Proche de la gare. Belle grande chambre. Chouette coin repas/petit déjeuner.

Room quite spacious. Location was very good. Close to station, relatively quiet area and a few restaurants very close by. On final day I left a bag in my room and owner notified me so that I could return to pick it up.

Breakfast was very basic. Only cold water flowed from the shower on first two days, which was disappointing. Real issue was that I booked a room for three nights and on my final full day I received a message from the owner asking if I would move rooms. I told him that I could not do it as I was in Syracuse on a day trip, and I objected to my items being moved. I was then pressured further and reluctantly agreed that my items could be moved to another room. Around half an hour later I was informed room did not need to be changed. It was very disappointing that this was requested because when a B&B is booked, there is a legitimate expectation that you get the same room for the full duration. It was unfortunate that this disturbed my final full day.

Petit déjeuner continental à discrétion. Chambre très spacieuse. pas trop loin de la gare ferroviaire et de l'arrêt Alibus pour se rendre à l'aéroport

Il manque un petit réfrigérateur pour être très bien. Une petite note comportant le code WI FI et petites informations sur l'environnement de l'hôtel serait un plus et mieux encore si il y avait un plan de la ville à disposition.

Die Lage ist zentral. Die kleine Küche mit Kaffeemaschine zur Selbstbedienung und einer Auswahl an bereitgestelltem Gebäck zum Frühstück waren gut.

Es war sehr schwierig, überhaupt in die Unterkunft hinein zu kommen. Zum Glück trafen wir am Gartentor einen Gast, der uns mit hinein gelassen hat. Die Zimmertür war dann mit einem Code zu öffnen, nur gelangten wir nur schwer an diesen Code. Auch gab' es keine Information zum W-Lan Passwort in der Unterkunft. Personal gab es nicht, wir mussten wiederholt telefonieren, die Kommunikation am Telefon war schwierig, weil am anderen Ende keine Fremdsprache gesprochen wurde und wir nur wenig italienisch können. Von anderen Gästen erfuhren wir, dass das Einchecken für sie ebenfalls sehr mühsam gewesen sei. Das Bad besteht aus eingezogenen Wänden, nach oben zum Zimmer. Es gibt keine Lüftung. Der WC-Deckel war nicht befestigt, eine Nachbarin musste sich bei uns den Föhn ausleihen, weil es in ihrem Zimmer, entgegen der erwähnten Ausstattung keinen Haarföhn gab.

Semmi nem tetszett.

Mini szoba, mely koszos volt. A fürdőszobábol beleestem az ágyba mert nem volt hely onnan kilépni. A wc az ágytól (a fejemtől) kb 40-50 cm-re volt és bűzlött. A környéken este fura alakok voltak, féltem visszamenni a szállásra. A környék is szemetes volt.

Alles hat wunderbar geklappt - Buchung und Rückfragen. Die Lage zur Innenstadt und zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist perfekt. Dass es die Carola-Brücke z.Z. nicht (mehr) gibt - dafür kann niemand etwas. Obwohl ein großes Hotel, war es im Zimmer vollkommen ruhig. An der Aussicht auf die Innenstadt hätte auch Canaletto seine Freude. Mit paar Schritten sind die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel erreichbar. Das Frühstück als Aufpreis hoch, aber berechtigt. DANKE!

La posizione perfetta,ma soprattutto il proprietario disponibile in tutto e molto cordiale, io e mia moglie siamo rimasti soddisfatti ,anche sulla pulizia nulla di negativo.

La città è bella ma potrebbe essere gestita meglio, soprattutto per sicurezza e pulizia.

Śniadanie typowo włoskie, tj. na słodko, ale ratowały nas małe pizze, bardzo zresztą smaczne.

Minus za awarię ekspresu do kawy, która zrujnowala jedno śniadanie 😉

La proximité de la gare principale était pratique

Petit déjeuner minable, manque d'informations correctes pour l'arrivée. Clim HS, serrure capricieuse. Il faut se mettre à 4 pattes pour tourner la clef car la lecture de la carte est HS. Vu personne pendant tout le séjour, même au départ. Aucune consigne pour rendre la clef. Crainte de ne pas pouvoir ressortir de l'immeuble si on laisse la clef sur la porte.

