雰囲気もよく、館内もとても清潔です。部屋の設備も整っており、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ、ドライヤーもありました。 スタッフさんも皆優しく親切で、いつも気にかけてくださいました。シェフや清掃のスタッフさんもとてもフレンドリーで楽しい気分で過ごすことができました。 連泊でしたが、朝食のメニューも日替わりで楽しめ、とても美味しかったです。 英語も通じて意思疎通もしっかりでき、不自由なく過ごせて良かったです。 ちょうどタイミング悪く横の建物と道路が工事中だったのですが、入り口のサポートもしていただき大変助かりました。

悪い点は何もありません。

Struttura molto accogliente, bellissimo il patio d’ingresso con vasca di una misura giusta per la struttura dove rinfrescarsi nelle giornate calde, la camera era molto bella con tutto il necessario ottimi prodotti per la doccia, bella terrazza sul tetto con doccia e ottima la colazione, staff gentilissimo.

L’unica cosa devo dire è la posizione in un punto della Medina, dove se la mattina ti fa entrare nella vera Marrakech, quindi a mio gusto stupendo, di notte non mi faceva sentire sicura viaggiando sola con mia figlia, anche se ci hanno sempre rassicurato di stare tranquille ed in effetti tutto è andato bene.

Riad L’Atelier is a dream come true! I had two magical nights here after a very busy tour in Morocco. The staff were wonderful and so helpful, I felt so safe as a solo female traveller. The space is thoughtfully designed and very aesthetic, the pool area is perfect for cooling off in the Moroccan heat and the rooftop was so stunning for sunset. The food and iced tea were really great too. Couldn’t recommend more!

We loved everything! Location, people, design, bed, breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. Felt super safe, looked after and at home. Would highly highly recommended and we will be back.

Having to leave - wish we have stayed longer!

We have travelled the world and stayed in many places but this was the best place we have ever stayed! It is absolutely beautiful, a peaceful oasis in the middle of the busy souks. The owners and people working there are so friendly they make you feel like family during your stay. The room was beautiful, clean, amazing showers and decor! The breakfast was exceptional, we loved enjoying our breakfast on the rooftop each morning. We cannot recommend this Riad enough - you will feel at home in this beautiful accommodation and they will help you with any of your needs whilst there (for example we organised a taxi to collect us from the airport with them and they came and met us at the drop off point to help with bags). Thank you for the best stay and memories.

I absolutely LOVED my stay at this Riad L’Atelier. It is so very beautifully designed and all the unique finishes made it feel incredibly homely. You can tell a lot of thought has been put into the space and the ambiance - right down to the scent that runs through the Riad and your own room. As a design and interiors lover this place is just gorgeous and a great place to relax in away from the chaos of the medina outside. The iced lemon tea was a daily favourite. I also loved waking up to seeing the orange tree from my bedroom window and taking breakfast on the stunning terrace. The breakfast was sensational - a real feast of a spread. I also had dinner the night I arrived as I arrived late and it was one of the best meals I had on my entire trip! The tagine and Moroccan salad were delicious. The staff are fantastic. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and informative and gave me great tips and guidance - they made me feel very welcome and safe as a solo female traveller. The location is also great, it’s close enough to all the best spots and you can walk around very easily from the Riad. I’ll be booking this place again and bringing my sister and friends! :-)

Exceptional Riad. All 3 receptionists were amazing. We came at night and Mohamed ( one of the receptionists came to our taxi to help us to find a way to hotel). The interior very nice, excelent breakfast. Amazing experience! One of the guys even booked a hamam for us.

Staff were so kind & incredibly helpful. They will organise your transfer and meet you at your taxi. Tea upon arrival was delicious. The Riad is very beautiful and very clean. The pool area was really nice & relaxing. Breakfast was delicious!

The area in which the Riad is located was not very nice, a taxi will not bring you to the door and you must walk up a dodgy street. Although it is central the street in which it is on is not very friendly. There are ‘local guides’ who target and scam tourists even if you persistently say no. The Riad also did not have a restaurant which would have been nice to be able to order a drink beside the pool.

The staff are incredible! Super attentive and great at giving you recommendations/ guides. Location is perfect walking distance from most key attractions. The rooms are beautiful and so is the pool, the design and architecture of the road is stunning.

A very beautiful Riad and amazing staff who were very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Breakfast each morning was tasty and filling. We booked lunch on our first day and that too was delicious. Really comfy beds and good shower with toiletries and hair dryer/straighteners.

Everything about the Riad was great, very clean, relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff that are happy to help with anything. Our room was lovely and the air conditioning was perfect. The breakfast was delicious and supplied differently every morning, served whenever you like from 8:30 until 11am. I loved how even though we were right next to the busy streets of the Medina, it was very quiet inside the Riad and felt like a real hidden gem. An oasis where you can relax by the pool, sunbathe on the rooftop where there are straw hats supplied. There was even yoga mats on the roof so I could do a Pilates session. The staff were incredibly friendly and gave us many tips and recommendations, we had a traditional Hammam spa experience which was very good! Overall, we had the best stay at Riad L’atelier and would definitely go back again.

There’s nothing I didn’t like but the only thing I would warn people about is the bathroom in our room (room 3) basically part of the bedroom. Perhaps not ideal for those who prefer privacy when using the toilet, but there is a toilet downstairs by the pool for everyone to use so we didn’t have an issue!

