Easy self check-in. Comfortable bed in clean room. Nice shower, towels a bit small. Didn't meet any staff but instructions by text were good. Responded to my messages and their number was available for emergencies.

On a busy main road so quite noisy. Room was quite small and only tea and coffee in room, although there was a small fridge.

No response when tried to contact staff. Curtains are so far from the window they shut out no light. Had to do makeshift fix to be able to sleep.

The room was clean and recently refurbished. The car park is big, and it was easy to park. The location is very convenient.

The place was totally unlocked, and felt really insecure, especially for a woman travelling alone. I didn't see any staff, which wasn't an issue in itself, but literally anyone could have wandered in off the street and been inside. The room was left unlocked for me, the keys on a table in the room. Again, that felt unsafe. Adding to this feeling of vulnerability, the toilet for room 11 was outside of the room. So I had to go out of my room, lock the door, go to the loo, and then unlock my room door again. All in a building that isn't locked, and isn't staffed. In the middle of the night, that felt uncomfortable. Perhaps the detail about the toilet not being ensuite was in the description, but I don't remember seeing it. And honestly, it wouldn't have been a major issue if there had been any sense of security in the whole property.

Room was clean and with plenty of amenities. Owners were helpful with my very late night check in, thank you!

It was a very hot day, and although a fan was provided in the room, it would've been nice if it'd been running before I arrived because it was difficult to get the temperature down.

Loft room was unbearably hot, and the bathroom was in a corridor outside of the room shared with another room. There was only one bathrobe between both of us, and the room rules printed out asked us to “use water sparingly”. There was no receptionist, and when I contacted them over the phone there was no answer. I messaged the room mentioning the issues, and only received a response back at 11pm in the evening that that’s what I got from the budget room. The only advertised difference between the normal room and budget room was that it was a slightly smaller room.

No habia nadie en la recepcion y fue todo online. Igualmente no tuve problemas. La limpieza y la comodidad todo perfecto. Me dejaron quedarme en la recepcion hasta que saliera mi tren. Muy amables.

Que no hubiera ascensor. Viajaba con una valija muy pesada y las escaleras eran muy empinadas hasta mi habitacion. Queda cerca de la estacion de tren pero hay que atravesar un pasadizo muy largo, pero no parecia tan peligroso, pero no suele haber mucha gente por alli.

Läget var väldigt bra. Gångväg rätt in till center nästan, å ner till Victora bridge. Kylskåp på rummet var genialt.

The hotel is just 6 minutes drive away from Hereford station where I was working. The hotel is spotlessly clean and comfortable.

The bedding was not suitable for this weather, I slept on top of the bed, it would have been nice to have a light cover. Also I couldn't close the window and, being on a main road I found it noisy, I tjink I eventually fell asleep through exhaustion. It would have been nice for someone to be at the hotel to greet us, there was another couple who arrived at the same time as me.

Location.Easy walking distance to Hereford and it's Cathedral. Amenities. Clean and comfortable. Great WiFi and Roku TV to access all free catch up TV Apps. (Wimbledon was on when I was staying so I was able to watch earlier matches in the evening!) Fridge in the room was a fantastic bonus. Mini kettle and tea etc. Medium fan. Definitely a plus as it was extremely hot weather when I stayed. Communal modern kitchen on the ground floor (with a washing machine too!)

The bedroom did become extremely hot and the fan was useful if you had it right next to you. I was on my own in a double room but if my husband had been there, we wouldn't have had the benefit of it.

Nothing but I gave à 2 for comfort. This is not a reflection on the property but it was very hot and sleeping almost impossible. Of course not their fault.

Expected a text message informing us on room number arrival procedure etc; Lady arrived while we were in reception. Very nice property all fixtures and fittings excellent.(Hot water control in bathroom suspect, burnt my hand). Room 3 ground floor opens onto car park, bathroom window would not lock.

