The location is fantastic close to all the fav spots. Communication with the Hotel was fast and efficient. My go place when I return back to HCMC Vietnam.

Agosto 2026 • Visitatore dall’Italia Comodo appartamento in posizione centrale Abbiamo soggiornato al Mersey Ben Thanh Saigon Apart’Hotel. L’appartamento è risultato un po’ più piccolo rispetto a come appariva nelle foto, ma pratico e ben organizzato. Comoda la presenza della cucina e molto apprezzati l’acqua e gli snack messi a disposizione, così come il cambio giornaliero degli asciugamani. Il self check-in è semplice e pratico e la comunicazione con l’host è stata ottima. Abbiamo avuto un problema con l’asciugacapelli, che non funzionava, e si è subito reso disponibile per farcene avere un altro. Molto comodo anche il servizio lavanderia, con ritiro e riconsegna direttamente davanti alla porta della stanza. La posizione è centrale, con molti servizi nelle immediate vicinanze. La strada di accesso è però piuttosto stretta e spesso occupata da scooter parcheggiati, quindi i taxi più grandi possono avere qualche difficoltà a raggiungere la struttura. Avevamo prenotato una stanza con balcone, ma si tratta in realtà di un balcone alla francese, quindi una grande finestra fino al pavimento senza uno spazio esterno realmente utilizzabile. Nel complesso una sistemazione pratica e comoda per soggiornare nel centro di Ho Chi Minh City.

L’unica vera nota negativa è stata l’acqua calda. Essendo riscaldata tramite pannelli solari e avendo trovato diversi giorni di pioggia, la sera non sempre era disponibile per fare la doccia.

The air-conditioning didnt work the last two days. Was unbearably warm. The room service to clean also wasnt exceptional. The apartments are just too close and sound proofing is bad.

Clean, well located and lovely apartment. Easy to access and helpful staff!

Good value for money, great ammenities and staff are helpful, 10 min walk to busy walking street so just a small bit out which is nice if you are looking for some quite but still want to get into the busy

The hotel is old, and everything in the room is outdated. The worst part was the bed and mattress. The mattress was old and extremely uncomfortable, and the bedding did not feel clean at all. I couldn’t sleep the entire night. Although the bathroom had been renovated, it still looked old and didn’t feel clean. The hotel is located down a small alley and is difficult to find. The staff didn’t provide any directions until I asked. Even then, the directions lacked clear landmarks, making it impossible to know where to go. The staff seemed inexperienced and unprofessional. The hotel also failed to provide clear instructions on how to find the property or collect the room key, which forced me to go back and forth unnecessarily. The hotel is located inside an old building, and both the entrance lobby and the elevator are very outdated. Overall, I will never come back. The condition of the bed and mattress was truly a terrible experience.

Расположение, хороший район. Сам отель уютный и удобный при всей своей простоте. Прекрасный персонал, который быстро и четко решает все вопросы (заселение, обменники, ранние заезды и т.д.). В номере есть все, что необходимо для сравнительно длительного пребывания: плита, посуда, чайник и т.д. Прекрасное сочетание цена\качества для не особо притязательной публики. Если же вам хочется большего комфорта, то это не совсем подходящий вариант. Хороший WI-FI сигнал.

Сломанный душ, нужно приноровиться, чтобы выключить воду. Номер все-таки маловат. Для одного человека вполне нормально, но для большего количества будет не совсем удобен. Самая главная проблема - в соседнем здании начинается стройка. Долбят ночью, долбят ранним утром. Не работают ТВ-каналы. Как только ни настраивал - не помогло. Просто не работает и все. Нетфликсы и подобные сервисы вполне работают, но мне подобная ерунда даром не нужна, а вот ЧМ по футболу было не посмотреть. Если бы не это обстоятельство, оценка была повыше.

Good location, very close to good restaurants and shops, and not too far a walk to different museums. The coffee shop on the ground floor was nice, and the rum bar below was a very nice find.

Construction work was going on outside the building starting early in the morning, and bells from the nearby cathedral would ring at 5am. Room was clean enough, but some bugs were coming from the drain and kitchenette.

Great location! Room was really lovely, cold air conditioning, nice bathroom, and on a quiet street. Staff were friendly and great communication for our early arrival/check in. We arrived into Ho Chi Minh 5am so booked the night before our stay so we could check in early. Our street outside had the best Bahn Mi, best coffee at Thuan Kiew on the corner. Walking distance to Ben Thanhn Market, War Museum and loads of attractions. Highly recommend this place to stay!

