Staff and location and the size of the room.

The room not as clean as we expected. There were a lot of ants on the table when we arrived. The room was abit smelly, so we had to open the window most of the time.

Great position and very helpful staff.

The staff were friendly and very accommodating, I loved the pool and the suite was excellent 👌 it was really close to the beach

Leider haben wir eine muffiges Zimmer bekommen, das wir auch sofort reklamiert hatten. Das Personal hat uns jedoch keine Alternative angeboten, außer ein Duftspender. Erst durch extreme Hartnäckigkeit unsererseits und einschalten von Booking.com bekamen wir dann ein anderes Zimmer das nicht nach Schimmel roch.

This was our first stay in vietnam. It wasn't till we stayed elsewhere that I realized the gem that this place is. The Air conditioning is wonderfully cold and you can control it from your room!. The pool has an amazing view. The beds are decently soft (for us westerners). The breakfast is varied yet personal. Loved staying here

It was one of the best places we stayed in Vietnam, no real complaints. The sink drained a little slow but that's all.

The room stinked so badly like the bathroom/toilet smell, i think the sewage/ Kanal system has problem, it smells like moldy, as soon as you step inside the room you will smell it. Our Family basically suffered that smell the whole night and we moved out the next day

Super Lage und sehr freundliches und respektvolles Personal. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und schön. Etwas störend war der Geruch im Zimmer, der wohl vor allem von dem Schrank kam. Das Personal an der Rezeption war unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Bei Anliegen wurde uns immer schnell geholfen.

Die Zimmerreinigung war nicht zufriedenstellend. Wir haben diese nicht jeden Tag in Anspruch genommen und an den Tagen wo welche gewünscht war, wurde nur mittelmäßig sauber gemacht. Das Frühstück sah unglaublich gut aus, allerdings war für uns Europäer nicht viel dabei, da in diesen Ländern einfach anders gefrühstückt wird wie bei uns. Es gab viel warmes, Suppen und Salate. Dies ist aber keine Kritik, wenn ich in so ein Land reise, muss ich auch hinnehmen, dass da eine andere Mentalität und Kultur gelebt wird wie bei uns. Das Essen sah sehr lecker aus, war liebevoll und schön zubereitet. Zum Mittagessen wäre es für uns super gewesen :)

Das Hotel ist absolut fantastisch! Das Frühstück war klasse und das Personal unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Zimmer hat leider sehr stark nach Farbe gerochen.

The fact that the room smelled. No refund offered. Solution offered only for second night. The first night we were expected to sleep in a mouldy, smelly room. Incense diffuser offered but it was more like polishing a t*rd! Not a chance to speak with the manager. Never available or on site. Not even by phone. Checked-in, stayed for 4h and left before the night and got another hotel. Hotel refuses to give refund. Do not stay at this hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Del Luna and would happily stay here again. The room itself is lovely, and the view from our room was fantastic. We especially loved having the balcony, it was such a nice place to step outside and take in the hustle bustle of Danang. The location is also excellent: it’s very easy to get a Grab, the airport is nearby, the beach is easily accessible, and there are plenty of restaurants and massage shops around after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were one of the highlights of our stay. Everyone we encountered, from the concierge and porter to the breakfast staff, was genuinely friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is another big plus. It’s a beautiful space and somehow feels surprisingly private, which makes it a great place to relax during the late afternoon. Breakfast is sufficient, with enough choice to start the day comfortably. And then there is the bathtub. It is HUGE. Seriously huge. If you love baths, you will appreciate it. The only downside is that the water pressure is quite low, so filling such a large tub takes a long time. Bath products are also charged separately, so I recommend bringing your own bath salts, bath bomb or bubble bath if you plan to use it. Overall, we absolutely loved Hotel Del Luna. It has its little quirks, but none of them would stop us from staying here again.

