La habitación estaba en buenas condiciones, era cómoda y tenía buenas vistas. También queremos destacar a una chica del café del piso 8, que fue la única persona del personal que nos atendió con verdadera amabilidad y empatía durante la estancia. En el desayuno nos dio un servicio excelente.

Lo peor de nuestra experiencia fue, sin duda, el trato del personal. Llegamos tarde por la noche en un vuelo y, aunque habíamos avisado previamente de nuestra hora de llegada, la atención en recepción fue muy fría. También habíamos escrito antes de la estancia indicando que estábamos de luna de miel y preguntando si podían tener algún detalle en la habitación, pero nunca recibimos respuesta. El proceso para llegar desde recepción hasta los ascensores tampoco es nada intuitivo: hay que salir del edificio, rodearlo por un lateral y acceder por otra zona. Como no conocíamos el lugar, necesitamos ayuda y el vigilante de seguridad perdió completamente la paciencia con nosotros. Tampoco nos explicó bien el funcionamiento del ascensor con la tarjeta y su trato fue bastante desagradable. Durante el resto de la estancia prácticamente no recibimos ni un saludo por parte del personal. En general, nos pareció un servicio muy frío y poco empático. Más que un hotel, la experiencia se siente como alojarse en un apartamento gestionado tipo Airbnb. También creemos que la información sobre la piscina debería estar mucho mejor explicada en Booking. Da la impresión de que se puede disfrutar libremente de la piscina del rooftop, pero existen bastantes condiciones y requisitos específicos sobre el tipo de traje de baño permitido, que no estaban claramente indicados antes de reservar. Por último, para turistas extranjeros exigen un depósito de RM300 únicamente en efectivo. Aunque esta condición sí se comunica, nos resultó poco práctica. Tuvimos que retirar efectivo exclusivamente para el depósito y, al devolverlo también en efectivo el día del checkout, ya nos marchábamos directamente al aeropuerto y no necesitábamos ringgit. Terminamos teniendo que cambiar ese dinero nuevamente a euros, perdiendo dinero entre comisiones y tipo de cambio.

It was so extremely clean. I use expressionz quite often. Booked it thru various apps but this booking waa my favourite so far.

Cama ok, zonas comunes ( piscina etc) cuidadas y limpias. Aire acondicionado algo ruidoso pero funcional

Muy lejos de transporte público, personal algo desinteresado en ayudar o explicar. Sin servicio de comida/cena ( todo vía grab). El baño estaba bastante sucio ( mampara y azulejos)

first of all we booked 2 rooms and i made requests to be next to each other and in the end the second room was in another building😅second if you want to go to infinity pool to the hotel you have to pay to go and the rules for the pool was ridiculous the make problem for everything and one girl at reception was very disrespectful.

En primer lugar no pasaton ninguno de los 6 dias a limpiar la habitacion. Todo el personal era impresentable. De hecho un dia fui a la piscina q en la informacion ponia q cerraba a laa 10 pm y a.las 9:20 pm el de seguridad pretendian no dejarme pasar Otro dia fui almorzar a la cafeteria compre un cafe y un croissant, y le pedi a la camarera um vaso de agua para tomar una medicina y me dijo q no me lo podia dar, increible

Leider haben die Bilder auf booking nicht mit meinem Zimmer überein gepasst. Mein Zimmer war leider sehr dunkel und in die Jahre gekommen. Das Pakett war aufgeqollen, die Ecken dreckig und die Tapete löst sich von den Wänden. An vielen Stellen wird einfach mit Paketband drüber geklebt. Musste richtig drüber lachen. Sobald die Klimaanlage aus war, hat man alle 5 Minuten ein ekliges Kratzen im Hals bekommen, kam vom chemischen Lufterfrischer. Leider konnte ich nicht ausmachen, wo der im Raum war. Hätte ihn gerne zugeklebt. Für alles wird einem etwas extra berechnet. Gepäckraum 1€ pro Stück, Gym extra, Pool extra... Das nervte. Zudem ist man sehr weit vom Zentrum entfernt und muss ständig Umwege wegen der Straßenführung machen. Gerade in der Rush hour habe ich teilweise über 30 Minuten bis zur Stadtmitte gebraucht. Auch wenn ein Grab/Bolt immer nur um die 5€ kostete, die Zeit und das Geld summieren sich dann doch. Nehmt 10€ mehr pro Nacht in die Hand und bucht euch ein Hotel direkt in der Stadt. Ich kann die Unterkunft leider nicht empfehlen und werde bei meinem nächsten Besuch in KL ein anderes Hotel buchen.

L’établissement est très bien. La chambre est très spacieuse et très bien équipée, ce qui rends le séjour encore plus agréable. Il y a une bouche de métro à même pas 10 minutes donc parfait pour se déplacer. Le personnel est sympathique. Je recommande cet établissement !

La seule petite chose qui nous a un peu dérangé c’est le manque d’eau chaude dans la douche sinon tout était très bien.

The apartment itself was comfortable, clean and had a great view of Kuala Lumpur. The location was also convenient, and the building has good facilities.

The biggest issue was the lack of transparency regarding the swimming pool. The pool with the Petronas Towers view is prominently featured in the listing, but we only found out after arriving that access costs RM25. This was not clearly stated in our booking, and the pool seems to be one of the main reasons guests choose this property. I also noticed that other guests have complained about the same issue. Another inconvenience was the RM300 security deposit, which is quite high for a short stay and is especially inconvenient for travelers who are leaving the country and have to keep that money until it is returned. The shower temperature also fluctuated significantly, and the Wi-Fi connection was unstable during our stay.

