O hotel é um clássico. Área de piscina muito ampla e confortável. A possibilidade de ir à Cala Muleta, que é exclusiva do hotel, é um diferencial muito único. A localização é bem próxima ao centro de Deia.

Stunning location, will have been a beautiful grand hotel in its day. Staff excellent and pool area very nice.

Stingy management as evidenced by: - One towel policy by pool - One complimentary bottle of water per person per stay - €4 bottles of water by the pool - No shampoo or other toiletries apart from hand soap screwed to the wall - Poor bedroom facilities - 20 year old tiny unplugged TV and a defunct old stereo painted into the wall. No crockery, kettle/coffee facilities. Bare cupboards and drawers. - The rooms were tired and clearly haven’t had money spent on them in years - The beach is not at all as advertised. We were charged €70 per person for old stained sunbeds in the shade, 5 flights of stairs from the sea. It would have been €260pp for the privilege of some sun. Separately, had to chase a rat from our balcony. Staff seemed well familiar with such complaints and depressed about all of the above. Very overpriced for what you get.

A személyzet nagyon változó kedvességű volt, és nem voltak egységesek. Valakinek felajánlották a welcome drinket, valakinek nem. Valakinek felajánlották a segítséget a csomagokkal, valakinek nem. Nekünk egyébként elrontották sajnos a foglalást, és 70 EUR-os csomaggal, az alacsonyabb kategóriájú teraszra tettek minket. Ár-érték arányban nem teljesen éri meg a szálloda, erősen túlárazott. Nászúton voltunk és bár ígértek meglepetést, soha nem kaptuk meg.

I had asked for a cake for my husbands birthday but there was nothing when we arrived. The room was very dated for what we were paying.

Gostamos de tudo, localização próxima ao centrinho de Dèia, quarto confortável, silencioso e espaçoso. Adoramos principalmente a Cala Muleta privativa do hotel, com certeza uma das melhores experiências da nossa viagem, um lugar lindíssimo e vazio - um diferencial em agosto, que é alta temporada na ilha. Só precisa reservar com antecedência, o que não foi um problema, pois está avisado na página da Booking. Voltaríamos com certeza.

Localização perfeita com vista incrível. O hotel fica a 5 min a pé da vila de Deia. Pequeno almoço maravilhoso.

Pouca consistência no serviço: alguns empregados eram extremamente atenciosos e simpáticos e outros muito pouco preocupados com os hóspedes.

The hotel has nice grounds, a great pool and a tennis court. Also, rooms are comfy and spacious. It’s also in walking distance to Deia, where you have many nice restaurants. Staff was helpful in general.

Our kids were placed in the annex, which was a complete different building than the main building where we were staying. I asked well in advance (twice) if they could place our rooms near each other but that was not possible. Also, there’s a cove where you can swim (they can take you) but you have to make a reservation and it’s always full.

Some of the staff were incredibly rude, one member of staff was particularly hostile, and every request seemed to be treated as an inconvenience, including something as simple as ordering water at the bar. Water was not replenished during our stay, and the breakfast was average at best. The additional charge for Muleta, which appears to be a new implementation, is absolutely scandalous. Fortunately, we had reserved our beach spot prior to our stay and therefore were not charged, but many people I spoke to who had booked the hotel before this change were charged regardless. The cost ranges from €50 to €260 per person, which is an extraordinary additional expense, particularly for guests who had already booked their stay under different conditions. Overall, the service and additional costs were extremely disappointing.

5th time we have stayed here ovrr the past 23 years, excellent location and setting. The private cove, Cala muleta, is spectacular for swimming, especially for long distance swimmers like myself. Good pool, breakfast and dinner. Cleaners do an excellent job.

