Beautiful room. The staff was very nice and helpful. It is a very cool area. Central but quiet, which I appreciate. Gorgeous rooftop too!

The only thing I would comment on is the cleaning staff coming in right after knocking, at 9am, after our first night there. It would be great if we could choose if we want the room cleaned everyday, and that they would not come in so abruptly.

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable et paisible . Le personnel est très professionnel, réponds rapidement aux demandes , très souriant. L'hygiène était impeccable. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter istanbul . C'est mon deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel et je reviendrais avec plaisir .

Todo en este alojamiento resultó ser maravilloso. Las instalaciones, la limpieza y la ubicación, de 10. Debo mencionar especialmente la atención destacadísima de Huseyn quien trabajó con mucha dedicación en todo momento y sobre todo para facilitarme un early check in (del que no les avisé con antelación) y un upgrade de habitación. Además también destaco la excelente atención y predisposición de Latif, quien me asistió con algunos inconvenientes, siempre dispuesto a ayudar de la mejor manera posible. En verdad, el personal de este alojamiento hace hasta lo imposible porque uno se sienta bien recibido y acompañado, por lo que marcan la diferencia. Y el desayuno es maravilloso, no se lo pierdan porque es toda una experiencia gastronómica local. Además vale la pena almorzar o cenar en el magnífico restaurante en el rooftop que tiene el hotel, con unas vistas inigualables. Recomiendo este alojamiento en un 100%. Además alojarse en Taksim es la mejor opción, sin dudas. La ubicación es estratégica. Volveré a alojarme aquí la próxima vez que visite Estambul.

​I recently spent 13 nights at Ayramin Exclusive Hotel Special Category in Istanbul with my family and had a wonderful stay. The building features beautiful architecture on both the interior and facade, and the location is strategic for exploring the city. The rooms offer extremely comfortable mattresses and pillows, plus great soundproofing. The cleaning was flawless throughout our stay, and the daily Turkish style buffet breakfast was excellent. Above all, Huseyin, Cenk, and the team provided discrete, efficient, and responsive service. Highly recommended for families visiting Istanbul.

The rooms are quite small. There was some occasional hallway noise from other guests, as well as some bad smells coming from the sink.

Very friendly helpful staff. Close to bars and restaurants.

Dass das Personal sehr offen und freundlich war. Mit einem Update haben wir ein besseres Zimmer mit einem Hammam erhalten. Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr aufmerksam und lösungsorientiert. Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse unglaublich unbeschreiblich toll

Der Druck in der Dusche lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig. Schade, dass das Hoteleigene Restaurant so teuer ist, dass passt meiner Meinung nach nicht zum Klientel.

We had a very nice stay here and the staff was very helpful and attentive. The room was smal but the bed was big and super comfortable! The breakfast was excellent as well!

A beautiful historic building, close to Taksim area and easy access to other parts of Istanbul. The hotel is well maintained and the rooms are comfortable. A good breakfast provided. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Lo que más nos gustó fue la excelente ubicación, a solo tres cuadras de la plaza Taksim, donde se encuentran el metro y el tranvía, lo que facilita el desplazamiento por la ciudad. Además, está muy cerca de la calle Istiklal, vía peatonal con tiendas y restaurantes que conecta con la Torre Gálata. Reservamos dos habitaciones, una con hammam y otra estándar. La habitación con hammam era bastante más amplia, con espacio suficiente para dos maletas grandes, buen clóset y un baño cómodo. La habitación estándar, en cambio, era mucho más pequeña y con las maletas el espacio resultaba muy justo. El rooftop con bar tiene un excelente ambiente y lindas vistas de la ciudad. El personal en general fue amable y dispuesto a ayudar con información y traslados. El restaurante de caracter formal y sobrio ubicado en el sexto piso, bajo el rooftop, ofrece variedad, aunque con precios elevados, no impresiona.

Nuestra principal decepción fue el servicio el primer día. La habitación con hammam no había sido revisada antes de nuestra llegada: el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y el baño estaba a una temperatura insoportable, con paredes y piso muy calientes. Informamos el problema durante la tarde y nos indicaron que sería solucionado mientras estábamos fuera. Sin embargo, al regresar todo seguía igual y, pese a haber solicitado cambio de habitación si no se resolvía, nos indicaron que no era posible. Dormir con las ventanas abiertas, debido al calor, significó soportar el ruido de la calle y el calor. Al día siguiente repararon el problema y la habitación resultó ser muy cómoda, pero esa primera experiencia no estuvo a la altura de un hotel de esta categoría. El desayuno tampoco cumplió nuestras expectativas (4 personas, 4 días). Aunque el buffet se veía abundante, gran parte estaba compuesta por frutos secos, verduras y aceitunas. La variedad de panes, quesos y el jamón era limitada y de calidad bastante básica, los jugos eran envasados y la oferta de frutas y postres era escasa y siempre la misma (manzanas y damascos). Considerando las fotografías y los comentarios previos, esperábamos una propuesta más variada y de mejor calidad.

