There was 8" white stsin on the headboard wheni moved the pillow to get in. Eww Spouse mentioned this and was told it happened in many rooms'- then do something about it!

It’s stupid they ask for a $400 deposit if you are a Jackson resident.

The staff were delightful at this location. Extra shout out to Vanessa who made me decaf coffee one evening fresh and hot.....appreciate that. Room was nice, shower excellent. The fitness room was good. Located just off 127 easy off and easy on the highway. Quiet area. Complimentary coffee was nice. Pretty good breakfast. Will stay here again if visiting family just have the eggs and sausage hot and waiting lol.

The eggs and sausage were cold at breakfast. Other then that it would have been a perfect 10 for me. Saturday came for breakfast at 9:30 and breakfast had already been down scaled there was no eggs or sausage so we went elsewhere. Was supposed to be breakfast up till 10.am

As I was leaving there was a cleaning lady in the hallway on her phone, she did get off her phone when she saw me coming. I smiled and spoke to her, but she did not respond back. I was not very pleased with that interaction with her!

I like the location. The breakfast food is good. I like this hotel and stay numerous times per year.

The cups for the coffee are the same as most hotels but i feel like they should be bigger. I went to a gas station and got a bigger cup to use in the morning. They also have the small creamer cups instead of creamer pumps in big bottles. This would be much better and even more cost effective. The wall paper in the bathroom was peeled back a lot. The shower had build up so discolored. I feel like this hotel is failing over time. I stay quite often.

The breakfast was sustainable. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Das Zimmer war recht neu und sauber, Das Hotel an sich war gut - alles hat funktioniert. Fitnessraum war verfügbar, Pool nicht (für meinen Purpose war das OK). Frühstück war super, ist halt ein amerikanisches Frühstück - wer das mag, mag es hier auch. Das Bad war gut, es gab auch Shampoo und Duschgel. Handtüsch genug vorhanden (Standard). Lage ist super praktisch, man kommt direkt überall hin. Parkplätze sind in großer Menge verfügbar. Es gibt auch mind. einen Wasserspender, wenn man nach Ankunft noch nichts einkaufen konnte.

2 nights with no sleep. Told front desk and was told they were checking out on Saturday. We had a all day wedding for our daughter and were wore out. Came back to teenages running up and down hall way till 3 am. Checked out at 8am to go home for nap before work. Waste of money

-The breakfast times are fair to everyone and nice! -The rooms were nice and clean -The staffing was super nice -I loved the shower, way better than any other hotel I've been.

The pool was really cold, my kids wouldn’t swim. Could have used more pillows, they were a little flat.

I think it's one of the nicest hotels on that stretch on Shirley drive. As far as price and cleanliness. I've stayed at all of them the last 10 years.....

I am NOT a fan of Marijuana. About half the time we were there most of your hotel smelled like pot. .....the lighting in the rooms should have a bright option AND a dim option over the beds.

I liked that the staff made sure our rooms were close together.

I did not like that the outside door was loud when people were going in and out all night long and I didn’t get much sleep. That door should’ve been locked at 10 or 11 pm, same as pool closing time. There was another door by the stair case same area which could’ve been the way in at night but there were so many smokers I guess going in and out. I can’t say how the breakfast was but it looked very basic. A guest told me the pool was very cold. Oh and there were only 2 towels in our bathroom which was very inconvenient.

Everything else. Especially the pool. Ice cold and main reason for booking our stay here. Very disappointed after that. Couldn't even warm up after the pool, coffee in lobby was ice cold.

Location. It could be a really nice place to stay.

The breakfast options were horrible!! They need to take a little more time with cleaning the public areas of the hotel, rooms were ok. Could be better.

I didn't have breakfast. The coffee was good, and I appreciated the flavored creamer. I liked the decor, and my bed and pillows were very comfortable.

I'm old school and prefer to use a vending machine for snacks and drinks. I don't like the exorbitant cost of little bags of chips, snacks, and drinks. It's a feature that irritates me at most "newer" hotels.

Pool was closed and one of the side entrances was also shut down leading to a bit of a walk to haul items in and out.

Very clean, staff was great.

The area. Neighbors were loud, neighbors had an emergency in which I felt unsafe and had to vacate the room for about an hour or two which kept kids up later than needed due to functions in the morning. Youngest child was scared the whole night.

The scrambled eggs and sausage were like they had and smelled like they had been in a steamer to long. I fix not taste. The oatmeal was runny and not cooked enough.

Love the hardwood floors in the room. The decor in the room and paint designs throughout the place caught my eye. On the Tv screen said welcome and my name. Special touch. Breakfast was good

The pillows on the bed. I used all 3 of them and they just flatten out.

Clean modern good bath products friendly night staff for sure good tv set up easy to use just like at home it smelled good and i love no carpet!!

Breakfast was lame sausage was rubbery oatmeal was watery milk was in a shared carafe weird and to me unsanitary could just be me I'm sensitive about germy food areas and coffee condiments were very limited like a backwoods gas station I mean it's 2026 it's all about the coffee...not there

Cozy room

No carpet. The floor stayed dirty and wet from the snow getting tracked in.

The pool was freezing. Breakfast was not good. Bed was not comfortable and they called our room like 4 times saying alarm was going off. We didnt even have a lighter up there..

Location and there was a pool and work out room. Breakfast was decent.

Pool is not heated, as described. We were told the room is heated and they wouldn’t turn the heat up for us on Monday. Bed was hard as a rock.

Sehr ruhig gelegen, sauber. Pancakemaschine, Rührei und Oatmeal beim Frühstück. Dusche in den Zimmern, riesige Tvs.

Einzig der Nachbar, der sich die ganze Nacht Erwachsenenfilme anschaute, störte unsere Ruhe. Das hörten wir leider durch, mit Ohrstöpseln das Problem gelöst.

The pillows offered in the rooms are HORRIBLE! They instantly flatten out. The staff members were not welcoming and there was food and ants all over the floors in the front lobby.

That it was a perfect halfway point for the person I was meeting.

This is a cozy hotel, with good breakfast options .

Our family was not allowed to use swimming pool. ( unfortunately on check-out was promised another stay during weekend when pool will be open upon next visit. But never honored called 3 times.)

I had booked a reservation that at the time online said it was refundable, due to a major power outage, then my power came on before check in time and I messaged the hotel, and booking.com multiple times, and called the hotel and got the run around on who I should contact from both parties with no answer, not even the next day. Booking.com is a scam and the hotels shouldn't work with them if they do not have control. I will never use them again!.
