The pool on the 48th floor and the convenience store at the bottom was great. Location was also relatively close to the city centre so grabbing around KLCC is cheap. Views are okay. Highly recommend going up to the infinity pool on the 48th floor (not 8th) at least twice. Once at night and once during the day. At night, however, can be busy with people taking photos.

Check-in was frustrating. Property should have mentioned the cash security deposit needed. I had to go through a whole process, good thing that there was an ATM in the facility. Not ideal though, would have liked to know in advance. Check-in people are inconsistent. Some are helpful, others just frustrating.

Appartement très propre, confortable et bien équipé. Très bon emplacement à Kuala Lumpur. Le Wi-Fi fonctionne parfaitement et l’arrivée s’est faite facilement. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et je recommande cet établissement.

Rien de particulier à signaler, tout s’est très bien passé.

Good location and well equipped

There was a bad smell in the bathroom. We booked this hotel because of the pool, and it was closed every day due to supposed rain that never happened.

I didn’t like the property. It’s totally opposite of my expectations. They took 300 RM cash. Aircon not working properly. They charge 25RM to go to swimming pool.

The room upstairs

they don't have slippers and the sofa is very small. And they don't have a dining table as well.

I love the tight security which makes us safe. The room was excellent.

No 24/7 minimart or food stall nearby.

I liked everything about the service, from the reception to the home facilities—everything was available and easy to use. It is not far from KL city center. The room was very clean and tidy. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a homestay in KL.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto. Struttura molto bella, camere pulite e confortevoli, personale gentile e disponibile. La piscina è davvero spettacolare, con una vista panoramica mozzafiato sulle Petronas, soprattutto al tramonto e di sera quando sono illuminate. La posizione è ottima e comoda per visitare la città. Un’esperienza davvero positiva, ci tornerei volentieri e lo consiglio assolutamente!

The smell of leaky toilet in the lobby was not a good way to start and end the day. I was on floor 33 and the park view was actually a storm water run off and a soccer field… the location is subject ti heavy traffic in the mornings and evenings so made a trip to KLCC long and expensive. The room came with a sofa bed that didn’t fold into a couch so was an eye sore the entire time in my room. No power points next to the bed?? and in a two week stay none came to clean the room.

The view is awesome! I really loved the bathroom on the first floor too—very clean, and there was no disturbance from the neighbour at all. Everything felt very peaceful and comfortable.

I’d say the unit could use more mirrors in the bedroom, especially for getting dressed and ready. At least having a dressing table with a mirror would make things so much easier. It’s quite difficult to do makeup or even check the final look when there’s no mirror in the bedroom. And the staircase makes noise when we climb up that quite annoying actually .

Lack of housekeeping for less than 3 days stay. No extra towels given upon request, and there’s a heavy fine for dripping water out of pool area. The housekeeping rummaging for trash through personal belongings and threw away personal possessions without compensation even after a complaint. The parking is terrible, narrow turnings and not even suitable for a larger car, going in and out of parking is a hassle and was charged RM20 per car, no free parking, charging extra money RM25++ for infinity pool per person but it wasn’t stated before booking. Didn’t realise it functions like an Airbnb until the request for housekeeping, even upon request housekeeping can be fully booked too.

The location of property was good and price is cheap. The view from the unit overlooking the city was great.

This is not my first time staying at Expressionz hence comparing with my previous stay it has been a disappointing experiences. The unit provided was not clean and the shower area in the bathroom had drainage problem hence each time one person shower the shower area will be filled with water hence the next person unable to use it immediately which was really frustrating. Only 2 towel provided for our 3D2N stay for 2 person and the towel didn’t look clean or hygienic. No extra towel or floor mat provided for the bathroom. The air conditioner looks very old and worn out and took very long to make the room feel cold. The process of check in took atleast 40 minutes with a long queue and the parking lot allocated for the unit was given at level 6 despite an extra payment taken for the parking which was rm20 which made it even more difficult each time to drive out of the property. I don’t think I will come again to this property again despite the cheap price as I don’t think it’s worth the price at all.

Upon arrival the receptionist are not friendly. The building seems to be old and the room we stayed has very strong smoke smell throughout our entire stay. It enters the room. We can not locate where the source is. We are not smokers! The facilities though they have microwave,washing machine, kettle and some utensils, the room isnt clean, no place to hang clothes when taking shower inside the bathroom, no cleaning even though we requested. There are around 4-5 people in the reception but could not even address a simple question from a guest. We asked for cleaning they ask to scan a QR for whatsapp. We are not user of that app so definitely we don't have. We have to download just to request. Too incovenient! Then delete afterwards!!.nobody came to clean though even though we requested on the 4th day as that is there rule. We asked again to extend our check out because our flight were in the evening, we had to request from the app again. They read the messages but couldn't reply. Until we had to ask the reception again to follow up. 😡 during our stay we only used the ceiling fan but on our last day while waiting for check out it was hotter than usual so we turned on the aircon. After an hour water started to pour down.

Das Bett war gemütlich und die Aussicht schön (haben auch dafür bezahlt). Das Zimmer war groß.

Die Rezeption ist etwas „komisch“ da mehrere Hotels in diesem Gebäude sind? Die Ausstattung sieht etwas heruntergekommen aus. An manchen Ecken der Kästen bricht schon etwas ab. In der Dusche läuft das Wasser sehr langsam ab. Wir haben nur den Pool im 8. Stock gefunden, in den 40. Stock indem lt. Mitarbeiter der andere Pool ist konnten wir mit unserer Karte nicht mit dem Lift fahren.

