Paco Hotel Zoo Metro Guangzhou

Cozy rooms with a nice shower. The breakfast was also good!

There’s carpet in the hotelrooms which some of my family members didn’t like as there’s also a certain smell coming off of it.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations! First of all, the location is incredibly convenient – the Zoo subway station (Line 5) is literally just across the road, which makes getting around the city super easy. If you're planning to visit the zoo, it's just perfect since it's practically right next door. Check-in was quick and smooth. The staff truly deserve a special mention – everyone was extremely welcoming, always ready to help with any questions, and very professional. It was a nice plus that receptionists speak English, which makes a huge difference for international guests. They also respond to requests promptly and deliver items to the room without delay. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. I was really impressed by the soundproofing – throughout my entire stay, I couldn't hear the neighbours or any street noise, which guarantees a good night's sleep. The bed was comfortable, the linen was fresh, and the room had everything I needed. I also loved the panoramic view of the city from the window. Breakfast deserves a special mention too. It's served on the 16th floor, and the selection is varied – there are both European and Asian options. They serve fresh fruit, vegetables, desserts, and they even had a robot chef making noodles, which was both fun and tasty! Additional perks: the hotel has a fitness room and a convenient free self-service laundry, which is a lifesaver on long trips. Overall, Paco Hotel is a fantastic choice for both business and leisure travellers. Great value for money, high service standards, and impeccable cleanliness. If I'm ever back in Guangzhou, I'll definitely stay here again! Highly recommended to friends and family.

Central location, very helpful staff,

Internet was not good in our our room but they changed us room later on

The hotel's location is perfect, very near Guangzhou Zoo for kids, just a few minutes' walk away. It's also close to other malls by taxi. The staff are professional and lovely; they assist you with any questions you have—a big thanks to them. There's free laundry, and the breakfast has a variety of choices. We took the family room, which is spacious, and the kids have a place to play in the room. It offers a beautiful view, and the beds are comfortable and spacious for a family. If I come back to Guangzhou, I will surely stay at Paco Hotel Guangzhou Zoo Metro Inte Branch.

Good location near the metro and shops. I loved having drinking water provided daily. Easy lift access

There was some kids thumping around in the room above me and I lost a lot of sleep. The staff did shift my room, so I was happy with how it was handled

I love the place. Very clean and lovely staff.

Bad smell in the hotel from AC because its very old

J’adore le personnel le petit déjeuner variés réceptionné à l’écoute

Nothing all was good

Close to the zoo

A little shabby, textiles needs proper cleaning.

The service is good, thank you for giving us room above 7th floor, with beautiful view, not staight to building. Breakfast was good, and equipment of facilities is quite good rather in other countries for that price where I'd been. 20 minutes to downtown center shopping malls. And want to mention the details, for example the watering can shower was The shower head was aimed at the wall so that it wouldn't spray you and the floor around you when it hit. I liked the drip coffee, different types of tea, and staff was nice

I didn't find the iron, but if I ask for, staff would have gave it. And Navigation in maps showed us abother branch of Hotel, but this one is better than another, even the lobby.

Clean and comfortable room. A pleasant stay.

Distance from central part of Guangzhou.

The breakfast was fine the location was good across the road from the metro even though you have a 5 min walk to get to the other side you cannot just walk across you have to use a walkway

The road to access the metro

Tout

RAS

Everything it was excellent 👌

Staff

Amazing stay specially the receptionist Zzz and wei were so nice and helpful also the rooms was so nice and the location is more than 👍🏻

Konum

It was excellent considering the price. we stayed for 3 nights. The staff were very friendly. We don't speak Chinese but they had translation devices which were very helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable. The buffet was a highlight. The location is across the road from the Zoo. Make sure you go visit the pandas 🐼

Gute Lage gegenüber vom Zoo, wenige Minuten zur U-Bahn.

Rooms had enough space and were clean. Breakfast had continental option which was great. Stuff were very helpful. They have late check out option and their consierge can help you with any additional needs you have.

Wi-fi was poor. Most of the stuff doesn't speak english, but that's not specific for the hotel it's specific for China.

A clean perfectly located hotel. We were absolutely happy with our room, the laundry, breakfasts and the cleaning service. A great option for this price.

The Wi-Fi was so so. The lighting isn't makeup friendly^_^ We struggled when putting our make up on as it was a little bit too dark. It would be nice to add a healthy protein option to the breakfast buffet. The ones suggested are tasty but too oily.

Recomendo!

Excellent

All of the reception staff were pleasant and highly helpful in every matter, always ready to assist if any issues arose. The hotel is in a great location, with everything nearby. However, I could hear some noises which were quite annoying, making it difficult for me to sleep peacefully.

The room bedding was clean and changed offen . Staff are a 10/10

The hotel has a sewage smell in the evening , in room and elevators . Dirty carpets in rooms and communal areas.

Rooms are made nice

Not clean

Nothing to be happy off

Everything about the place

L'emplacement

Le petit déjeuner

Location only

The place was not clean. Carpets dirty. Room not consistently cleaned. At times the cleaning would happen and there would be no fresh towels or toilet paper. Shower cubicle had a leak

Good

Everything is good

Staff were great and service was exceptional

The traffic around the area

Very helpful staff and rooms are spacious

Lifts are less compared to size of the hotel