There are a few small things worth knowing. Cleanliness could be a little better in some areas, although it was not a deal-breaker for us. There was no shower cap provided. The bathroom lighting is quite dim, which can be inconvenient when getting ready. The pillows are very soft, although doubling them up worked perfectly well for us. The lift is small and can sometimes take a while, particularly when the hotel is busy. The walls are also quite thin, so you may hear other guests. Our room was right next to the street, and there is currently construction across the road. It could get noisy, but that is obviously outside the hotel’s control. A pair of earplugs solves most of the problem, so I would strongly recommend bringing some if you are a light sleeper. A few tips for future guests: 1. Bring your own bath products if you want to enjoy that enormous bathtub 2. Pack earplugs if you are sensitive to noise 3. Consider paying in cash because there is an additional three per cent charge for credit-card payments. But honestly, these are just minor things. The hotel was so lovely and we will stay here again if we were to ever visit Danang again.

Lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä rannasta. Ilmastointi oli koko ajan päällä ja oli todella hyvä. Huoneen sai hyvin viileäksi.

Aamupala oli aika suppea. Huoneeseen kuului kadun ääniä. Jokin lorina ääni kuului huoneeseen koko ajan. Ei concierge palvelua.

היה לנו ריח נוראי בחדר מסתבר שזה ריח של העץ המיטה קשה מאוד לא היה הכי נקי ונראה מיושן יותר מהתמונות

The food is very good. The location of the hotel was near to any establishment.

What we didn’t like is the distinct smell of the room. It needs a good exhaust to take out all the smell that maybe comes from the moisture in the bathroom

La struttura è in una posizione comoda rispetto alle spiagge, raggiungibili anche a piedi. La camera è adeguata

Effettivamente l’isolamento acustico rispetto all’esterno non è eccellente, gli infissi sono probabilmente datati e la tenuta è compromessa, tuttavia il livello di rumore è quello che ci si aspetta da una finestra affacciata su una strada di una città trafficata.

We used some bath oils and had to pay i think about 200k .it wasn't really well explained that it was an extra cost if it was used. But not really a big deal just thought I'd mention it but otherwise a great place highly recommend and will stay again

Chambre spacieuse et propre et le petit déjeuner très varié

Le personnel est très professionnel et gentil. La piscine est un peut petite pour nager mais agreable. La literie est très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est complet et bon. Proche de la plage, restaurants et bars.

Une odeur d'urine est permanente dans le couloir et dans la chambre. C'est assez surprenant quand on ouvre la porte. Ils m'ont conseillé de laisser la climatisation en marche à basse température en continue, mais a un moment donné il fait super froid dans la chambre. Un membre du personnel a fini par installer un diffuseur d'huile essentiel le premier jour ce qui a un peu attenué l'odeur, merci à lui. Cela n'a pas régler le problème, mais l'intention était bonne.

Je ne sais pas si ça se fait au Vietnam, mais nous n'avons pas de petit guide d'activités à faire ou de restaurants sympa dans le coin, idem pour les spas. J'aurais bien aimé.

Потрясающий отель, номер с ванной в гостиной! Очень чисто, дружелюбный персонал. Завтраки хорошие, все есть. Не успеешь положить салфетку, ее убирают мигом. Небольшой отель, расположен на 2 линии от моря, лучше всего брать байк, пешком по жаре тяжело. Это единственный недостаток, что немного пройти пешком до моря. В остальном, это очень хороший отель. Мы после переезжали еще в 3 отеля, этот однозначно лучший.

Рядом идет стройка, было немного шумно по утрам. Но здесь во многих местах стройки, поэтому не угадаешь. Но нам этот шум не мешал.

Unser Unterkunft hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen… Die Lage ist für längere Aufenthalte perfekt da man echt seine Ruhe hat abends und es nie wirklich laut war… der Pool ist ein Highlight Das Frühstück ist sehr abgewogen jedoch der Café lässt zu wünschen Die Zimmer sind super sauber und sehr groß Die Mitarbeiter und Service Kräfte sind sooo herzlichen

Good location. Rooms were nice enough, slightly tired. Staff were friendly, greeted us every time but didn’t say much else.

The cleaning really wasn’t great, there was a false lash from a previous guest on the vanity. My feet were dirty from walking on the floor barefoot, don’t think it was ever washed our whole almost 2 week stay. They repeatedly forgot pillow covers in the room, but never changed them. Did not remove and replace used utensils that were laid out for them. They delayed our checkout to presumably check if we stole something from the room. There were air fresheners in every corner of the room, yet there was still a slight smell there.