The new owners now limit access to sea Cala muleta. When we booked in March we were not informed of the new charges to rent sunbeds at Cala muleta, with the most expensive now €260.00. On arrival on the Monday 13th, we were told we could only use Cala Muleta on one day, being the Friday and we were given the old sunbeds. I came here to sea swim everyday, so ended up driving to Sollar instead. The new owners have changed the pool and Cala Muleta menu's and these are very poor. They have taken away the superb Salad Tuna Nicoise and would not make up white Sangria sadly. We ended up only eating at the pool twice because the menu was so poor. They have moved they reception up and into the lounge, which even the staff can't fathom, so we never used the lounge as we have done before. The staff were great but seemed to lack something since our last visit. I hope we will stay again, but not sure if the new owners will make more changes and ruin what was once one of our favourite hotels.

The pool area was pleasant, although busy and the proximity to Deia is a bonus. The access to the private rocky cove was good, although a good 25 minute drive from the property and again very busy and hard to get loungers.

I was disappointed when I found out this property is offered as a package holiday from the UK, I thought it was a more of an exclusive property when we were paying $650 a night, a lot more than the package prices the majority of guests were paying. The room was ok, but not inline with the price we were paying.

Las zonas exteriores son muy bonitas y muy bien cuidada lo que es la jardinería árboles y demás, pero el precio que pagas por el hotel no tiene nada que ver con el interior que es muy muy antiguo , por tanto precio la noche deberían de hacer una reforma súper integral de los interiores

Los empleados no eran muy amables , siempre con malas caras en los desayunos y como que les estaba pidiendo el favor de tu vida que te sirvan el café. Por la noche quisimos cenar y no nos dieron de cenar porque no había sitio (según ellos) pero el restaurante tenía la mitad de mesas vacías.

Grounds well kept with beautiful gardens and pool. Close to deia and lovely private beach opened for guests.

Room service menu is basic and limited. It takes 10min to hike up to our room as it was situated in the highest villa and hill.

We chose Es Molí because of its reputation and the unique experiences it advertised. Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing and fell far below our expectations. The biggest issue happened immediately upon our arrival. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was to visit the private beach. However, as soon as we checked in, the concierge informed us that the beach shuttle was fully booked for every day of our stay. We explained that we were only staying for two nights and that visiting the private beach was the main reason we had chosen the hotel. Even so, she repeatedly insisted that it would not be possible to accommodate us, without making any effort to find a solution or offer an alternative. At no point before our arrival were we informed that the beach shuttle required advance reservations. We never received an email or any communication about this, and only discovered it after checking in. Had we known this beforehand, we would have reserved it or even reconsidered our booking. Another major disappointment was the attitude of several staff members. Throughout our stay, we found the service to be cold, unfriendly, and lacking the hospitality expected from a hotel of this standard. One particularly unpleasant situation happened during breakfast. Breakfast was scheduled to end at 10:30 a.m., and while we and several other guests were still finishing our meals, a staff member shouted from across the restaurant that everyone had “four minutes left,” while pointing to his watch. Instead of politely approaching each table, he loudly announced it to the entire room. We have stayed in many hotels around the world and have never experienced such disrespectful behavior. Another significant disappointment happened when we went to play tennis. Given the extremely hot weather (around 38°C), we asked the reception if it would be possible to provide us with some water.

A bit faded and some staff not professional. The towel guy (orange top and sunglasses) at the pool talked loudly on his mobile for long spells on private calls so guests couldn’t rest and relax. He also told me I had to go to reception on floor 3 to ask for a pool towel as he didn’t have any. As I was in a swimsuit I asked if he could go and get the towels and he said he couldn’t.

Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff, great pool and bar food / drinks, the room was super comfortable, stunning views, the dinner on the terrace was beautiful. Would return!

This place is amazing. Perfect hotel escape. Staff could not do more. Short walk into Deia. They even gave me a bottle of cava to celebrate my birthday! The private cove is definitely a bonus.

Great location

Beautiful location, with stunning views. It felt like going back in time. Very peaceful. The pool is in a gorgeous garden setting, rooms are beautiful and comfortable.

