Good staff

I stayed overnight here for swimming with whale sharks in the morning, it was about a 10 minute walk to the Whale watching centre which is where all the other (very few) resturant etc. are.

There are other options closer and with beach access

The accessibility and the sari sari store down below. They also assist a lot on the whale shark tour and Tumalog falls. Very great staff.

The aircon is kinda weak. Could have used a fan. No real restaurant or canteens around the place. You still have to walk 5-10 mins for decent food.

על הכביש הראשי. רועש מאד. רכבים מצפצפים מאד קשה לישון במקום. המזגן הרעיש ברמה שהיה רועש יותר לפעמים מהרעש מהרחוב. היתה הפסקת חשמל - לא באשמתם של 9 שעות כך שלא היו מים חמים. זרם המים במקלחת חלש. המליצו לנו על הבן של המארחת אבל לא ברור לנו מה היתה תרומתו לפעילות הכרישי לויתן. כיוון שהיינו צריכים לקום בבוקר איתו ב-4:30 ללכת איתו עד לפעילות לקנות את הכרטיסים לחזור חזרה לחדר ושוב לחזור לפעילות ב-5:30. לדעת יכלנו לעשות את זה בעצמנו.

Logement proche pour sumilon et whale shark. Le personnel peut prendre en charge la réservation. Niveau literie, Chambre ok pour 2 adultes 3 enfants (voir 4).

Bruit bord de route mais de toute manière il faut se lever tôt.. 😅 Lavabo qui fuit abondement, clim un peu faible et douche cassée ( bouton à appuyer en continu pour que cela fonctionne) J'ai signalé mais... Sinon ok pour 2 nuit max

Emplacement proche de la sortie pour voir les requins baleines. Personnel qui organise toute la sortie pour 1000 pesos par personne. Location de scoot et laundry rapide.

Nous avions pris une chambre avec un lit double et un lit simple. Nous sommes grands et le lit simple était vraiment très petit. La climatisation vraiment bruyante et la route au pied de l'hôtel l'était aussi.

Hotel was in walking distance of the whale shark experience. You can book the tour right with hotel, which a guide will pick you up in the early morning and get you off and running early little wait times. Same price as normal, this was a big bonus. Hotel it self is good for a basic accommodation. Only a one night stay, and it served its purpose. I found the staff to be extremely helpful here with good tips.

Great location if you want to see the whale sharks plus the owner’s son works as a guide. The bus stop is right outside and a gas station is across the road. The room was clean.

You have to pay for the water from the cooler. The owner seemed to be helpful but the trycicle rates she quoted were much higher than what you’ll pay if you just ask any driver along the road.

В 10 минутах очень неспешным от whale sharks watching. Условия очень простые. Есть общий кулер. При отеле небольшой магазинчик. Шум с дороги не мешает.

Жил я на первом этаже, и в 3 и 4 часа ночи под дверями, практически, орали какие-то мужики, но я не разобрался - гости это или персонал. За это надо бы двойку ставить, но хозяйка бежали за автобусом, чтобы отдать забытую рашгард.

因為只有到現場付現選項所以booking下訂後主動詢問費用總額，飯店隨即漲價15%聲稱是因為稅費什麼費等等的費用想說地點已不錯也就接受，沒想到到現場櫃檯直接漲25%，跟他說價格不對，櫃檯只會一直說就是這樣要我給錢，我拿出booking對話訊息他看完也是堅持要漲價，後來包車司機過來還有另一個飯店員工來講半天才變回訊息上的價格。 這種坑殺顧客的商家！極度不推，噢對了！我還沒講到住宿設備及體驗有多差，你不信？可以去體驗一下。

Номер чисто переночевать перед визитом на китовых акул. Проблема в кафе внизу, до 3 ночи бухали местные и орали. Мне нужно было вставать в 5 утра занимать очередь - я поспал едва 1,5 часа. Шум с дороги, ты как на обочине лежишь. Не думаю, что возможно что-то там улучшить 😂

Unfriendly staff just constantly asking what tours you will be booking. But completely unhelpful when asking about bus times to Cebu only interested in offering an 8k peso taxi. Food menu isn’t for themselves it turns up on a moped.

Great location staff were nice and helpful, gave us a guide to help with getting tickets to the whale sharks. Hot shower!!! Very happy

How close it was to the whaleshark spots. Could see them from the roof and was minutes to get there next morning

A few ants coming in the bathroom. Not end of the world but washed down the toilet before each use as they kept coming.

