The bed sheets were dirty and the room stunk of mildew. Something happened in the building that cased all the fire alarms to go off,and all guest were ordered to evacuate at 6:30 am Sunday morning. I was then told I had to gather my belonging and vacate the hotel because the fire department would be turning off the water. The manager repeatedly told all the guest they would receive a full refund. When I called this morning the manager told me I wouldn’t be getting a full refund. I’d still be paying $74 out of my $140 room. I’ve used booking several times, this by far was the worst !

Breakfast was good!!

The front desk lady that was there at 2am was great!!! Give her a raise!!!But the morning crew that were all in a room next to the bathroom downstairs were loud and cussing like sailors.

I expected a little more from the continental breakfast.

We booked this on booking.com and when we got there we were told the Hilton computers went down and they couldn’t see our reservation and told to find somewhere else to stay. I have tried all week to get my refund back and have been pushed back and forth from booking.com and the hotel.

The front desk lady was awesome and very kind. I liv6ed that there were restaurants close.

There wasn't a shower rug. There was only two towels so we couldn't use one of those. We had to get an ice bucket from the front desk. There wasn't a thing to put dirty clothes in. There was only one cup instead of two.

Room had bedbugs, no towel in bathroom, no shower gel available, I had booked 5 rooms and 2 room had bathroom clogged. Had to call front desk for bath towel and shower gel for every room. Breakfast was nothing good to eat, just bagel and some cheerios and milk also had to asked everytime.

The nice lady at the front desk with the stunningly blue eyes was incredibly professional and a joy to talk with.

The only complaint I have is when taking a shower, the water never seemed to get warm.

The property was very clean! The front desk service was amazing.

It was a couple of stains on the carpet that I guess was hard to get out.

The room itself was decent: size was comfortable enough to accommodate luggage, tv and mini fridge worked, well lit bathroom/room, and AC fully functional. Free breakfast was good: minimal options, but satisfactory. Staff were very kind and welcoming!

There was a thick, musty odor in the room that got worse in the bathroom. Rooms seem to have not been cleaned properly either, someone’s sock was left on the bed. The shower floor is grainy and grimy, and the toilet water had a slight green tint. Kinda gross. The rooms also aren’t soundproofed well.

I did not sleep well because the A/C unit was so loud. It kicked on amd off all night despite what I set it to. Kept me up for hours.

The desk clerk when we first arrived was kind and helpful. The breakfast was good and quick. Very close to Belhaven University, which is why we were there.

The second day we asked for new towels and the new desk clerk was short and hung up on me. Not as friendly.

They cemented in the pool and there wasn’t really much else to do there. But the breakfast was good and the place was decently clean.

Room is not properly cleaned. All the amenities like shampoo are all empty. No water for drinking in the room. Last time i had a good experience but this time its disappointing. I booked for two nights but couldn’t able to reach on time die to flight delay so when i teach there i talked about refund for one night none of the staff member helped me. They keep on saying Manager is not available.

Hotel carpet floors through out hotel were stained and gross. Facility did not have a pool and that is the reason I booked this location. Front staff informed me when I checked in that management had pool filled in and covered months prior but I as a guest was never informed prior to my arrival. Very unprofessional.

My room was disgusting . I have pictures and video to prove it. I went to take a shower and knew I made a mistake once I stepped in and felt all the gross yuck under my feet and then I look and the shower curtain was missing the liner so it doesn’t get changed after each guest and to top it off it had pee stains all over it! Was so disgusting and then I couldn’t even clean myself cause the shower gel and shampoo were bone dry! The toilet was clogged I had to unclog it myself so we could use it. The room was so dirty and all night the smell of cigarette and marijuana smoke filled The air from the rooms around us. I’m very disappointed that this was a Hilton affiliated hotel. Motel 6 would have been better and I would have left and slept in my car but my husband had drove us 11 hours and was too tired to get up.

, I walked in and was very disappointed with the appearance with the stains all over the floor the horrible roach stench smell of roach spray and then walking into the room and it smell like straight weed. I walked in and walked out. I asked for a refund, you said I would and now I’m not getting a refund, but I will be disputing it with my bank.

Since it was newer, it was good. However, you could tell it was cheaply made and wouldn’t hold up in time.

In the breakfast area lack of personnel. When milk needed to be refilled the lady from the front desk had to be bothered and she looked irritated. Hallways were not clean.

After I picked up the sunflower seed on the rug and cleaned the roller I decided if the bed wasn’t clean I’d call the front desk. The bed was the high spot of stay. Breakfast offered no fruit or protein.

Online website still states outdoor swimming pool. There is no swimming pool. The handle in the shower was broken. The toilet was leaking. And some of the molding was falling off the walls. There was food on the floor upon check in as well.

The did not have a microwave in the room, you could not get extra pillows, the only clean the room every other day.

It’s clean it always smell clean when you enter the building. Tracey, I think her name is, she’s so nice and helpful, she made me feel welcomed from day one. And it’s also another lady who works over night she is also so helpful and nice always good energy. And I also love how my name is on the tv when I enter the room.

The fact the room doesn’t have a microwave.. other than that it’s fine