Selbst-Checkin, zwar technisch etwas kompliziert, aber gut machbar und funktioniert. Modernes, komfortables Bad Strategisch gelegen in Bahnhofsnähe

Das angekündigte Frühstück (Süße Backware und Kaffee) war nicht vorhanden, dafür eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit einem Kühlschrank voller angebrochener Lebensmittel. Videoüberwachung in der gesamten Struktur. Bahnhofsviertel ist auch etwas "Schmuddelviertel" mit Prostitution, aber ungefährlich.

Centraal gelegen, centrum op loopafstand. Gratis parkeren voor de deur. Schoon en netjes.

Tweepersoonsbed érg smal (geen idee hoe dit op de andere kamers was). Ontbijt summier, zonder uitleg bij de espressomachine (enkel in Italiaans).

Posizione ottima per visitare il centro di Catania, a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni. Camera spaziosa e comoda, perfettamente insonorizzata (fuori c'era un po' di confusione ma dall' interno della camera non si sentiva niente!). È stata una bella esperienza.

Un palazzo storico bellissimo, vicino alla stazione dei bus e con annesso un ristorante /pizzeria dove ho cenato molto bene. Un host molto disponibile . Io ho trascorso solo una notte e ci ritornerò volentieri per visitare la città di Catania.

Se puede decir que la ubicación es relativamente buena, esta cerca del centro histórico pero el barrio no es muy bueno

Mala recepción, el baño que está en la habitación no tiene techo ni extractor de aire por consiguiente hay que colocar desodorante de ambiente que uno debe procurarselo. La máquina de hacer café es muy lenta, cuando desayuna mucha gente es imposible tomar café.

Nice contact, easily reachable from Catania train station and also to go to the center, clean, good coffee and breakfast.

Ótima localização e o funcionário um amor

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko, całkiem przyzwoite śniadania i cicho jak na centrum miasta.

Kendine ait mutfağı olması çok iyiydi. İhtiyacımız olan her şeyi mutfakta bulabiliyorsunuz. Oda çok güzel temizlenmişti ve çok güzel kokuyordu. Yatak rahattı. Christian isimli çalışan bize çok yardımcı oldu. Şehirle ilgili çok kullanışlı bilgiler verdi. Teşekkür ederim.

Помешкання знаходиться близько до залізничного вокзалу в гарній історичній будівлі . Смачна випічка на сніданок та добре, що є прохолодна вода

Ліжко було дуже маленьке, це не зазначено при бронюванні, воно розраховано на 1 людину і дуже скрипить ! Кондиціонер погано працював та не було мила для рук, тільки шампунь.

È stato complicato prendere sonno a causa del condizionatore che non raffrescava la stanza e allo stesso tempo era rumorosissimo. Nonostante le 2 notti prenotate la mattina abbiamo lasciato la struttura e prenotato altrove.

Het is een goede locatie je bent zo in het centrum alles is electronisch geregeld dus je hoeft niet te wachten om in te checken.

Neem niet de kortste route richting het centrum dan loop je door een straat vol prostituees en mannen die daar de ‘wacht’ houden. Als je langs de hoofdstraat loopt heb je nergens last van

Quarto muito espaçoso numa espécie de palacete, mas com mobília moderna e limpa, gostámos da experiência! Têm água gratuita e sempre ao dispor na cozinha, que é partilhada com os vários hóspedes (o que é super ok, porque é espaçosa). Localização perto de supermercado, a cerca de 15 minutos a pé do centro histórico. O bairro não parece dos mais seguros de dia, mas depois à noite ganha outra vida com os restaurantes perto.

Pequeno-almoço muito fraco. Não fomos recebidos por ninguém, foi tudo feito de forma remota e electrónica, mas correu tudo bem. Sem parque gratuito, ou deixávamos na rua (que não quisemos arriscar), ou num parque privado onde se pagava (a 3 minutos do alojamento a pé).

Acho que é um ótimo custo benefício! Gostei bastante porque a estação se trem/ônibus é bem perto e podemos ir andando. E o quarto é grande e confortável.

El desayuno muy justo, solo era bolleria y cafe. El alojamiento tiene cocina pero no se puede usar, no hay ollas ni sartenes.

The staff could only speak in Italian but we agreed with Google translate in everything. The cleaness was ok, but we didnt feel that we are THE guests. Breakfast was just a coffee from a nearly not working coffee machine, and some cornettos and mini pizzas. The water is not drinkable from the faucet in the rooms! Only from the cleaner machine in the kitchen! All in all, the room was ok, but not recommend more than 2 nights.

