VALY Al-Madinah Hotel

The hotel rooms were spacious with large beds. The hotel was approximately a 10min walk to women's gate in Al Masjid Al Nabawi. The staff were friendly and attentive.

The variety of breakfast options could be improved, but overall, it was decent.

Perfect location Easy to in and out from outside All staff speaking English very well Nice Breakfast

Need a bit care about cleaning inside room

Kahvaltı Türk damak tadına uygundu. Personel çok nazikti. Otel gayet temiz.

The catering staff at breakfast were friendly special a man call Shamim he was polite, very caring of the costumers needs. Every other services was very good.

I didn't like that there was no opition of food for people who are in need of gluten free food at breakfast, lunch or late meal. I asked during breakfast if there pastry items were gluten free they didn't have an understanding of what gluten free was. This then limited what I could eat.

Exceptional service from Tanakul Islam and Ridoy Miah! They were both incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. They assisted us with our meals, made sure we had everything we needed, and always went the extra mile to make our dining experience comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm attitude and professionalism truly stood out. Thank you both for making our stay even more pleasant!

Shout out to Mr Mahmood of the breakfast manager for his dedication to his work. He redirected us a family of 8 to certain sitting area in the situation where there's no more seating at the banquet area. The cleaning personnel, Mr Makarem is also helpful and accommodative.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely amazing, just a short walking distance from Al Haram, which made everything so convenient. The room was very clean and comfortable. The receptionist Mr firas was extremely nice, friendly, and welcoming, always greeting us with a big smile. The hospitality was excellent, and we truly felt welcomed throughout our stay. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for going to Al-Haram Al-Nabawi. The room itself was very comfortable.

The property is very beautiful and rooms are very clean and spacious, the staff are incredibly friendly and it was a pleasure dealing with Anis. He accommodated all the request I had to the best of his ability and fulfilled all! Masud & mukarrom were a pleasure to deal with! They made sure the room was clean and any time the rooms needed to be cleaned after hours they would fulfill that request as well!

The breakfast was okay everything else was amazing

Proximity to masjid e nabawi

The rooms were excellent, spacious, clean. House keeping is available at all times. They allow early checkin from 8 am. Their breakfast is also really good. Staff are really helpful and kind like Mr shamim and Mr Tariq who assisted us, also the staff at the reception is really helpful whose name I forgot to get but he was there during the fajr time he helped us with the early checkin process. They always have a smile on their face and keep asking you if everything is ok. The property also has a shopping center where you can buy souvenirs and gifts for friends and family when departing from here and also the distance of the hotel from the masjid is really close to gates near Rawdah. For females who are aged and have difficulty walking, it can get a little bit difficult for them as the women’s gate is a little bit of a longer walk but it still takes only about 10 mins to walk to the women’s gate.

Everything was perfect. There’s nothing to like.

Customer services and very welcoming staff.

The shared gym was very small with few equipments and limited time for use.

Personel çok iyi. Konum iyi. Kadınların yürüme mesafesi daha fazla. Otel temiz.Yemekler güzeldi.

The staff are very helpful and frendly. Go above and beyond.

Nothing.

We had a lovely time in Madina and this Hotel is just minutes away from Outer gate 365 of Masjid e Nabwi, best choice for families where you have easy access to ladies praying area from inner Gate 30 to 28 and Roza Rasool SAW is closer. It is all about Location. This is good value for Money but book in Advance.

It will be nice if they run Golf Cart pick and drop service for Guest as some elderly can not even walk this much.

The staff are friendly, the food deserves a special compliment and it was really superb.

The room size needs to be more spacious

Breakfast sevice, tarek hossen was very entertaing and helpful.

Luggage sent to wrong room.

Property is very clean at all times and modern infrastructure. Very near to Masjid Nabawi. Staff were exceptional in showing hospitality and were helpful everytime they were needed. Few staff we worked with directly were Mohinddin,Alam Ben, Zekra,Sultan,Mahir. Even Naif and Faris were very helpful at the reception. Awesome stay at the hotel and I would recommend again and again.

