Beautiful hotel. Big spacious rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was decent. Nice location. Great place to stay and would stay here again.

Defect bathh hub. Not clean at all. Kitchette without kitchensink. No plates, bowls, glasses etc. Clean is different.

The aesthetic layout. Their rooms are big, with small kitchen where you can possibly heat up your food or do light cooking.

Their lobby is non airconditioned. Swimming pool is right next to the lobby. Staff don’t speak english 😢 Breakfast have very limited option. But for the price we pay you can’t expect much.

Приятный вид на море с балкона номера, есть кухонный уголок с плиткой. Большой номер. По просьбе заменили батарейки в ТВ пульте, принесли дополнительный стул, помогли решить проблему с сейфом.

Очень сильная слышимость с улицы. Жили на 5 этаже, внизу ресторан, шум от него иногда был до часу ночи, с громкими разговорами, музыкой. Лучше наверное пожертвовать видом и взять номер с другой стороны.

air conditioner didn't work properly, wasn't cold enough, they had us change rooms and it was still not cold enough and the pipes of the showers seemed to be covered or something because the bathroom got flooded everytime we took a shower, they said they'll check and fix it but didn't... the view from the room was a roof and a tank that dropped water all the time and you could hear it and it smelled really bad too

エアコンが効かない 常に暑い ネズミが出入りできるほどの穴がエアコンのところにある 窓を開けると隣のレストランの異臭がする。 うるさいし枕もシーツも汚い、悪臭がする。 2度と泊まる事はない。 他人にも決して勧める事はない。

Снимали 2 номера . Убирались очень плохо, можно даже сказать что не убирались, только полотенце чистые оставляли. Полотенце когда-то были белыми , застирынные, серые , старые. За 10 дней постель не разу не меняли. В номере сына 2 дня специально пастель не заправляла , и эти 2 дня они таки оставались не заправленными. Пробовала оставлять чаевые, все равно не убирались. Пыль везде.

Perfekte Lage und sehr nettes Personal. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Der Pool ist zwar in der Lobby, aber das hat unsere Kinder nicht gestört. Das Hotel ist in der 2. Reihe, dadurch entfällt der Straßenlärm

Wie in Vietnam üblich, flutet man mit der Dusche das ganze Bad. Dadurch war der Boden danach länger nass und rutschig.

Прекрасное расположение! Большой и эстетичный номер. Великолепный бассейн на первом этаже. Приятный персонал. Брали у них байк, дешевле чем в ближайших местах.

Phòng không có bàn trang điểm, không có gương trong phòng. 1 vùng sàn phòng tôi ở bị hấp hơi nước lạnh nên lúc nào cũng ẩm ướt, tôi đoán là do hệ thống máy điều hòa ở tầng dưới gây nên. Ks thiết kế 1 khu vực nhỏ trong phòng làm khu để tủ quần áo và để cho khách lưu trú có không gian riêng tư sửa soạn đồ tuy nhiên không gian này tại phòng tôi ở có mùi khai khá nặng :( khách sạn có ít phòng ít khách lưu trú nên ăn sáng món ít không đa dạng.

Красивый отель, приветливый персонал, готовый помочь. Мы оставили кошелек в автобусе, так нам сразу предложили, чтоб они позвонили в компанию.

1) Уборка плохая, пол был грязным. 2)полотенца рванные, с дырками, и они внешне грязные, просто уже не отстирываются. 3) наволочки в таком же состоянии.

DO NOT STAY HERE! staff were extremely rude and didn’t help with anything. The lift was broken when we arrived. The only nice thing was the one man on the door who helped us with our bags on arrival and departure and greeted us everyday. We arranged a transfer through the hotel from the airport and the driver never requested payment he said goodbye and got back into the car. we presumed it was going to be added to our bill as it was made with the hotel. We received a text after check out that we needed to pay it and had to come back to the hotel, we did with no problem but were told we ‘should’ve known’. Pool is located in the lobby which is fine as we knew this when booking but the rooms are located above lobby with an outdoor feel meaning we could hear kids screaming and jumping into pool. Rooms could benefit with a second door such as a porch system.

Convenient location near beach, convince stores and restaurants. Staff were kind and helped with cash and money confusion. Also, very clean and breakfast included.

Cheated by Booking.com, reviews and advertisements, not value for money, we should have paid another 20-30% more to stay in better hotel, Booking.com should avoid doing false statements on the adds.

Expectation was a better hotel based on photos with value for money, spoiled the mood of holiday.May be a good place for budget,stay .Booking.com should show more better places

I had a sea view room…very disappointing experience. The sea is actually very distant but instead you get the busy road +The room is directly above a fish market restaurant…so the smell of fish is disgusting…plus the noise both from the restaurant and the music until midnight from some nearby beach club or festival… The light in the room does not switch off completely for some reason, so you have to sleep in the semi-lite room

写真ではバスタブがあるので、リクエストでお願いしていたらなかった。スタッフに聞いたらバスタブ自体ないとのこと。

Близость к морю-5 минут. Тихая улица. Рядом отличный магазин Full market, большой выбор сыра, фруктов, вина(цены ниже чем в магазинах типа А Маркет) - можно оплатить картой. Завтрак после отеля в Шанхае был очень скромный; несколько вариантов яиц, салат, рис, лапша, суп, ещё какие-то варианты местной кухни, тосты. Кофе отличный. Голодным не останешься. Стирка- надо сдавать на ресепшене, готово на следующий день, но порошок очень запашистый. Лифт работал. Бассейн на 1 этаж, около ресепшена, - детям очень нравится. Холодильник вместительный.