Vriendelijke mensen. Top! Naast dit hotelletje ligt Bru Mini resort, waar je het dubbele betaalt voor een nacht, maar wel een mooi zwembad en toegang hebt tot het strand (is het geld waard!). Maar je kan er overdag ook gratis op een strandstoel gaan liggen zonder boeking en lekker eten en snorkelen (maar je moet wel zelf snorkelmateriaal meebrengen). En vergeet niet te gaan zwemmen met de whale sharks een beetje verder. Geloof niet dat je er vroeg voor moet opstaan, er is altijd nog plaats, en je moet geen tour boeken, gewoon ernaartoe gaan voor 10 am. Amazing!

During the daytime, the stuff was amazing. Some of the nicest people we met during the trip. They helped us organise all the excursions we wanted to do, they were super efficient, everything went smoothly and we really enjoyed the excursions without any hustle on our side. Considering this, I would recommend the stay. But at night....

During the nighttime, the person in charge of the reception (Ramon) was the rudest employee I have ever encountered in a hotel. He got drunk and organised a karaoke party with 4 young girls just outside the bedroom doors. Several hotel guests from different rooms and nationalities constantly came out of their rooms from 1 am to 3:30 am to ask him to stop the noise and let us sleep. He was drunk and very rudely disregarded the requests from the guests. Nobody could sleep. The party continued until we were picked up by a very nice employee to take us to the whale sharks.

We purchased our tickets for the whale sharks through this hotel. Their help was extremely useful.

Walking distance to the whale shark area. Kind staff.

Friendly owner greeted us off the bus and helped us with seeing the whale sharks. We stayed two nights but could have just stayed one night as whale shark visit was finished by 8am and there's not much to do after that. Getting bus onwards to Cebu City was just a matter of flagging down the next air-conditioned coach.

Toilet was leaking which made the floor wet.

Very near the whaleshark watching center

We only stayed for one night, but it was a comfortable experience. The Inn is just a few blocks away from Bluewater Sumilon Port, which makes it a great option if you’re planning a day trip to Bluewater Sumilon. The caretaker was very nice and accommodating. They also have a small store where you can buy basic necessities, and there’s even an ATM available, so not having cash on hand isn’t a problem. The location is also convenient for other activities, like whale shark watching. Overall, Casa Bonita Inn is a great choice for a short and hassle-free stay.

It's easy to find and a short walk to the whale shark watching location. There is an ATM onsite onsde the small convenience store right in front of the hotel. There are restaurants nearby. Staff were very helpful. They offer a GoPro for rent to have the best photos taken during our whale shark experience. It was worth it.

The noise as it is along the highway and the rooms are not soundproof. Not advisable for a long stay I guess. We only booked for 1 night so it was fine.

Location was near the road so could hear the traffic but everything else was as expected. Staff were amazing... felt like home.

The hotel was very basic and the rooms were alright to stay the night. They offer a free service to help getting tickets for the whale sharks. You have to wake up early but with the amount of people that is the best they are very helpful.

We didn’t have to worry about the tours, we booked everything with the staff, including the motorbike rental. There’s a coffeeshop downstairs run by the same people, where you can have your meals. Nice room.

Very convenient for the Whale shark experience. The hotel provides a guide to wake you up, take you to get tickets and then tell you what time to come back for the experience. Good price- 500 pesos per person.

The hotel does not have access to the beach and there are no public beaches in the area. Would have preferred to pay by card, but hotel wouldn't let me, so had to use all my cash on check-in. The nearby money changing shop gives a poor rate, much lower than in Manila. We booked for 6 nights but 2 would have been enough, because there's naff all to do at night.

Everything was good, the staff were so nice and helpful. It's clean and tidy. 6 min from whale shark watching spot. But so much noise from the road 😔.

This is hands down the best place to stay to see the whale sharks! The place is clean and safe and the staff are so helpful and friendly. It was so easy to get tickets and see the whale sharks. They even helped with photos and sent us off with a friendly smile. Everything was so organized! Highly recommend!

We booked the dormitory room in Casa Bonita Inn for whale shark watching. The place was so convenient. We just walked going to the location. Additionally, there was a guide from the hotel itself who assisted us and it was at no charge. Forgot to ask his name however, he was very accommodating and thoughtful. And lastly, there is an ATM machine as well in the facility, parking is available, gasoline station is just opposite the hotel and a small barbecue stand beside the hotel in case you arrived in the evening.

Too easy to go to whale shark point. And very kindly!

The place was very close to the whale sharks tours (within 5 mins walk) and the owners offer affordable meals or bbq which is convenient. However this has nothing to do with the accom, but if you’re looking for a nice peaceful accomodation that’s not as busy as moalboal then this is the perfect place to rest as the town/area is very peaceful and quiet with a few restaurants/food shops nearby. Perfect for a place to rest after the sharks and Sumilon island. If you’re looking for a nightlife then I recommend moalboal to stay for the night. Otherwise the beds were very comfortable and the aircon was perfect, plus owners were very friendly.