The staff was not so friendly and heartwarming, the appliances in the bathroom was oldish and missed some parts.:(

Si trova in un palazzo storico molto ben tenuto, comodo al centro e raggiungibile facilmente. La camera matrimoniale molto bella dotata di tutti i comfort.

Only given gate code. Large front door was open, no idea how to get in or out if it was closed. Landing and room door the owner opened remotely. Key card inside room with 3 keys, but no idea what they opened. Fridge would have been nice.

Se puede ir andando al centro. La habitación estaba bien. Hay una zona común con frigorífico y snacks.

Aunque la puerta se podía cerrar, entraba mucha luz del pasillo. De la misma manera se oía todo lo del pasillo, no está para nada insonorizado. A la noche mientras dormíamos llegaron unas chicas a las 2:30 de la mañana gritando y no pudimos descansar como necesitábamos. El baño no tiene techo y a la noche se oía todo y se iluminaba toda la habitación. La zona común no estaba muy limpia.

La stanza ci è stata data prima dell'orario previsto dato che era già stata "pulita". Orario del check-in flessibile. Depuratore dell'acqua potabile. Il b&b é in un palazzo d'epoca, la stanza abbastanza spaziosa. In 10 minuti a piedi si è in centro (la zona non è il massimo ma è molto vicina alla stazione dei treni). Si può parcheggiare nelle strade vicine (parcheggio pubblico a pagamento).

La camera era sporca, sopratutto la doccia (muffa e capelli degli ospiti precedenti). Non forniscono docciaschiuma, solo due saponette. La colazione dolce alle 8.30 era già terminata. C'era solo qualche pizzetta e la macchina del caffè (no succhi di frutta o alternative). Il giorno prima ci era stato detto che potevamo andare a qualsiasi ora. Siamo andati al bar... Il bagno é ricavato dentro la stanza e non presenta il soffitto. Quindi non c'è molta privacy...

Komunikacja z Panią , która opiekowała się obiektem i rezerwacją była szybka i bez problemowa

Na śniadanie były słodkie i słone bułki , które przez cały dzień leżały w kuchni na szafce i codziennie rano były dokładane . Ekspres do kawy psuł się i nieraz nie funkcjonował, Pani sprzątająca nie posprzątała nam pokoju gdyż stwierdziła, że są nasze rzeczy w łazience i leżały walizki na ziemi . Byliśmy 4 noce z czego 1 raz został posprzątany pokój . W okolicy mało komfortowo jeśli chodzi o towarzystwo na ulicach ( prostytutki i dość brudno)

La distancia al centro un poco lejos.

The availability of the staff and the fact that we had water and pastries free of charge available all day long.

The bathroom has no ceiling. There is no privacy while you are in bathroom. I didn't like the neighborhood. I din't feel safe arround the accomodation.

El alojamiento se encuentra en un palacio. Es bonito y dispone de cocina para el desayuno o cocinar lo que te apetezca. La habitación es amplia. La anfitriona fue muy amable. Hay desayuno disponible y agua. Está a unos quince minutos andando del Duomo.

Tiene cosas que mejorar, por ejemplo la silicona de la ducha. El baño no tiene techo, si enciendes la luz en medio de la noche se ilumina toda la habitación. Hay que tener suerte con los demás huéspedes, a nosotros nos quitaron algunas cosas que pusimos en el frigorífico, otras nos las cambiaban de sitio... Desayuno poco variado, bollería y café. Hay aparcamiento en la calle pero no parece una zona demasiado segura. En algunos sitios había restos de cristales en el suelo, posible indicador de robo en vehículos. Decidimos dejarlo en un parking cercano y evitar arruinar las vacaciones.

Krevet je bio izuzetno udoban i dovoljan za dve osobe. Kupatilo je novo i uvek je bilo tople vode i čisto. Kuhinja i kupatilo sadrže sve potrebne elemente. Pecivo za doručak je uvek bilo sveže i toplo i raznovrsno, veliki izbor kafa-aparat je lagan za korišćenje i uvek je bio dostupan i čist. Takodje, aparat za vodu je uvek bio pun, imao je i gaziranu vodu pored obične vode i hladne vode. Klima je dobro hladila, filter je bio očišćen, a izbor tv kanala je bio raznovrstan.

Potrebno je da se naznači gostima smeštaja da se hrana u zajedničkom frižideru ne deli sa ostalima. Potrebno je da se popravi šporet, jer to mnogo znači za spremanje hrane i obroka.