Excellent hotel with a perfect location and outstanding service! This is a very good hotel with a convenient location, friendly staff, and top-class facilities. It is within just a few minutes’ walking distance of Masjid Nabawi, which makes it extremely convenient for guests visiting Madinah. The staff are very caring, attentive, and always ready to assist. A special mention goes to Mr. Tarek and Mr. Ridoy, who provided outstanding service in the restaurant. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly made our stay more enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah.

I like how the staff is very friendly and helpful. There is one staff in particular named Shaim in the morning the breakfast waiter. Whatever help we needed he was there to solve our problems. The rooms are spacious and the reception always helped us a lot.

Temizlik ve sabah kahvaltısı çok güzel . Herşeyden önce personel güleryüzlü . Özellikle restoran bölümünde Mısırlı yunus bey çok ilgili .

Great service especially mr shameem from restaurant dept

C'est bon hôtel. Bon restauration très propre.

The staff were genuinely helpful and always willing to assist. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and supportive. Shammin, if I remember his name correctly, was especially helpful. He was a really nice guy and went out of his way to help us during our stay. He also helped my parents with coffee and anything else they needed. Really appreciated the hospitality and the effort from the whole team.

They can slightly improve communication skills but rest was all good

Sevmediğim birşey yok

Except for the really small bathroom, everything was okay.

the small bathroom

Almost everything in the hotel we liked. Beautiful hotel 🏨

For four people the room size is a little small. You can fit 4 people but not much room left.

I would like ti to thank all the individuals for their great support

The hotel and the rooms are very clean. The rooms are very spacious , the beds are extra large and very comfortable. The house keeping is very helping. Mr. Youseef at the reception was very kind and humble. The food itself is very good in taste.

All good Alhamdulilah.

Close to Haram. Breakfast was fabulous. Staff friendly, helpful and always willing to help guests. Loved my stay. Will definitely book this hotel again. The restaurant staff Mahmoud Mabawy, Shamim, Marwan, Abdul Aziz, Wied, Haidy and all the staff in the restaurant were wonderful. Front desk Sultan Mahmod and bellman Abdul Hakim were helpful. The housekeeping staff on the 5th floor were always willing to help. We thank all the above for making our stay memorable. Many many thanks

Receiption staff are excellent ( Yousef, Fares, Gehad, Sultan and Fahad) they are proffisional and smiling the same also for room service team Emon and Shanidul . Above team in addition to excellent facility make my trip very good and we enjoyed alot. Thanks and see you again🥰

Mescid-i Nebeviye yakınlığı, temizliği, çalışanların ilgisi.

Clean, value for the money, friendly staff, great location, good food

12 kişlilik bir grupla gittik. Hepimiz memnun kaldık. Personel güler yüzlüydü. Yemekleri güzeldi. Özbek ve Türk mutfağından güzel yemekler vardı.

Sevmediğim bir şey olmadı otelde

Mescide yakın

Herşeyi çok güzel

Reception staff was rude. I booked Deluxe room. They gave me normal double room. Upon my protest, they change my room. Very unprofessional!

konum güzel , kahvaltı süper

Oda girişi çok geç 16:00 :(

The location was excellent and the staff were very helpful especially Tariq from Bangladesh he couldn’t help us enough!

Excellent staff, clean, near AlMasjid AlNabawi, and decent service.

Breakfast was fantastic MāShāʾAllāh. Location good for men to pray in the masjid, for ladies not so much. Easily a 20 minute walk to ladies side for prayer.

I got lost a lot trying to get back to the hotel. Its very similar to View al Madinah and I kept getting confused, but thats on my part. Everything else was perfect.

Good and helpful staff

The location and excellent facilities in the hotel.

Very near to Haram

Great location. Great room sizes. Friendly staff

Breakfast variety was not great. The fruit juices at breakfast were quite poor.

Great hotel in an excellent location, only around an 8-minute walk to Masjid Nabawi. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were good and everything was easily accessible. Breakfast offered a nice variety of options and was enjoyable each morning. Overall, a pleasant stay and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah.
