Niet hygiënisch, geen propere lakens beschikbaar, dekens zijn zonder enige dekbed.. en vies zijn ze. Dekens Worden niet gewassen denk ik. Zeer spijtig

Lage ist zauberhaft, direkt an der Uferpromenade gegenüber dem Luxor-Tempel Der Gastgeber bietet unkomplizierte Hilfe bei der Organisation und bei Bedarf auch Durchführung von Besichtigungstouren, die von uns gewünschten Fahrräder wurden direkt ins Quartier geliefert Der Sohn betriebt im Erdgschoss ein Restaurant und hat uns kulinarisch bestens versorgt Appartement hat eine riesige private Terasse, das Haus eine schöne allgemein genutzte Dachterasse

This location is on the West Bank. Right across from downtown Luxor (across Nile). It's easy to cross the Nile by boat taxi. The owner (I forgot to ask his name) is a very nice person. Very professional and knowledgeable. We were very comfortable at this place. He arranged our Hot Air Baloon ride. They have a restaurant at the location as well with a roof top patio. Few guests have been staying there for long time. All good 👍

Like every other hotels/motels/hostels in Egypt, this place can be a bit more cleaner as well although it's better than others.

Good view

the hotel owner rejected US see the room which is the one I booked, he just give us an different type of the room, which is no Nile view, and no balcony and the room’s aircodition are too old with big noise ,can’t fall sleep at all!

House location

We rented an apartment in this house with a view of the garden (in fact, with a view of the construction site and the garbage dump). I've been to Luxor many times, but I've never seen such a terrible apartment. Dirt, dust, debris, mold — all this was present in the apartment. The bed linen was dirty too. There are some serious safety concerns in the apartment. The electrical wiring is exposed in several places, and it is possible to get electrocuted if you touch it. The owner of the apartment did not know how to communicate with the guests. He shouted and was rude in response to comments about the terrible condition of the apartment. Instead of apologizing and solving the problems, he replied: "If you don't like something, take your things and leave." These apartments and their owner are a disgrace to the city of Luxor! I've lived in Egypt for many years and traveled all over the country, but these apartments are a horror. If you don't want to risk your health, mood, and impressions, I don't recommend staying here. Great location on the corniche. (the Corniche area has unfortunately now been concreted which takes away the green charm of the waterfront in my opinion.) Lovely roof terrace with nice views. Situated right on the river. Facilities in the apartment were ok. Great area for restaurants and cafes. Also a great little shop up the corniche that sells basic supplies. This was my 6th visit to the west Bank and I’m not a tourist so we didn’t need to use the services provided by the owner of the apartment. However, it is easy to plan trips/transport to the tourist sites from here so don’t worry about doing it in advance to get the best deals.

We did not get the apartment that I had booked. (Reserved a 2 bed and only given 1 bed). Fortunate that only half of our party travelled or there would not have been enough beds for all of us. It would have been good to have been provided a small amount of washing up detergent and basic cupboard supplies. Salt/sugar/tea/coffee.

Fantastic view on the Nile and the Eastern Bank from the roof terrace, which is clearly the best possible one, just opposite to Luxor Temple. It is a great location to start exploring the sights on the West Bank. Haggag, the host is really exceptional, a kind gentleman, who is touring you around at a good price and taking good care of the guests. The interior of the apartment is stylish, there is traditional and new air-conditioning as well.

Wifi did not work. The kitchen is not well equipped. You have to bring your toilet paper and soap.
