and dirty. Walls paper thin. No utensils in unit to use. Reception indifferent to our concerns .sleepless nights due to noise and super hard bedding