Booked for two nights, only managed one, left at 6-30 following morning. The noise levels in that room especially from the ceiling totally unbearable. Every step made by clients above sounded extremely loudly, tapes, toilet operation, everything extremely loud in room 3. Also , conversation from adjacent rooms clearly audible. Didn't sleep for hours.

I did not meet any members of staff, the room was open and the key was inside. The 'room' was actually a suite, very spacious and with good kitchen facilities. No breakfast was provided. The room was clean and well-equipped.

The checkin information email arrived after I did so I was a bit confused to start with. The bathroom was clean and well equipped, but the shower door was rather difficult to open nd close.

Rooms were spotless ad thoughtfully kitted out, for instance with a dressing gown and a fan.

The only staff I saw were cleaners. The reception was unmanned whilst I was there. Would have been nice to see another human being but I do understand that it's the nature of the operation.

The steepness of the stairs.... the absence of any staff or being able to contact anyone . .the 'private' bathroom meaning another room on the landing and not en suite.. the bed squeaked loudly with the smallest movement..this is by no stretch of the imagination a hotel...it lacks all the basics that define a hotel as one ..they should be made to remove the word from the title... totally and intentionally misleading in my opinion ..

the bedframe isnt even a bedframe . we immediately left after seeing the room , place was unmanned . requested a refund and they declined. will be pursuing as this place was dreadful . DO not book The comment for the owner is a LIE a, it states i checked in at 2pm - my booking wasnt even made until gone 9pm ! . Booking.com have tried to contact them . I contacted them immediately and other than this review they have not spoken to either party. Room was unused have photos to prove. Now chasing via credit card company as owner will not respond

Great to have a fully equipped kitchen. My ground floor room was very pleasant, immaculate, with lovely ensuite. The mixer tap on the sink was confusing and dispensed extremely hot water. Take care. There should be instructions.

Lack of security of the building. The front door of the hotel was unlocked as was the door to the corridor where the rooms are. This is because guests enter their rooms to find their keys as there are no reception staff. This would be easily resolved with a keypad for the front door the code of which could be communicated to guests before arrival. The code could be changed periodically.

Le check-in comme le check-out se font en mode "autonome". Bien que des explications écrites soient fournies avant l'arrivée (message) et à l'arrivée (mot d'accueil), et que les gérants très courtois soient joignables par téléphone, l'absence d'accueil "physique" peut être pénalisant pour des voyageurs peu expérimentés et/ou ne maîtrisant pas l'anglais. La chambre disposait certes d'une salle de bain privative mais non intégrée à la chambre.

Plafond van de loft is erg laag, langere mensen kunnen niet rechtop staan. Bed is in de vorm van een springmatras op een houten plaat. Keuken is incompleet (afwas afdrogen met een badlaken), badkamer is op basis van een camper gebouwd. Erg kleine wastafel, douche is erg klein en zeer slappe straal. Helaas voor ons geen aanrader.

The hotel check-in procedure could have been explained at time of booking. Also, the reception hallway area was obviously frequented by smokers, which is poor for a non-smoking hotel, and the smell of stale smoke was particularly noticeable on the Wednesday morning.

Simple accommodation that had everything I needed. Clean and comfy.

Clean, comfortable room in a quiet location, I even had a small balcony which was nice. Bathroom, linen & towels all very clean and bed was comfy. Parking was a bonus and there was a decent kitchen for guests' use.

Fridge in room was noisy, had to turn it off. The main issue was that the hotel had laminate floors throughout, in rooms, corridors & stairs which made it very noisy when other guests were coming & going. Not much soundproofing between rooms either, could hear toilet and conversation in next room.

Front door wouldn’t open but side door was always open so not a problem. Fact that there are no staff there might put some people off but I quite liked it!

Location for us was very good, parking on site, spacious en-suite bathroom, hot drink provision ( biscuits rather than sweets would have been nice).

Improvements could be made with more powerful shower, explanation of how the basin tap works and a new mattress. Cobwebs on ceiling above bed. We didn’t see any staff to comment on.
