Wat een fantastische plek! De sfeer was geweldig, de kamer was mooi en schoon, het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam en het dakterras was echt een hoogtepunt. We voelden ons direct welkom en hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf.

Niets! Alles was naar wens en we hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad.

Our stay in Morocco was made truly unforgettable thanks to the incredible host! From the moment we arrived, he was extremely helpful and kind, constantly staying in touch to ensure we had everything we needed. The property itself was stunning and exactly as pictured. It was clean, stylish, and comfortable. The highlight was definitely the rooftop terrace with a great view and couches to relax

The apartment was really nice, the terrace was wonderful, and the overall cleanliness was the best I've had all around Morocco during my trip. Great experience

Expect to pay extra fees when getting transportation to the city (around 15ish euros per trip min.)

Quoi dire si ce n’est que c’était parfait ! L’emplacement est idéal pour se reposer la journée et sortir en fin de soirée. Nous étions avec un enfant de 3 ans il a pu profiter pleinement mais (froidement )de la piscine en cette saison l’eau est froide mais il faisait tout de même 28 degrés à l’extérieur. Les jardins sont magnifiques et bien entretenus. Appartement idéal pour un couple avec un enfant La terrasse est magnifique , offre une vue sur l’atlas et les vignes au calme ! Tout est décoré avec soin , mélange de moderne et de marrakchi !

Véhicule quasi indispensable pour se rendre dans le centre de Marrakech, je recommande aux touristes de faire vivre plutot les petits commerçants à proximité des resorts ils en ont parfois + besoin que dans les grands centres touristiques..

Prachtige oase van rust in het drukke Marrakesh. Goede uitvalsbasis op 20 minuten van de Medina om de stad te ontdekken of richting het atlasgebergte/Ait Ben Haddou/Anima Garden/... te gaan. Wij hebben een auto gehuurd en zelf rondgereden. Fijne ondersteuning door de host en gemakkelijk te navigeren app met alle uitleg. Dankjewel!

La localisation

Es ist einfach ein Traum!!! Tiptop sauber, äußerst stilvoll eingerichtet, wirklich alles vorhanden was man brauchen könnte und die Dachterasse ist unbeschreiblich schön. Wir haben selten so schön übernachtet! Danke für alles, wir würden sofort wieder buchen! Absolute Empfehlung !

This was a superb apartment, beautifully decorated with a lovely balcony as well as a wonderful private roof top terrace with views. Everything was of very high quality and the apartment was spotlessly clean. We appreciated having a kitchen, which was fully equipped. We also appreciated having access to Netflix and relaxing watching a film. The host was in excellent contact with us to make sure everything went smoothly. There is parking right outside the door. We only stayed one night and the weather had turned a bit cold so we didn't use the swimming pool but it looked lovely. This is a great, relaxing place to stay just outside Marrakesh and only 20 minutes from the airport. Thanks Ali.

Everything was great, but as others have said, there is nowhere to eat on site so we took our own food and cooked in the apartment, which was perfect for us. Knowing there were no restaurants nearby was helpful as we were able to plan for this and to buy food prior to our arrival.

Séjour parfait ! L’appartement a dépassé toutes nos attentes : très confortable, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et parfaitement équipé. Les deux terrasses, dont une magnifique sur le toit avec salon de jardin et transats, sont un véritable atout. Nous avons adoré le calme absolu, la vue sur les champs d’oliviers et les réveils au chant des oiseaux. La piscine est à quelques pas seulement. Un grand merci au propriétaire pour sa réactivité et sa gentillesse. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Nous avons logé à Dar Ou Bahssou pour nos vacances en famille, et ce petit bijoux a fait partie intégrante de nos vacances <3 L'appartement est tout a fait agréable, situé dans une résidence sécurisé du côté du golf de l'Atlas. La résidence est calme et très agréable, mais la vraie surprise de ce logement se trouve en haut des escaliers de la terrasse, qui mène vers le plus beau rooftop que je n'ai jamais vu : une vue incroyable sur l'Atlas et les champs d'olivier n'a égale que la quiétude de l'endroit. Nous avons eu du mal à quitter le logement, un petit havre de paix au calme qui permet de s'échapper de l'effervescence de Marrakech. Enfin, le propriétaire a été d'une grande aide pendant notre séjour, c'est une personne adorable et extrêmement prévenante. En bref, si nous devons revenir, nous relouerons au même endroit, tout était parfait ! Merci encore !

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property and truly enjoyed every moment. The host, Ali, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and super friendly, which made us feel comfortable right from the start. The property was very easy to find and is located within a safe, gated community, with a lovely community pool just a minute’s walk away. The apartment itself was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The balcony and rooftop views were simply breathtaking. We were welcomed with a thoughtful fruit basket along with complimentary coffee, tea, and water, which was a lovely touch. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary items for anyone who enjoys cooking. The TV and internet services worked perfectly throughout our stay. What we loved most was the balcony view — we spent every morning there having breakfast, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and stunning scenery. The rooftop was equally amazing, with everything we needed available. The view from the rooftop is impossible to describe in words; even the pictures don’t do it justice. We cannot recommend this property enough — it is truly excellent value for money. The location is also very convenient, about a 20–25 minute drive from Old City Madinah. We rented a car, which made traveling to and from the city very easy.

One thing worth mentioning is that we didn’t initially realize during booking that the property is a bit farther from the central city and that food delivery options are limited. However, this actually enhanced the experience for us. We wanted to spend most of our time relaxing at the apartment, enjoying the sunshine and the beautiful views of the mountains and olive gardens. Since we preferred not to cook, this was simply a personal choice and not a drawback of the property in any way. The peaceful surroundings and natural beauty made our stay even more memorable.