Perfect stay! The room is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The service is excellent and the staff are incredibly kind and attentive. Highly recommend!

J'ai apprécié mon séjour au Mersey. La rue est calme, mais tres bien situé dans la ville, c'est idéal! Ils ont facilité mon accès à la clé comme j'arrivais le soir, c'était tres facile. Le logement a tout ce qu'il faut, c'est tres comfortable. Aussi mention spéciale pour le lit; large est super comfortable! Il y a une petite cuisine si besoin. Je n'hésite pas a recommander l'endroit, je l'avais choisis un peu par hasard mais je n'ai pas regretté.

Relativ zentral und zweckmäßig Kommunikation mit Personal war freundlich und nett.

Leider hat die Hygiene des Hotels uns nicht gefallen. Bettzeug und Tücher sind veraltet und nicht sauber. Es hat mit den Fotos auf Booking.com nicht viel tun. Lage vom Hotel ist auch nicht so ansprechend. Check-in Info wurde nicht rechtzeitig vermittelt.

We got here late in the evening after a 25h travel day from Germany and all was perfect.

This did not bother me at all. However it was self check in as we arrived late and self check out as we left early and money was left in room.

The location is great — right near the city centre with plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and cosy.

I think the rooms are smaller than advertised. The Wi-Fi was unreliable — on some days it was so slow it was practically unusable.

Staff were very helpful throughout my stay. Left an item behind, team helped to bring it to my office. The room is spacious and the overall room ambience makes it very comfortable

Nothing negative to say about the place to be honest. I'll come back for my next visit.

Great location in a small backstreet so away from the traffic.. The room was small but really well presented. A groovy coffee shop downstairs, again small but great coffee.

It was sometimes a bit difficult for our transport to find us being in a small backstreet, but not a big problem.

Классные апартаменты, в центре города, с духом настоящей Азии. Апартаменты находятся на узкой улочке, но это вообще никак не сказывается на комфорте проживания. Все развлечения в шаговой доступности, при этом улица очень тихая, спать было более чем комфортно. Кровать удобная, все что нужно было работало, отдых прошел на ура. Заселили нас в 5 утра, без проблем, очень удобно. Спасибо большое, будем в Сайгоне приедем только в эти апартаменты ♥️

Fantastica la posizione, la struttura si trova in pieno centro del distretto 1 ma in una via laterale molto silenziosa e tranquilla si puo’ anche dormire con la finestra aperta.

Ho chiesto ma non avevano un cuscino piu’ basso, ho problemi con la cervicale. Non forniscono il tappetino per il bagno quando si esce dalla doccia.

Buona posizione, vicino al centro, in una stradina parallela ad una principale. Pulizia ed efficienza dello staff ok.

L'unica nota negativa è che nei servizi risulta anche quello della lavanderia ( sul quale avevamo fatto affidamento) che invece non hanno

It was tucked away down an alley which meant it was absolutely quiet. Perfect for sleeping. It is modern, spotlessly clean and you can tell it is well cared for by the owners. The bed is so comfortable too.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war super! Es war schalldicht und somit sehr ruhig.

Leider war das Zimmer nicht richtig sauber, die Bettwäsche war fleckig, Schimmel an der Wand und an der Gardine.

L'appartamento era davvero carino, pulitissimo,in una vietta pacifica nel centro di Saigon. La doccia era separata, una cosa fondamentale per me. Nello stesso edificio al piano terra c'è il bar. Tutto ciò che serve è davvero a portata di mano.

Da das Hotel keine Lobby hat, konnten wir unser Gepäck nach unserer Ankunft mit dem Nachtzug nicht dort lassen, sondern mussten es in eine andere Zweigstelle des Hotels bringen. Das war unnötig kompliziert. Direkt unterm Fenster ist eine Bar ist. Am Wochenende war es bis spät in der Nacht unfassbar laut und an Schlaf war nicht zu denken (unter der Woche war es hingegen ruhig).

De locatie is top, het bed ligt lekker en de airco werkt fijn. De badkamer is voor Vietnamese begrippen modern en het was zeker hygiënisch.

We hebben in twee verschillende kamers geslapen en bij beide kamers was de kitrand in de badkamer bij de douche niet waterdicht. Hele badkamer nat na een douche beurt.