Ce que j’ai aimé dans cet établissement, c’est qu’il est situé à proximité des principaux lieux touristiques de Kuala Lumpur, ce qui est très pratique pour visiter la ville.

En revanche, je n’ai pas du tout apprécié le personnel, que j’ai trouvé peu accueillant, peu à l’écoute et pas très professionnel. J’ai également eu le sentiment d’avoir été arnaquée, ce qui a fortement influencé mon expérience dans cet établissement.

Estaba céntrico pero lo bastante alejado del caos

Nos dieron una habitación que olía muchísimo a tabaco los primeros días. Por otro lado, tuvimos que reclamar en varias ocasiones que necesitábamos papel y toallas y que avisaran a la habitación vecina que no se podía fumar. Nos llovió alguna tarde por lo que no pudimos aprovechar la piscina de la azotea, pero cabe decir que había que pagar por persona y por día para poder acceder

Loved the size of the apartment. The little Cafe on the 8th floor was handy and the food and service great. We got many coffees during our 3night stay. Bed was very comfortable and airconditioners in both the living and bedrooms worked fantastically.

Not near to anything. Although places seemed close, walking difficult due to traffic and heat. Getting grabs always involved at least 15min wait. Caught grab to watch footy at a pub which was 3.5kms away. It took 1.5hrs to get there due to traffic. We walked the last 500mts due to sitting in the traffic. (I realise this is not the apartments fault but is the reason we would not choose to stay there again)

Tuvimos un problema y desde recepción se nos ignoró y nos dejaron durmiendo en el hall hasta el día siguiente que llegó otra recepcionista "Farah" y nos ayudó. Un amor de persona. Nos dejamos la llave en un Grab y no se nos proporcionó otra ni se nos dio ninguna alternativa para entrar en la habitación. De hecho no nos dejaban ni cargar el móvil aún teniendo cargadores a nuestra propia vista. Los trabajadores lamentables a excepción de Farah. Te dicen que no tienen más llaves y eso es todo.Te derivan a un número de teléfono y no te dan respuesta. En dicho número de hecho nunca nos respondieron ni en llamada ni en chat. El hall está plagado de mosquitos. Los trabajadores se ponen el ventilador y se duermen a la vista de todos. Vergonzoso.

This property was such a big scam. They show you the one bedroom apartment but they take you to a small tiny studio room. Nothing works, no equipment is provided. No TV. Asked for a TV constantly but the host kept on saying tomorrow. Very unprofessional host. Never trust this property as it’s such a big scam. The rooftop pool was also full of dirt and black mould. Very unhygienic. I would never go back and never recommend it to anyone.

The views were nice and wifi was fast. Convenience store near reception is helpful as the location is not close to anything for walking to. The maintenance worker was respectful and quick to complete the job.

First, it is so unsafe to list the room details on a key card.. as a solo traveller, I was always concerned to hide this when in the elevator (needed to access) or on property. I think the room was mid-renovation.. missing things like towel hooks and some lights. The toilet paper is cardboard so ladies - bring your own to avoid painful wiping. The air conditioner needed servicing and leaked water everywhere in the middle of the night. Luckily I woke up and was able to dry the floors to avoid damage. The workers came the next morning to assist and it functioned again properly. Nobody tells you anything about the property on check in, they take deposit and hand receipt. Do not lose this receipt or you do not get $$ back. No full length mirrors. The bathroom mirror overhead lighting was awful for getting ready as a woman. Some things you could just tell were designed by a man for this unit. No offence! Beds are worn in so felt hard / droopy. Honestly, I would not rec this hotel or stay here again. Also there were ants in the bathroom sink and I could not figure out where they were living. The hot water runs out quick so take fast showers. Nobody will clean the room during your stay, but you can take your own garbage down the hall as needed.

This propety is high rise apartment rented out . The overall building looked quite old and need maintainance. Rust were all over place. Also asking for 300 ringgit for security deposit despite swimming pool access closed . Seems not worth it . During monsoon season pool will be completely closed for entire month whether it rains or not.

La TV no funciona correctamente

Que es un departamento amplio, la cama estaba súper bien, que tiene TV nueva que podes ver Netflix. La pileta del piso 8 excelente.

Que nunca hubo agua caliente en la ducha. Reclamé dos veces y solo vinieron a ver y no solucionaron nada 👎🏽. Le falta un poco de mantenimiento ya q las paredes están sucias. Y sumaría bastante poner alguna mesita con sillas 🪑 ya q solo había una o algún sillón ya que hay un gran espacio y no tenes donde sentarte mas q en la cama o en el piso. Además sumar algún tender porque hay lavadora de ropa pero no tenes nada donde colgar la ropa, inexplicable. La ubicación un poco lejana , hay q salir en grab.

La piscina a pagamento potrebbe avere un piccolo bar. Il mobilio era un po' rovinato, probabilmente non di buona qualità.

The registration waiting time. I come at 12:00am and only one staff entertain 3 more guest. So i have to wait for 20-30mins. This happen several times. And this time i got basement parking which is i really enjoy it. before this i always get parking on 7th floor. 😢