Aircondition did not work as it should, it was to hot in the room. It was not aloud to put clothes out to dry, where should you dry it then after swimming? Bikini etc will not dry properly inside room. Balcony floor was never cleaned, it was very dirty. Breakfast basic but not very good. All in all we left a day early because we didnt want to stay there no more.

The smell in the hallway and room. Dirty floor The women at reception are not friendly. The breakfast was good or below average. I stayed 6 nights because I couldn't lug my kids are luggage.

The location is great 150m from the beach, the staff is very attentive and helpful. Breakfast is amazing with such a variety offered that there is something for every taste. Die Unterkunft lag sehr zentral. Das Personal war freundlich.

Was für mich garnicht ging war der Schimmel Geruch im Zimmer. Natürlich muss man dazu sagen, dass Vietnam im Sommer Tropen Wetter hat , aber das es so schlimm riechen würde, habe ich nicht mit gerechnet. Was jedoch am schlimmsten war, waren die Stockflecken (schimmelflecken) am Kissen!! Also da sag ich ganz klar, das dies nicht passieren darf!!

Es war das beste Personal das wir während unserer Vietnam Reise getroffen haben. Wir danken herzlich dafür. Fotos aus der Beschreibung sowie die Beschreibung stimmen zu vollkommen überein. Super Pool Mega Ausblick, kein riesenpool aber der eicht vollkommen aus. Der Ausblick ist 100% wie auf dem Foto. Frühstück sehr lecker es fehlt an nichts abwechslungsreich, geschmacklich top 👍🏼. Wir haben uns durch und durch wohl gefühlt und würden dieses Hotel wieder nehmen. Die Lage ist top, man ist in paar min am Strand auch bei der Hitze nicht anstrengend. Wenn ihr vom Strand zurück lauft haltet unbedingt bei der Frau an die alle möglichen frittierten Sachen verkauft einfach geil, danach leicht links an der Kreuzung steht die nächste Dame mit Ban mi auch Mega. 15-20 Meter weiter auf der gleichen Seite ist ein jüngeres Mädel in einem weißen Kontainer das diverse Kaffe verkauft Geilster Kaffe den wir in der Nähe des Hotels hatten 😉. Allg. Liegt das Hotel so gut das gibt es so viele sehr sehr gute Möglichkeiten essen zu gehen fussläufig. Hotel del Luna wir kommen wieder und werden euch jedem empfehlen!!!!

Komischer Geruch im Zimmer wenn man die Tür aufgemacht hat. Vielleicht das Reinigungsmittel. Kein penetranter Geruch wir wissen nicht was das war aber es war nichts modrig/faules.

Отличный отель за эти деньги! Необычные номера, для тех кому не нравятся типовые дизайны в отелях. Огромный балкон - эффектное ощущение. Чудесный и заботливый персонал. Нормальные без восторгов завтраки, есть свежие фрукты, европейская и азиатская кухни. Мы с мужем были в медовом месяце и для нас в подарок очень нежно украсили номер - это было очень приятно! На первом этаже в отеле варят отличный кофе! Бассейн на крыше - отличное место чтобы порелаксировать и посмотреть на город. До моря минут 7-10 пешком. Спасибо команде отеля!

Персонал очень вежливый и компетентный. Расположение хорошее. До пляжа 5-7 минут. Завтраки хорошие, вкусная выпечка. Отель небольшой и это хорошо, так ка мало людей, тихо и спокойно. Выдают полотенца на л на ресепшн.

Полотенца не мешало бы обновить, попадались дырками́. Моющие средства для душа не очень хорошего качества, станки для бритья приходилось напоминать, чтобы положили. Приносили правда сразу же.

Прекрасное местоположение. Рядом пляж и множество магазинов и кафе. Очень приятный персонал. Неплохой завтрак. Прикольный бассейн с видом на пляж. Внутри номера чисто.

Location, our corner balcony room was comfortable. The breakfast and rooftop pool was great. Entertainment TV channels were excellent.

Lost a room key, charged us for that. The chafing dishes for hot breakfast seemed to not be lighted every morning.