We were amazed by the decor of the bedroom and its concept, same thing goes for the outdoor areas. We loved the breakfast and its presentation. Big thanks to all the cookers for the meals and special thanks to Musthapha, Hassan and Moha ( hope I don't misspelled any name). They were super friendly and helpful with absolutely every request and question. We always had a sense of home when we came back from our long day visiting Marrakech. They really know how to run this place!

As the Riad is located in a busy area/street, at night we were able to hear all the buzz from outside. For someone that doesn't have heavy sleep, will find this annoying. Another aspect that we come to know that is a general city situation, is the poor wifi connection and service at the evening. This isn't a riad problem!

Cozy place

Our stay in Riad L’Atelier was absolutely amazing. The staff was so nice, kind and helpful. The food was local and delicious. The riad itself was thoughtfully designed and clean. It was honestly one of the best stays in my life. Thank you for everything!

The only thing we did not like about the hotel, which for me was a massive factor and would put me off staying again, was the location. It was only a ten minute walk into the main square however, my partner and I both felt so unsafe. We would not stay out when it was dark which was past 7pm as I would be nervous walking back. We felt so unsafe, felt like we were going to get robbed, no tourists in the area near the hotel just locals. Some days I was nervous to walk out of the hotel, lots of scams about, I would count down the amount of walks needed until we went home. Although this is nothing to do with the hotel itself it definitely had a massive impact on our stay. However, everything else was great.

It’s a stunning riad, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. The staff were superb, and the breakfasts were honestly the best we’ve ever had. Can’t recommend the place enough.

Everything!!! The interior design is beautiful, exactly like the pictures. The room was super specious and beautifully decorated. The shower was indulging. We received refills for purified water. The breakfast was amazing. The staff was so so nice and helpful. The best was huge and comfortable.

Very small and minor things... The bathroom had no door so it was a little bit uncomfortable. The Riad itself is a heaven but to arrive at it, you need to walk on a very busy and chaotic street. I took a shower late at night and the water was only warm like. The next morning I took another shower and the water was hot and as I said before, the room and bathroom itself was decorated and had amenities that were super indulging.

Everything about this Riad and the team that run it, is perfect. The breakfast every morning was beyond amazing and the evening meals cooked fresh to order rivalling some of the restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly, helpful and a joy to spend time with.

One of the best trips ever. The most incredible oasis right in the heart of exciting and vibrant Marrakech. Mustafa and team are truly special and provided us with all the comfort and expertise we could ever want - they provided us with lots of safety tips which was appreciated as we were too young female travellers. One standout to mention - the breakfast! The most fabulous breakfast every day. You will be spoiled!

Beautiful design and interiors, clean and large rooms and delicious breakfast. Quite at night, staff is super helpful and always someone there. They do serve alcoholic drinks if you wish.

Everything was amazing - particularly the cleanliness of the room and helpfulness of the staff. Breakfast was amazing and Ayoub gave us the most invaluable tips and recommendations for Marrakech! They were super flexible with our check in and check out times as well and helped us book things as we didn’t have a Moroccan phone number. The riad looks just as beautiful in real life which is rare!

The room was well-decorated, and comfortable with air conditioning. The riad was walking distance to Jemaa el-Fna square, the Souks, and other tourist attractions. We had dinner at the riad which was tasty, but the breakfast was exceptional and laid out perfectly. Ayoub and Younis were very helpful and friendly, giving us invaluable tips and tricks on how to nagivate the medina and shopping in the Souks, always with a smile on their faces. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful lobby, room and rooftop area. Everything was well thought of with thoughtful details such as yoga mats and sunscreen on the roof and aesthetics carefully curated. The staff were also amazing, especially Anoub who went above and beyond and Mustafa. The breakfast is also really good and the beef sandwich they make there is also really good so definitely recommend indulging!

We didn’t like the bathroom situation at all it would be so much better to have at least a courtain or something because you can’t even open the doors of the room because it leads you immediately to the bathroom so no privacy at all in something very very important . Aircon couldn’t make it work.

The breakfast was the best we had across or stays in Morocco. Mesemen was served piping hot, good brewed coffee, creative yogurt dishes and really good fried eggs with tomatoes. We had the lunch Moroccan Bahn-mi which was frankly the best sandwich I’ve had - complexity of flavours with amlou and harissa, fresh herbs, piping hot fried egg with preserved beef and tangy pickled carrots. The mix of flavours and textures was amazing! We didn’t have a chance to have dinner there but I would suspect it would be excellent! The staff (we had most contact with Mustafa - amazing!) is exceptionally caring and helpful as is their house driver, Faisal. We felt well taken care of which is their motto. Decor also very lovely, modern with a quiet palette, while using all local items. After hot days in the Medina it was nice to dip one’s toes into the pool. A tranquil oasis when you wish to escape the Marrakesh intensity! So glad we had four nights there, rather than too short a stay.

Most friendly staff! On our entry we were given a map with so much information on Marrakesh from the charming staff. Breakfast was delicious. Room very spacious and clean.

The tap water never got hot, not sure if always an issue but wasn’t able to enjoy the bath in our room because of this.

The location, interior and service was excellent - we couldn’t fault it. A big thank you to Mustapha and colleagues, who were really attentive, helpful and made us feel at home. The best hotel staff we have ever had. The breakfast was also lovely!

Wow! One of my all time favorite places I have stayed. The staff is superb. Super helpful and nice. The Riad is beautifully interiorized and is very aesthetically pleasing. It is very cozy to hang by the pool at the hottest parts of the day. The food is delicious and we had some of our best dishes here. Definitely recommended!