Hotellissa oli ammattimainen, avulias ja ystävällinen henkilökunta, huone oli erittäin siisti ja ilmastoitu, sekä aamiainen oli erittäin hyvä ja näkymät kaupungille aamiaispaikasta olivat uskomattomat.

De ligging

Foto’s op Booking wel wat mooier gemaakt dan de werkelijkheid. En een tip: zorg dat er handdoekenrekjes in de badkamer komen, wel zo handig. Zeker als je graag wilt dat gasten hun handdoeken meerdere dagen gebruiken.

La stanza molto accogliente anche se non di grandi dimensioni, lo spettacolare Hammam interno alla zona bagno, perfetto per il relax . Il Ristorante ottimo cibo e vista spettacolare, la cordialità dello staff eccelente. Il Roof top meraviglioso per la Vista su tutta Instanbul, unica pecca i cocktails un po troppo leggeri ma buoni. Insomma consiglio questo hotel per chi fa un viaggio a Instanbul.

We absolutely loved staying at Ayramin Hotel. Breakfast was included in our package which was one of the best thing during our stay. The hotel is located centrally, near Taksim square. Also, 2 mins walk from Isteklal street. It was also very safe around the hotel. The receptionist, Eren was very friendly and accomodating. He made sure that we were being taken good care :)

The room size was small. Also, we were assigned room on the ground floor, which was a bit smelly when we checked in but it was sorted out. The room was also next to life. Rest, everything was perfect.

Localização excelente , a poucos metros da Avenida Istiklal. Quartos modernos com uma decoração elegante e luxuosa. Café da manha muito bom com comidas típicas do local e servidos num local bem aconchegante e bonito. Pessoal da recepção muito educado e prestativo. Nota 10 para todos. Super recomendo esse hotel

Das Hotelpersonal und auch die Reinigungskraft waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Vor allem der lernende Kaan und die Reinigungskraft Dame aus Turkmenistan. Sie haben uns alle herzlich empfangen, geholfen mit allen Bedürfnisse und unsere Koffer bis nach oben ins Hotelzimmer gebracht. Die Zimmer waren sauber und es duftete normal. Das sieht man leider nicht in allen Hotels kn Istanbul. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, sehr leckerer Cappuccino mit einer ordentlichen Maschine. Die Lage ist auch super, zwei Seitenstrassen von der bekannten „istiklal cad.“ entfernt und somit auch keine lauten Geräuschpegel. Vielen Dank und liebe grüsse aus der Schweiz.

Ο Kaan ήταν εξαιρετικός! Ευγενικός, εξυπηρετικός και πάντα με θετική διάθεση. Έκανε τη διαμονή μας πολύ καλύτερη και αξίζει κάθε έπαινο. Ευχαριστούμε! Καθαρό δωμάτιο τέλειο hammam!!!!! Νόστιμο πρωινό ! Θα ξαναέρθουμε

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, szép szobák, a tetőn lévő éttermet nem próbáltuk, de gyönyörű onnan a kilátás a városra. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész volt, rengeteg problémánk/kérdésünk volt, de mindig proaktívan fordultak felénk.

Egy kicsit vékonyak a falak, így hallani lehet reggelente a mozgást a folyosón vagy a szomszédokat, de nem vészes.

Our rooms were close to the stairs where people from the rooftop bar were leaving and making noise at 1/2am

L’hôtel est magnifique et le personnel est très aimable. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. La vue sur le rooftoop sur la Bosphore est superbe. L’emplacement est tout simplement exceptionnel pour faire les visites des sites ou du shoping. Je peux que le conseiller. Merci à l’équipe pour sa gentillesse.

La posizione fantastica. Lo staff cordiale. Il design dell'hotel bello. Hammam molto grande e bello, anche se è solo riscaldato e non ha la funzione vapore.

La stanza molto piccola. Preso quella con Hammam, ma la metà della stanza era occupata da quello. In due non si riusciva ad aprire le valigie. Pochi piani di appoggio. Bagno piccolino. Frigo non raffreddava bene. Il balconcino dava sulla scala esterna di sicurezza che non era separata, quindi qualunque salendo o scendendo la scala poteva entrare in camera.

Mir hat die Lage gefallen, in der Nähe zur Shopping Street und gleichwohl in der Nähe von Bars und Restaurants. Das Restaurant auf der Dachterrasse ist zwar eher hochpreisig im Verhältnis dafür richtig lecker und mit sehr guten Service. Frühstück fand ich auch lecker, das Buffet hatte eine reichhaltige Auswahl für mich. Metro lag fussläufig, um bequem sich in der Stadt zu bewegen.