If you stay in the annex there are 126 steps to the pool and hotel amenities, it felt a long way!

Gardens. Breakfast - Dinner! Loved the massage hut, the pool, and the location allowed meals on the terrace to have both mountain and sea views! Stunning. We spent 4 nights here and I would go back in a heartbeat.

The morning coffee was bitter, and weak. Most hotels of this class have a self - serve espresso maker. But pots of fairly bitter coffee were delivered to our table, which would be FINE if the coffee was good. Their coffee has much room for improvement.

The property was gorgeous and the views from the hotel were stunning. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us after our luggage was lost by the airline. Just a wonderful experience with wonderful people.

Minor complaint but the parking is extremely tight and a bit difficult to maneuver in anything other than a very small car.

This was honestly one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. Literally 10/10. But what I liked the most was the scenery

There is nothing that I didn’t like

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Location was very convenient - 15min to the Deia by walk, 15 min to Valldemossa by car. We enjoyed little walk in the garden/ poor area. Room was a bit old style but very clean bathroom and bath tub looked very new. Breakfast on the terrace was great. Every staff we encountered was kind and helpful. Very peaceful and cozy hotel. Had private access to the cove, and the view was just breathtaking. Very clear water, enough sunbeds, little restaurant with the view. The shuttle bus to the cove has about 20seats so better to book beforehand. It was my mom’s birthday and they gave us bottle of cava at the breakfast. We had a great stay, we’d love to come back.

A wall was a bit thin.

Very well located, it takes less than 10 minutes to walk into Deia town. Great pool area, breakfast setting and beach club. The beach club is about 20minutes away by car.

There were no additional toiletries in the rooms such as shampoo or body lotion. The rooms are very basic. Beware of jellyfish in the sea at the beach club. This may have been once off, but the hotel failed to warn us (despite being aware of the large number of jellyfish in the water).

Det tog en timma att få in middagen och flera gäster som kom efter hade ätit innan vårt kom in. Dessutom var det välldigt lite mat på tallriken. Välldigt snyggtb men välldigt lite. Middagen på stan dagen efter var samma pris och mycket bättre

Très bon accueil. La chambre et le lit était vraiment super ! Le dîner était excellent et le buffet du petit-déjeuner très très bien garni était impeccable !

انا سافرت مايوركا لشهر العسل وسكنت في هذا الفندق وكان سحررر اول شي موقع الفندق في قرية ديا او (ضياء) الاسم العربي القرية سااحرة وجمييلة وصدف اننا سكنا في الويكند فكانت المنطقة حية كذلك تبعد 15 دقيقة عن قرية فالدموسا او وادي موسى بالعربي طبعا جزيرة مايوركا كانت جزء من الاندلس فبعض الاسامي مشتقة من العربي ايضا الفندق يبعد 25 دقيقة عن مدينة سولير طبعا تحتاج تستاجر سيارة عشان حرية الحركة لكن لازم تعلمهم بيانات السيارة اول ما توصل كذلك ذكرت لهم ان سفرتي هذي لشهر العسل فلما دخلت الغرفة لقيت قارورة شامبانيا 🤣 جايبينها مجانا ورسالة مباركة ولما علمتهم اننا ما نشرب كحول بدلوها بوحدة من غير كحول وكانت لفتة جميلة الفندق ساحر ساحر واحرص تاخذ غرفة ببلكونة عشان تستمتع بالمنظر على الجبال كذلك مطعم الفندق احرصصص تاكل فييييه على الغروب لذيييييييذ بدون مبالغة هو الذ مطعم اكلت فيه في السفرة كاملة والمنظر ساحر ويجيبون عازفين واجواء ساحرة طبيعة الفندق والجبال طبيعة البحر الابيض المتوسط واللي انا اعتبرها رائعة مثل منطقة توسكاني بايطاليا و اليونان والمغرب وغيرها من الدول

L’emplacement est superbe, à 15–20 minutes à pied de Deià avec une très belle promenade pour y accéder. La terrasse du petit-déjeuner est incroyable, avec une vue magnifique. Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment un point fort : très varié, produits de qualité, omelettes faites minute, large choix de pains, tout était délicieux. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est également très bon, avec une ambiance romantique. Belle chambre spacieuse, confortable et avec une terrasse très apprécié vu sur Deia et la mer.