Posizione comoda per visitare il centro e vicina alla stazione dei treni e dei bus. Camera ristrutturata e pulita. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check-out.

Letto matrimoniale di una piazza e mezza. Nessuno dello staff presente in loco, neanche per la colazione (la ns colazione è stata molto scarsa, non so se avevano prelevato tutto gli ospiti precedenti..). Preciso però che il personale dello staff è sempre stato reperibile e gentile telefonicamente

Das Frühstück war gewohnt italienisch, jedoch Brote mit Fleisch. Die Instruktionen des Eigentümers mittels Mobile waren sehr gut; ich hatte Bedenken, ob ich es schaffe, aber es ist mir gelungen.

Die Öffnung der Tore von innen war nicht leicht. Beim Aussengitter habe ich den Knopf nicht sofort entdeckt.

Location, easy access, and somehow quietness once the balcony is closed

- Well, to be objective, the place did not live up to expectations. To begin with, we stayed in a room that had a private bathroom with an open ceiling, which was quite odd as one could smell and hear every smell and sound. If you want to go to the bathroom at night, the lights inside light up the entire room, so it disturbs the person sleeping. - Breakfast was less than basic. I understand Italian culture and respect it, but the breakfast here was so chaotic; we asked for gluten-free options and we were not given either an answer or, of course, the GF breakfast, even something simple. - We stayed for 3 nights and we were not given hygiene stuff like shampoo, shower gel. We asked about it, and the cleaning staff left 4 tiny shampoo paper packs one day before we left. We (2 guests) spent two and a half days using one toilet paper roll. - Lastly and most importantly and that was a killer for me, the cleaning staff uses a super strong odor of air-freshner or I am not exactly sure what, could be floor cleaning soap that is so disturbing in its intensity that it sticks to everything, to even clothes and I still smell it here after I flew back and left Italy. It made us cough and not breathe normally. I thought it was only in my room, but it's everywhere and there is no way you can avoid inhaling it. Remarkably strong odor.

La camera era carina, la colazione era adeguata, con forniture di paste e di panini salati e pizzette. Un distributore, nella cucina delle colazioni, forniva acqua minerale anche fresca.

Non mi è piaciuto scoprire improvvisamente e a posteriori che ci sarebbe stato il giorno del mio arrivo un'interruzione di corrente, non comunicata dal gestore-proprietario, sebbene, all'ingresso, osservando con attenzione, ho verificato il giorno successivo si trovasse un foglio messo dall'ENEL che informava gli abitanti della zona dell'interruzione. Trattandosi infatti di una struttura moderna, tutto funzionava con l'elettricità, dall'apertura delle porte all'acqua del bagno. La corrente è stata interrotta verso le 11 di notte, un orario in cui, se non fossimo stati stanchi, ci avrebbe trovato probabilmente ancora all'esterno, col rischio di non poter dormire la notte, restando bloccati fuori. I nostri telefonini a zero, non hanno potuto essere ricaricati e in bagno non si poteva più andare. L'elettricità è ricomparsa alle 6 e 45 del mattino, e con essa il funzionamento dell'acqua del bagno, del climatizzatore e delle porte. Mio marito che si alza presto per andare all'esterno a fumare, è rimasto bloccato senza la possibilità di uscire. Restare sequestrati da una struttura iper moderna non è una bella cosa, specie se si considerano i rischi legati all'impossibilità di uscire in caso di urgenza e necessità. La mia è una critica al sistema che si sta affermando che in nome del "progresso" e della finta comodità, rende non solo schiavi ma ostaggi gli uomini che ad esso si affidano o con esso, loro malgrado, si devono poi confrontare. Nessuna critica infatti al gestore che è stato peraltro cortese e gentile a parte la svista di non averci informato sull'interruzione e sui disagi conseguenti. Mi sono permessa la considerazione, gestendo anche io un B&B in un'isola della Sardegna sud occidentale e sono ben lieta della mia scelta di lasciare l'abitazione quanto più tradizionale possibile e perciò, per molti versi più sicura e al riparo delle insidie di questa folle modernità.

地理位置尚可，住宿周边有收费的街边停车位，白天忙着游玩，没注意到房东给我发了好多邮件，让我确认何时到，等我晚上到时，发现大门紧锁，打电话给房东，电话沟通很费劲，我只能说英语，房东不会英语，不过房东还是给我开了门，告知我房间密码，房间很宽敞，有一个公共厨房，总体来说不错。
