Cozy apartment in Amazing Location!

The location is perfect. The street and neighborhood are centrally located, so many culinary options around, supermarket, public transportation. The apartment is extremely spacious, designed and well equipped with everything you could need. It has 2(!!) bathroom shower rooms which is a huge advantage! The check in check out arrangements are perfectly convenient and flexible and the host was communicative and helpful when needed!

넓고 큰 주방과 냉장고가 있어 가족 셋이 보내기에 적당했습니다. 트램, 페리, 전철역, 타임아웃마켓이 아주 가깝고, 100m 거리에 큰 마트도 있습니다. 호스트인 오누르가 정말 친절하고 빠르게 회신을 주며 여러가지를 살펴주었습니다. 매우 감사합니다.

사진과 똑같이 준비되어 있었지만, 사진보다는 많이 낡은 아파트 입니다. 오래되어 그런지 하수구 냄새가 화장실 뿐만 아니르 집 안에서 심하게 납니다. 제습기가 틀어져 있었지만 너무 습해서 첫날은 이불이 축축할 정도였습니다. 에어컨까지 제스모드로 하루종일 틀어놓아야 이불이 마릅니다.

Location was amazing close to everything. Well equipped apartment. Host was very responsive and shared information readily.

El apartamento era amplio y pese a estar en una zona concurrida era silencioso. Resultó cómodo para la estancia de un par de días.

La relacion calidad precio no me pareció adecuada. El precio me pareció demasiado alto para el apartamento. La ubicación está correcta, pero no es excepcional. Los baños están bastante antiguos y el mobiliario e iluminación muy escasos. La valoración que aparecen en booking está sobrevalorada.

Situat intr-o locatie aproape de atractiile Lisabonei, de mijloacele de transport in comun, de piata si de fluviul Tajo.Spațios, cu paturi confortabile.Gazda s-a interesat tot timpul dacă totul este în regula.

L'emplacement de la propriété est impeccable,l'appartement est parfait, avec un supermarché Auchan à seulement 50 mètres. Les restaurants et bars à proximité répondent à tous les goûts, et la plage est à quelques pas. Le propriétaire est absolument formidable.

Malheureusement, à notre arrivée, toute la rue était envahie par une odeur nauséabonde provenant des égouts bouchés, rendant l'une des chambres totalement inhabitable pour dormir. Nous avons fini par dormir dans le salon et dans une autre pièce. Le propriétaire nous a présenté ses excuses, et nous avons compris qu'il s'agissait d'une circonstance inévitable.

Well-furnished and bright apartment. Perfect location - very walkable, with tons of great restaurants nearby, as well as the transit station to get anywhere easily. Onur, the property manager, took great care of us and quickly assisted with anything we needed.

There were occasionally some bad smells in the entry area of the building due to the city infrastructure, but it is apparently being evaluated/fixed.

Perfecte centrale ligging, lekker ruim, 2 badkamers wat lekker handig is met 2 stellen. Schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer vriendelijke host Onur die ook tijdens het verblijf checkt of alles in orde is.

The location was great. Just a around the corner fron Pink Street anout a 8 min walk to the riverfront Bars restaurants grocery store steps away from the Apts. Streaming services available on the Tv. The host was very kind to let me leave my luggage in the apt until it was ready. He always sent a text to make sure if I had any issues or needed anything.

I spoke to the host about an issue in the bathrooms that his cleaning person needs to pay attention too

We particularly liked the localisation and the amount of space. The host was also very nice. We read opinions that the flat was equipped very well, but it exceeded my expectation. Next to the flat were shops and cafeterias. The rooms were clear and bedrooms were quiet. We are going to come back.

Excelente localização. Apenas a alguns metros de um centro gastronômico e próximo de bons restaurantes. Fizemos grande parte dos passeios sem a necessidade de transporte e utilizando as excelentes dicas do anfitrião (vale a pena informar que alguns passeios possuem elevadores - como o castelo de São Jorge, não muito distante da acomodação).

Vale a pena aproveitar o verão e deixar a acomodação com as janelas abertas para arejar os ambientes.

Apartment is right in the centre of the Lisbon, such a good experience, also had everything we would need in a daily life, nice planned apartment. Fabulous stay, Incredible apartment, finest service- First choice in Lisbon The apartment is located a few steps from major attractions (Ribeira/time out market, pink street etc.), and several minutes walking distance from Lisbon Cathedral, place de Commerce and some other major attractions. It is cozy indeed, very comfortable, pleasant beds, and well-equipped kitchen. Although along a busy street, windows are well designed to block noise. It was the most stocked apartment we have ever had with lots of ingredients- oils, sauces, spices, pasta and more. Onur, our host, was courteous, so attentive ready to help with everything, giving a lot of helpful information, and so committed to make our stay perfect indeed. Undoubtfully, our first, if not the only choice for an excellent and most rewarding stay in Lisbon.

Great location . F&B outlets for breakfast , lunch , dinners and drinks ( pink street )are at walking distance . Amazing host who took great lengths to guide us throughout the stay and also offered valuable advice on how to enjoy our time in Lisbon . The host is one of the most proactive host I have met. The house is located in the perfect area, with easy access to bars and restaurants. All the nightlife is right there—I really love it!!! The house was clean and has good furniture. I booked the apartment last minute, after 10 pm. Communication was perfect, and I felt like his friend. Totally recommended!"

The apartment was great, really well-equipped, just like it looks in the pictures. It's very spacious and perfect for four people. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby, but the windows are very good, and those in the bedrooms face the inner yard, not the street, so we heard nothing at night. Onur is a great host, very friendly and attentive. He was very helpful and provided us everything that we needed to make our stay very comfortable!

Really great house in a great location. Every part of the house and every item in the house was very clean. There was also nothing missing and even more. We loved spending time in the living room and the kitchen.

Fully decked out with a wide range of appliances that you would have in your own home, including a well-equipped kitchen, huge TVs, and sound systems, it catered to all our needs and beyond. Space was abundant, which was a huge plus for us traveling with two kids. They had plenty of room to play around, making it a very family-friendly option. The tasteful decorations added to the cozy yet stylish ambiance of the apartment. Our experience was made even more memorable by the host's exceptional hospitality. They were not only welcoming and helpful but also proactively checked in on us multiple times to ensure everything was going smoothly. Their suggestions for places to visit were invaluable and helped us explore Lisbon like locals.

Absolutely great staff, communication with the hoster and location. Location is really great. The hoster is a great person. There are a lot of stuff: any dishes and kitchen utensils, tea, coffee, etc.

La ubicación, el tamaño y decoración del apartamento y lo completo que era. El propietario nos dejó incluso chuches para nuestros perretes! Muy cerca de las atracciones turísticas y transporte, supermercados, restaurantes…

Al entrar nos dió la sensación de que vivía alguien allí, ya que hay muchas cosas en el apartamento, y había cosas en el frigorífico incluso! Por otro lado viene bien tener especias, básicos (y no tan básicos para cocinar), gel, champú, crema hidratante, y muchos productos de limpieza!

Séjour exceptionnel dans ce joli appartement au centre de Lisbonne, très fonctionnel et spacieux. Un hôte exceptionnel très avenant. Je recommande à 100%.