Le service au petit-déjeuner était un peu débordé, probablement par manque de personnel face à l’affluence. L’hôtel était très rempli pour mi-avril, ce qui rendait les espaces communs moins reposants, notamment le matin. Grosse déception à l’arrivée : après avoir fait notre check-in vers 13h, nous sommes montés dans la chambre… qui était déjà occupée. Situation très gênante et choquante. Nous avons dû redescendre, récupérer nos bagages, retourner à la voiture sur le parking éloigné, repartir puis revenir plus tard à 15h. Nous aurions apprécié un geste commercial plus adapté (par exemple nous proposer de patienter au restaurant avec un déjeuner offert), surtout dans notre contexte personnel (nous venions de nous marier et étions fatigués). Les excuses seules n’étaient pas à la hauteur de la situation.

Air con wasn’t cool enough so we woke up hot in the night, and it was only in April

Receptionspersonalet var meget opmærksomme og hurtige. Jeg følte mig godt tilpas. Værelset var dejligt, men dynen alt for tung at bakse med. Atmosfæren ved poolen var fantastisk afslappende.

TV'et var ikke meget værd. Reservation af bord i restauranten fungerede ikke. Vi blev flyttet til andre tider, selv om der var masser af ledige borde.

the views, the pool, the location, the breakfast all get the highest ratings. The staff is lovely. The walk into Deia is easy along the path. The rooms are a decent size. they offer soft pillows upon request which is delightful.

no a/c during our stay so rooms were stuffy at night. they do have a/c but there is a process to turning it on for the hotel and the weather wasn't appropriate for full a/c. the rooms we were in can use an update however the renovated rooms looked lovely.

Der er en fantastisk udsigt fra værelserne på facadesiden til både Middelhavet og bjerglandskabet. Også værelserne, haven/parken og pool-området er i topklasse. Receptionspersonalet var smilende og imødekommende og morgenmads-buffet'en i topklasse. Hotellet kan anbefales. Man får noget for pengene og maden er god.

Da hotellet ligger på en bjergskråning og består af sammenkædede bygninger skifter etagenumrene fra bygning til bygning. Det skaber en del forvirring, som skiltningen ikke hjælper på. Retnings-markeringer samt tydeligere skilte kunne hjælpe på dette. Der er for få valgmuligheder på aftenens menukort og det personlige bordbestillings-system favoriserer køkkenet(!) Vi fik beskeden "Fully booked" trods masser af ledige pladser i restauranten. Vi fandt så på at anvende bookingen via hjemmesiden og - Vupti! - var der masser af plads.

Der winzige Fernseher, teilweise die lange Wartezeit auf den Kaffee beim Frühstück.

Waren in der Depandance, etwas mühsam das auf und ab zu den Haupträumlichkeiten.

La decoración de las habitaciones antigua, como si fuera un hotel rural. Recomendable llegar con coche alquilado.

The property is absolutely beautiful. The location and the hotel facilities were fantastic. Breakfast was delicious and we had dinner one evening at the hotel that was also great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The private beach area was wonderful, lunch there was also delicious. The fitness room is well-appointed. I celebrated my birthday while there and they surprised me with an excellent bottle of cava to celebrate.

There were only a few negatives and they would not keep us from going back: 1) The bed was not comfortable. The mattress needed to be replaced, there were literal indentions on each side and my husband said he felt like he was sleeping in a crater. 2) Coffee at breakfast was ok; obviously machine cappuccino and espresso, just not very good for such a nice place. 3) There were no tissues in the bathroom; it was allergy season and we ran through our travel packs of them quickly.