The property was absolutely beautiful and very practical for all our needs. The roof top terrace was exceptional for quiet and relaxation after days exploring the Atlas Mountains and the Agafay Desert. Our host was super helpful, friendly, polite and very quick to respond via WhatsApp with any questions we had. It was nice to be a little distance away from the busy city centre

As soon as we arrived to the apartment we knew we had made the right choice , beautiful apartment everything we needed,fully equipped kitchen ,comfy bed slept really well all week .2 pools to choose from although one was not open everyday , felt really safe in the gated residential complex , the roof top terrace was amazing & we had it all to ourselves ,Ali our host was Very helpful & informative & knew we could message him anytime if we needed anything .

The only niggle was it was just a bit far out of Marrakech & a mini carrefour supermarket on sight would be perfect to get food & drinks without getting a taxi .

L'appartement est vraiment sympa avec une clim fonctionnelle, une décoration au top. La présentation sur la table du salon était vraiment superbe. L'appartement est super bien équipé et il y a même de quoi faire sa lessive ainsi que les épices pour ceux qu'ils veulent cuisiner !

Attention l'appartement est plutot a 30min du centre ville donc ça peut etre épuisant pour certains de faire les aller/retour pendant le séjour. Petit hic de confort est le lit par rapport au reste

Logement conforme aux photos. Piscine commune à 30m, stationnement facile et sécurisé. Très bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire pour les premiers jours ( thé, café, shampoing, lessive....) . Très belle terrasse privée et équipée sur le toit.

C'est un peu loin du centre ville, il faut compter 25 mn en voiture, qui est indispensable du coup. Mais le calme du lieu vaut largement sur la distance.

Un très belle appartement. Excentrer du centre ville au calme. Très belle endroit avec un terrasse juste magnifique. Je recommande à tous le monde les yeux fermés. Un hôte qui est toujours présent à n’importe quelle heure et à tout moment. Ali et Abdou on tellement était présent pour nous afin qu’on puisse passer le meilleur séjour qui puisse exister.

Parfait je mais 5 🌟 sans hésiter Hote très professionnel, Accueil chaleureux . l'appartement et la déco est magnifique🥰 Le cadre est juste éblouissant et paisible, on se sent toute suite en vacances.

Nous avons eu la chance de séjourner pendant trois jours dans un endroit véritablement exceptionnel, niché du côté de la Palmeraie à Marrakech. Le cadre était à la fois paisible et enchanteur, offrant un parfait équilibre entre confort, nature et dépaysement. L’hospitalité, le raffinement des lieux et l’atmosphère sereine ont largement contribué à rendre notre séjour inoubliable. Un véritable havre de paix que nous recommandons vivement et dans lequel nous espérons revenir très prochainement.

Le logement était très bien équipé, décoration soigné chambre et salon équipé de Tv connecté , la literie confortable une terrasse magnifique et le propriétaire Ali très à l’écoute de ses hôtes et d’une bienveillance exceptionnelle, je recommande vivement 10/10 Si nous revenons sur Marrakech sans aucun doute que je retournerais dans ce logement , avec un rapport qualité prix tes correct à comparer aux hôtels du centre qui son en dessous sur tout point de vue . Encore un grand merci à Ali .

La tranquillité et la sécurité .

Dar ou Bahssou exceeded our expectations!! The apartment itself was so clean and prestige, it had everything we needed. The views from the rooftop area are sensational and we spent a lot of time at the appartment because of how wonderful it was. We are all ready looking to book again. The location was perfect for us, we could easily get taxis to areas we needed to be at an affordable price.

We had a few accommodations in option for our holidays, but all the positive messages about the host, Ali, convinced us to go for this one. Boy was that the right choice. Ali helped every step of the way, got us quick and easy to the apartment from the airport, got us in contact with a secure, kind driver Abdou who's then helped us the whole week with going up to city centre, the store, to activities, the waterpark etc. All the while, Ali was still in touch if we had any questions. He helped us get a spot at a local restaurant that was fully booked (literally gave the phone to the manager, after which Ali convinced them to give us a nice terrace spot). Also, the roof terrace (which is private for people staying here), is fantastic. Everything's in perfect state, shower's clean.

Be aware that the location is in a gated community, around 20min drive away from the centre (old medina). There's no store or restaurant on the premises. Having a driver, ordering a taxi or renting a car are a must to get around.

The apartment was super clean

The apartment exceeded our expectations - bright, clean and peaceful. Ali, the host, was kind enough to arrange transport from the airport to the apartment, due to our late arrival time. Ali also left us some fresh fruit, yoghurts and hot drinks for our arrival, which was much appreciated. When there is less traffic, the apartment is 15-20mins from the airport, but can take longer during busy periods (which can’t be helped of course). The apartment is well furnished, and the roof terrace is a tranquil place to unwind. The staff/security at the complex are friendly, with 2 pools, 3G football pitch and basketball area to keep you active, if you so wish. We cycled to the medinas, and took taxis in/out of the centre (€10-15 each way). It may be worth considering a hire car if you wish to venture further afield.

There is a small shop outside of the complex, about a mile up the road, which stocks basic food/drink/toiletries. With a larger Cash and Carry style shop, approx 3 miles away for more choice. As there is no shop/food and drink amenities on site. However this is not a bad reflection on the apartment itself, just something worth bearing in mind.

Very beautiful apartment with a beautiful balcony and big terrace!! Quiet resort, not far from the city center with car, and Ali (the owner) is very helpful and will support you with anything anytime!! Big thanks! We really loved it!

Friendly and welcoming host. Easy to communicate with and helpful. Amazing roof top terrance with beautiful view of the Atlas Mountains. The apartment is well furnished and spacious, we felt at home. Very clean and well maintained with toiletries which was appreciated. 18min by car from the airport
