Central Art Apartment - Nieuwmarkt area

The location was wonderful. Apartment was nice and roomy.

Nothing!

La ubicación El apartamento Todo el equipamiento que tiene el apartamento que hace que te sientas como en casa

Las campanadas del reloj

You’re such a cute place and the location was perfect, and the staff were super responsive.

Everything was perfect!

Quiet, not too far from the centre of Amsterdam (a 10 minute walk for us). Very comfortable with great WiFi and shower. Everything you’d need in the kitchen was there. It ticked nearly all of the boxes. Owner was always there if we needed them :)

It’s very bright with no privacy in living room part of apartment due to no blind at the patio window. This is an easy negative to rectify hopefully. Steep stairs 3 floors up wasn’t a problem for us but could be for others.

The location and beautiful setting was breathtaking and really made the stay. It truly was a beautiful property within mesmerising surroundings.

Nothing at all, I just think the pricing should be lower however understand it was the weekend of kings day.

Light airy very clean Soooo quiet Very speedy communication and very helpful

Nothing

Lovely cosy bedroom. Good facilities. Nice bathroom. Comfy bed.

The stairs and the rules. The stairs are incredibly steep and go on forever. If you are not a fit person do not stay here. I actually fell on the stairs due to people leaving cardboard outside their doors, I damaged my ankle so only stayed here 1 night out of the 4 I booked. Rules include making no noise anywhere which is impossible on the stairs and even though there’s a balcony you are not allowed to use it or smoke on it.

Confortable Bien situé Propre

The apartment is very functionnal. It has a nice aspect and seemed to be recently renovated. It is located in a quiet area with grocery stores and restaurants nearby.

Nice apartment for a couple but it is less convenient if you plan on using the sofa bed - there are no curtains in the living room, which can be uncomfortable with the morning light. According to the apartement’s rules left in the appartement, the terrasse is off limits unless you take arrangement with the owner. Do not book during heatwaves, the apartment does not have air conditioning or a fan. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and it gets very hot. We had a problem with the front door of the building. Surprisingly, since the beginning of our stay the handle was falling down. On our third day, it was simply impossible to get out of the building. There could have been safety issues since it was the only door for us to get out of the building. We called the person in charge and they fixed the problem within an hour. Our check-in was delayed by one hour which made us change our plans (even though they offered us to let our suitcase in the apartment in the meantime).

Not much.

Don’t go. There was no lift. I expressed concern about the number of stairs because of my husband’s age and health, but I was not offered an opportunity to cancel without charge. We suffered the 57-step walk-up, carrying heavy luggage for our 6-week trip. My husband experienced a broken blood vessel in his eye from the strain. Not dangerous, but really disfiguring. No real views, except a bird’s eye from the bedroom. Horrible lighting, with few lamps. No real kitchen. The “cooktop” was a hot plate stored under the cabinet. Furnishings were cheap and drab. And the cost for all this was laughably expensive.

The property was very spacious . It had just been renovated. It had high beams , lots of light coming in . The lounge/dining/ kitchen had ample space . The bed was so comfortable that we slept really well the whole stay . In the cupboards outside the bedroom there were a xtra pillows which was good for me as I need to sleep elevated . The area is very close to the main part of Amsterdam but also nice and quiet for the evenings . The room is at the top floor. The hosts are very very accommodating and kept in contact with me . We had a very early flight and they allowed us to drop off our bags and leave them when we left as our flight was late . Nothing was too much for them . They were fantastic hosts . You really won’t be disappointed staying at this accommodation, we will definitely recommend this place to friends .

There was nothing . We were very happy .

Bra läge i vacker omgivning. Ren och fin lägenhet. Skön säng och bäddsoffa. Värden svarar snabbt på eventuella frågor.

Perfectly located central but quiet street. Nice terrace on the top floor. Accommodating hosts.

Just be aware 3rd floor and no elevator. But for us no problem as host made this clear in booking.

Parfait

Rien

Beautiful clean modern renovation. Very well stocked with everything we needed for our week long stay. Communication and response with the hosts was outstanding. Located in a quiet charming neighborhood with a beautiful view from the bedroom window of the canal and the church.

As the hosts point out in the description the apartment is on the top floor up a steep and narrow set of stairs (57 steps!). Not something that can or should be improved just something to be aware of. We just regarded it as part of the intrinsic charm and the price to be paid for the view.

Everything was just as you would like it. Very nice and comfortable.

Lovely beautiful apartment, modern and clean with a very comfy bed. Close to everything but far enough away to be quiet.

We were not allowed to use the balcony, due to concerns about disturbing the neighbours. This was not stated in the description and was one of the main reasons we booked this place so check this before you stay if you want to sit outside. No WiFi and therefore the TV did not work either which was incredibly disappointing considering the price we paid. We were told it wasn't working for a few days (but also that it had been fixed recently. It was very confusing as I think I was talking to 2 different people on the messages). If it was broken I would expect to be told on arrival if that was the case but we were not told anything. We saw someone in the hallway who asked about the WiFi and offered to look in the morning but we were checking out the next day so was too late. We only stayed 2 nights so gave up as I didn't want to spend my holiday sorting out WiFi. I would suggest better communication around fixing issues to improve this place as it was otherwise lovely.

Location is quiet, apartment very clean and close to city attractions and transportation links. Hosts extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

A wonderful apartment, fully equipped and well furnished with everything you need. The apartment is located in a beautiful spot, quiet and pleasant, in the residential area.

It’d be fantastic if not the issues with the internet.

Beautiful interior and exterior lovely hosts, truly wonderful, very spacious and airy. Bed is super comfy and the whole place is just so peaceful and bright.

Nothing

Spacious. Sun filled. Historic. Nice touches

It was a bit of a challenge climbing the stairs from ground 0 to the 3rd floor.

Fantastic location. Very clean. Timely communication with host. Everything was as advertised.

We asked for, and received permission to sit on the sunny outdoor patio, but it was locked and we could not open the door.

Light, modern apartment, centrally located in a quiet street. Easy walk from the station and all major sights.

Canal view from the bedroom window was nice but living area looks into neighbouring apartments and could have done with a curtain. There are many steps to get to the apartment.

Beautiful loft apartment, great location, close to train station.

An amazing apartment and central to everything. We would definitely come back again the apartment was spacious, relaxing and private. The house went above and beyond for us. Thank you

Loved the location and bright comfortable and clean inside

The bed wasn't very comfortable but apart from that everything else was great!

great location lovely and quiet but easy walking distance to livelier locations

Great location and lovely flat overall! Perfect for our quick trip. Host was lovely and communicative as well!

beautiful apartment!

Nice area , close to centre but away from the bright lights and noise . Very clean .