Unser Zimmer mit dem Hamam habe ich etwas grösser vorgestellt, haben es aber am Ende eh nich genutzt - von daher hat mich es nicht weiter gestört.

Good location in a busy area near Taksim—close to the metro and walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Comfortable bed and great shower plus a large tub. Also extra touches like an iron and kettle. The breakfast was large with good variety (coffee was terrible though).

Elevator was out of order a few times (we stayed on floor 5). There wasn’t any common area to sit.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen. Vor allem wenn man das Nachtleben Istanbuls genießen möchte. Trotzdem ist es im Hotel selber sehr ruhig, da es in einer kleinen Seitenstraße liegt. Die Zimmer sehen sehr hübsch aus und es ist sauber. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Habe selten auf Reisen so gut geschlafen.

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, sodass man den Koffer auf dem Boden nicht öffnen kann. Für einen Städtetrip aber geeignet und ausreichend. Die Rooftop Bar ist zwar sehr schön, aber vom Preis her doch was teuer. Das Ei beim Frühstück könnte wärmer sein.

Die Lage ist super. Direkt um die Ecke Taksim Platz. Jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Kneipen. Die Anbindung in alle Richtungen ist gegeben. Das Zimmer war etwas klein jedoch sehr ruhig und sauber. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Das Wasser ist etwas heiß. Liegt wahrscheinlich daran dass es sehr heiß war. Ansonsten war alles super.

Era un piacere tornare ogni sera in camera e godere dell’hammam. Avevamo scelto la camera con il grande hammam apposta e non ha deluso le nostre aspettative. Hotel confortevole con staff qualificato. Stanza pulita e rifatta ogni giorno. Bar in terrazza comodo se ci si vuole fermare per un aperitivo o dopo cena. Il quartiere a nostro avviso il migliore di Istanbul per vibe (pieno di negozi di antiquariato e vintage). Un ottimo soggiorno

Nulla. La camera forse era un po’ piccola ma solo perché lo spazio veniva quasi interamente occupato dall hammam.

Very welcoming. Great location. Spotlessly clean.

The location is perfect! The staff was very helpful securing a car to the airport and navigating through police blockades to get to taxi. The restaurant on the rooftop is a must try (with beautiful views). I had a basic room as a solo travel and it was all I needed with all the amenities (including an iron!).

The shower head was a bit wonky but I think that could be fixed. Otherwise all good!

Location was perfect for exploring the European side of Istanbul but also to just leisurely walk toward the Bosphorus.

We had issues with airconditioning and water. First few days only scolding hot water and the floor seemed to be on fire as well making the room very hot. On the last day only cold water so made a remarque about it but they fixed the issue at that time but would have been nice to be notified about issues regarding those matters.

La struttura, situata a brevissima distanza da Istiklal Caddesi e Piazza Taksim, ma in una posizione molto silenziosa e sicura. La camera è confortevole, dotata anche di tavolo e ferro da stiro. La vasca da bagno in camera è un plus che richiederei di nuovo. Letto e cuscini molto comodi. Eccellente il livello di pulizia. Il personale si distingue per gentilezza, disponibilità e rapidità nella risposta alle richieste. Abbiamo apprezzato i piatti del ristorante che si trova all'ultimo piano dell'hotel, con vista sui tetti e parte del Bosforo.

La colazione è adeguata e con ottimi prodotti, tuttavia avrei preferito del pane fresco al posto di quello in cassetta.

The Ayramin Exclusive Hotel made our stay in Turkey truly unforgettable. The hotel is stunning, the rooms are comfortable and stylishly designed – but what really set this experience apart was the exceptional service. A special shoutout goes to Musa, one of the warmest and most genuinely friendly hotel staff members I have ever come across. He was always there with a smile, took his time with every guest and you could tell that making people feel welcome was something he truly cared about – not just a job, but real hospitality from the heart. If you’re looking for a hotel where you feel at home from the very first moment: this is it. We will definitely be back! ☀️

Great location

The hotel is just a place to sleep. Nothing special about it. Our room was very hot and the A/C would not work properly. The prices in the rooftop are just ridiculous.

Very good Service a friendly employee. The room with hamam is an experience. The location was pretty central and the surrounding city was very nice to explore.

Unfortunately the smell of sewerage was sometimes a little bit strong. But I think that’s a common problem in Istanbul. Furthermore it would be great if the breakfast menu have some fresh fruits.

Staff were so helpful and kind - the highlight of the stay. Nice rooftop bar and restaurant.

Our room was on the ground floor and was very noisy as near to the front door to the street. It was also very small.