Ads like an upscale range but actually just a mid-range overall. So no need for the RM300 refundable deposit, take RM150 deposit instead. PS, please hang a “Real Mirror” not a cheap reflecting sticker from Mr.DIY. Common pleanty of tourists and foreigners staying there hayya

L'établissement est bien situé. La vue des appartements est splendide et les équipements répondent aux besoins du quotidien. On a accès uniquement à la piscine du 8ème étage. Celle du haut ainsi que la salle de sport sont en supplément. C'est un lieu agréable et le petit supermarché près de l'accueil permet de faire des achats de première nécessité au besoin.

Loved the lake view from the room I was in as well as the location of the facility making it very easy to get to places within Kuala Lumpur

The sofa at the sitting room was not comfortable at all for our long stay, we could not relax at the sitting room. There wasnt a smart TV despite the good Internet making the living room baisically unusable.

L'accueil, les hommes de l'accueil et de la sécurité sont désagréables. On se demande si dire bonjour et au revoir est une insulte ici. Dans la salle de bain, qui était collée à la chambre, il y avait une odeur nauséabonde d'égouts du matin au soir. Les couverts étaient mal lavés, et le torchon que l'on avait à notre disposition pour la cuisine était dégoûtant. Le canapé est dur comme de la brique, autant ne pas en mettre Notre panneau pour séparer la chambre de la cuisine était cassé Le badge de l'ascenseur fonctionnait une fois sur deux Bref, si vous voulez un petit dej sympa allez y mais ça fait cher le petit dej

Il complesso è moderno, molto bello e soprattutto molto sicuro: c'è videosorveglianza e una guardia all'ingresso. L'appartamento è arredato con mobili nuovi (eccetto il bagno) ed è ben attrezzato, con microonde, bollitore, lavasciugatrice, stendino, aria condizionata, ventilatore a soffitto e Smart TV. Il letto è molto comodo e la piscina all'8° piano è gratuita, rilassante e piacevole. La doccia è spaziosa. Nel complesso l'idea di soggiornare in un appartamento all'interno di un grattacielo con questi servizi è molto bella.

La pulizia dell'appartamento dovrebbe essere migliorata. All'arrivo il bagno non era pulito adeguatamente: erano presenti macchie di urina sulla tavoletta del WC, una strisciata di dentifricio sul mobile e una pallina giocattolo sul pavimento. Ho segnalato il problema comunicando che il bagno era sporco e inviando la foto della tavoletta del WC e sono intervenuti rapidamente, ma è stato pulito solo il WC mentre il resto del bagno è rimasto nelle stesse condizioni, il soffione principale della doccia era fissato male e non utilizzabile, era presente un odore di fogna nonostante la ventola sempre accesa e per due sere consecutive abbiamo trovato piccoli scarafaggi in bagno, alla seconda sera abbiamo segnalato la cosa e siamo stati spostati di camera (anche la seconda aveva diverse problematiche segno che i problemi sono diffusi e non siamo stati noi sfortunati), la lava-asciugatrice aveva residui di sapone incrostato. Lenzuola federe e cuscini pur essendo puliti avevano odore di stantio e presentavano delle macchie “vecchie” che probabilmente non sono state ben tolte col lavaggio, anche le tende erano macchiate. Un altro aspetto poco comodo è la richiesta di una caparra di 300 MYR esclusivamente in contanti, restituita al check-out. Questa informazione dovrebbe essere evidenziata meglio prima della prenotazione, perché può creare difficoltà a chi viaggia.

love the cleanliness and big bathtub, there were two sinks which i love and a microwave and water filter.

not complaining but some points that could be done better. the water heater system was a bit broken, visible stains in the bedsheets and washing machine was very dirty in the door rubber. (had candy wrapper presumably from the previous persons who stayed there) and the closet area had a faulty door.

The place had nice natural lighting, but that's where it ends. The switches in the apartment do not work. The shower drain did not work, and when we turned on the shower, all the lights STOPPED working. When we first arrived, the apartment was terrible but usable. On the first night, we took a shower and for some reason, the lights fully stopped working, which left us no choice but to pay extra and book another place in a different hotel.

Everything. The room was stuffed and dusty. The walls were covered in stains, and even the towels we got where stained. The bathroom had lights that were so dim it didn't make a difference if they were on or not, and the toilet lid was loose. The cupboards underneath the bathroom rink were breaking off, with some mold forming as well. The TV is from 2010 and does not have any smart features - kind of a first world problem compared to the rest, but it's the least you'd expect from a $50/night hotel in KL.

L’équipement n’était pas neuf, beaucoup de petites choses dégradées. Personnel, gentil, mais ne vous explique pas grand-chose. Ça vous donne les clés et après ça vous de vous débrouiller pour trouver les chambres ça nous explique pas comment fonctionne le système d’ascenseur avec le badge. Pour une première, on peut être un peu perdu et livrés à soi-même.

This is the worst one I have stayed. Been to 23 countries and this was the worst. No room service stayed there 3 days. You won’t get anything. No service. Even there was no towel. Only the view was nice.

I love the place & room accommodation. It's so huge, new & out of my expectation. However hope you can handle toilet issues cause it has a bit of uneasy smell comes from sink & toilet hole

Late check in because the host makes miserable issues. My room key been switch with other guest & the room still not prepared even its already 4pm. The process & handling issues were too slow & makes me reconsider whether should come repeat or not

The extra RM 300 money required which could not be paid through card. Only cash payment. We stayed at the lobby for almost 2 hours because the ATM wasn’t compatible with our cards. The staff were unnecessarily rude & unhelpful. Booked a room with KLCC view but they gave me one without. I complained to the host but they completely ignored.