В номере, как обычно, совсем нет крючков- панамы некуда повесить.

Checking in and out WORST experience ever 1staff unable to communicate in English. She was extremely uninterested in booking us in, to busy on her phone to direct us to our room. We were left to find it ourselves SHE SHOULD BE SACKED

Very nice room and hotel. We loved the pool and the distance to the see.

Unfortunately the pool closes in the evening, we found it a bit disappointing that we were not able to go swimming when we cameback from the city.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, mit Balkon und Blick gegenüber aufs Meer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Gegenüber die Baustelle hat es nicht wirklich gut ausgeschaut und war laut. Schwimmbad genau am Eingang neben Rezeption war jetzt auch nicht optimal gedacht.

The room was clean and room included breakfast.

Early check in was not possible even for an extra fee, communication with the hotel before our booking was not good, we did not get any help. The reception staff on arrival was a bit rude. The pool looks nice but it is right next to reception not in a good spot. Breakfast has few options but I wouldn’t recommend it.

Loved the spacious room and location just a short walk to beach. Very comfortable beds and very clean.

Didn't use the pool as too cold for my liking. Couldn't get spa bath to work but otherwise great.

Beautiful looking hotel and beds are very comfy!

We had ants all over our bed and bathroom. The staff just gave us new sheets and some spray at reception and didn’t help. The staff unfortunately weren’t very friendly or helpful which was a shame!

Naprawdę rzadko piszę negatywne opinie bo nie jestem wybrednym podróżnikiem ale ten hotel to dramat więc chcę ostrzec potencjalnych gości którzy skuszą się fake zdjęciami i opiniami. - komunikacja w języku angielskim słaba, osoba w recepcji coś tam mówiła ale nie można było o nic konkretnego zapytać bo na kilku słowach kończył się dialog - pokój generalnie brudny, pościel chyba tylko wietrzą a nie piorą bo była nie świeża, - mrówki dosłownie wszędzie - łazienka wymaga porządnego wyczyszczenia i dezynfekcji szczególnie umywalka - śniadanie totalne minimum jakie można zaproponować gościom hotelowym, byłoby milej gdyby obsługa na śniadaniu zainteresowała się swoją pracą zamiast siedzieć nosem w telefonie Generalnie pobyt bardzo nieprzyjemny także naprawdę zastanówcie się czy chcecie mieć zepsuty urlop śpiąc w tym miejscu tym bardziej że cena za pobyt nie należy do okazyjnych

We spent two weeks travelling across, staying in multiple hotels — all of them cheaper than Mixay Hotel — and every single one of them was significantly better. This was easily the worst place we stayed. We stayed here for 3 nights, and it was already too long. From the start, basic hospitality was missing. You get one small water bottle per day and one toilet roll for two days, which just feels unnecessarily cheap and poorly managed. Even the bathrooms at the reception didn’t have toilet paper — when we asked for some, the receptionist seemed confused why we would need it, then pulled a roll out of a drawer behind her. The “24/7 reception” is misleading. Most of the time, there is someone sleeping behind the desk on a camping bed. When we lost our key card and needed help around 23:00, we had to wake the receptionist ourselves — only to be met with an annoyed, rude and visibly irritated reaction. Not exactly what you expect from a hotel. It gets worse. On our last day, we received a WhatsApp message asking for 150,000 VND for the lost key card (reduced from 200,000 as a “special price”), which just felt unprofessional and slightly absurd. Cleanliness was a serious issue. The bathroom sink was covered in hundreds of small ants crawling over our towels, which is simply unacceptable. We paid extra for a “sea view” room, but in reality: • The balcony door offers zero sound insulation • You hear the main road all night • The “view” is mostly a bus parking area and a construction site • We were woken up every morning at 6am by noise The pool is located awkwardly in the reception lobby, which already says enough — no one used it, including us. Room cleaning was minimal to non-existent. The only noticeable “cleaning” was the bedsheets being folded. On one occasion, we were even woken up at 9am for cleaning, only to return to a room that was completely untouched.

Hotel con vista sull’oceano, situato a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. La struttura e la camera si distinguono per il livello elevato sia dal punto di vista estetico che per la pulizia. La stanza è molto ampia, dotata di un piccolo angolo cottura e di un bagno con doccia corredato di numerosi accessori. Il balconcino con un salottino esterno rappresenta un vero plus, ideale per godersi il tramonto sull’oceano in totale relax.

La colazione poca scelta per un gusto europeo. Consiglierei di rivedere il menù in modo da accontentare più palati

I was positively surprised by this hotel considering the price we paid. The staff were wonderful – very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is also very good and convenient. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely book this hotel again.
