The location is a little outside the main city area. Since it is marketed as KLCC, I expected it to be closer to the main KLCC area and attractions. * Otherwise, everything was good.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the toilet walls were not clean. The access card was also difficult to use, as it took a long time to be detected by the lift scanner. The biggest issue was the hotel parking. Even though I had already paid RM50 for two parking passes, I still had to wait outside for a long time before being allowed to enter. The parking access system was extremely inconvenient and poorly managed. What made the experience even more frustrating was that I had two babies in the car, yet there seemed to be no consideration for guests in such situations. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I expected much better service and management from the hotel.

L’approccio del personale e la confusione che si genera al momento della prenotazione. Abbiamo pernottato in questa struttura circa cinque anni fa, rimanendo profondamente soddisfatti. Purtroppo abbiamo, in questo ultimo soggiorno, riscontrato una serie di inspiegabili incongruenze. La struttura è gestita da diverse agenzie e non si capisce bene quale tipologia di stanza è preferibile prenotare. Il personale alla reception (tranne rare eccezioni) è decisamente poco disponibile al dialogo. La piscina (molto bella) è a pagamento, prima l’entrata era gratis. Per lasciare i bagagli c’è una tariffa giornaliera per ogni valigia consegnata. La pulizia non raggiunge standard ottimali. Detto ciò, se si cerca una soluzione economica e senza pretese di un cinque stelle, l’hotel è sicuramente da consigliare: le stanze sono ampi appartamenti con due camere da letto e due bagni.

The stuff by the pool could speak a bit more English and the desk stuff was not very friendly. The room was clean at the first sight but it should get more deep clean especially shower. The hallway smelled really bad. And the pool and gym should be free for guests. It doesn’t make sense to pay more for that. Also it would be nice if you want us to pay to have an option to pay by card.

Receptionist is detail. Wifi is good . Interior design is nice. The house and room and toilet are clean !

Room look very clean n need.

The room was good except for the bathroom, the water was slow draining. Water heater not functioning well.

Perfect for what we needed i.e. clean, comfortable, safe, accommodations close to IJN. It was a last minute booking yet everything worked out great. Zila at Reception was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, from checking in to checking out and in between.

Absolutely amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel welcome right away. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated – it truly felt like a home away from home. Location is perfect, close to key attractions and public transportation.

Not Recomended for family. The new management charge parking RM25 per night. Imagine if u stay for 3 night. Also, they charge Rm10 for swimming pool per head. Back then, everythings was free. Now not worth the money.

I think this is my second year stay with mana mana/gsuites. All about room is good, if we have some issue, i just refer to your staff, Zila. Everythings fine, we like to stay here because of her PR & service is so good.

The toilet smells, and cockroaches. Maybe it's been too long since anyone has stayed here. car park price increase, expensive.

I haven’t written a review on Booking.com for a long time.During my stay at Expressionz by Mana-mana, everything was smooth with no technical issues. Zila was extremely helpful throughout my stay, handling all my payment and housekeeping requests. I didn’t see anyone else there.

The room is a bit spacious, comfortable and can have a good rest. But thats just it.

There's too many donts that do's. The parking is too hard to find and a bit far. There's many rules. Only two can go upstairs, family cant even send us to the room. Most of people who stays there bcause its near to IJN. So mostly old people who will stays but the staff didnt even give us to send our old folks to their room. Instead of 2 night we only stays one night. Thanks for that inconvenience. Its a no no...

All facilities need to pay include with mineral water 🤣
