Professional staff. Very clean room and bathroom. There is a lift. And the simplicity of just having coffee instead of a hotel breakfast as one spends so much time eating outside the hotel anyway

Die Lage war sehr gut.Hatten Glück und haben vor dem Hotel ein Parkplatz gefunden.Pro Tag es umgerechnet ca.15€ gekostet.Personal sehr super ..Ali war ein toller Wegweiser.Zimmer sehr modern und sauber.Haben immer Wasser,Simit und Tee kostenlos bekommen.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. It is a small, family-run hotel with a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The owners were incredibly kind and greeted me every morning with a smile. They kindly offered coffee, tea, water, and even traditional Turkish simit, which was a lovely touch. The location is excellent, within walking distance of many major attractions. It is also conveniently located near the airport bus stop, making it easy to travel to and from the airport. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay, genuine hospitality, and a great location.

駅も近くにあるし、モスクやバザールにも歩いて行けるのでとても便利です。 スタッフの方もとても親切で、1階のカフェスペースではお茶を出してくれます(何杯飲んでも良いようです笑) 部屋もとても清潔で快適に過ごすことができました。 猫ちゃんもかわいいです！

繁華街の近くにあるので外が少しだけ騒がしいです。

Everything was great, especially the staff. The location is excellent, making it very convenient. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the hotel itself is cozy, comfortable, and charming. A truly pleasant stay overall.

Tout était parfait, sans aucune remarque.

Przesympatyczna obsługa. Pyszna turecka kawa i herbata. Czysty i zadbany pokój. Klimatyzacja bardzo dobrze działała. Lokalizacja jest super, wszystkie atrakcje, na których nam zależało odwiedziliśmy na piechotę. Przeuroczy kot Pamuk jest gwiazdą obiektu.

New, modern and clean

First of all, a big thanks to the staff members for being so kind and helpful. We were incredibly happy with the hotel and kept feeling glad we chose it. The location is next to public transport stations yet it is very quiet at night which was really important to us for quality sleep. It was truly the best of both worlds and to us the best possible location in the area. There was no noticeable noise from other guests either which was great. The staff were amazing, respectful and very helpful. They arranged our hotel and airport transfer perfectly smooth as well. We'd always come back again and recommend this hotel to our loved ones.

Чисто, уютно и приятно място. Намира се на много удобна локация – близо до градски транспорт и основни забележителности. Домакините са много любезни, внимателни и винаги готови да помогнат, което направи престоя ни още по-хубав. С удоволствие бихме се върнали отново!

Location is absolutely great, but be aware that it is located in one of the busiest parts of the city. We found the double glazed windows did a pretty good job of keeping the noise out, but you might find it annoying if you're a light sleeper or want to keep the windows open. The building itself seems newly renovated. The room was tastefully decorated, well designed, clean and matched the pictures on Booking website.

The room was pleasant but seriously small. There wasn't enough room to have two suitcases open at the same time and barely enough room to walk around the bed. Our biggest issue was the bathroom, which clearly was in dire need of maintenance.The first night the shower drain was clogged and the whole bathroom floor got flooded, which got fixed the next day. The rainfall showerhead was broken and the water was spurting out from one side of it. The temperature dial of the shower was useless and most of the time it just put out boiling hot water. When we complained about it, the landlady claimed it worked well and questioned if we knew how temperature dials work, although there are other online reviews that mention the same problem. The sliding door of the bathroom kept getting stuck and was a hassle to open and close, at some point we just gave up on it. They told us they already knew about the problem and have plans to fix it. As more and more problems with the room came up, the landlady's husband offered to move us to another room, but the only available one was apparently larger than our current one and the landlady insisted that we should be charged the difference. Although our overall experience wasn't that bad, we fail to see how this place got such high ratings. We thought we had booked a very highly rated boutique hotel, but what we got was an average hotel managed by an amateur couple/family who don't know how to handle problems or talk to customers in the right manner.

الموقع والاستقبال وسرعة التسجيل وتعامل الرجل الفاضل ( جمهور ) الرجل المضياف كان مثل والدي في كل شيء وكذلك تعامل الطاقم كان مثالي ورائع .. الفندق يوجد به ضيافة ع مدار الساعة من شاي وقهوة وايضا لا انسى القط الجميل صديق العائلة والنزلاء كانت الاقامة لطيفة ورائعة

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, είχαμε δίπλα μας τα πάντα και πήγαινες παντού με τα πόδια. Το κατάλυμα δεν διαθέτει δικό του πάρκινγκ, ωστόσο, στον δρόμο εκείνο υπήρχε άνθρωπος που κανόνισε για μας πάρκινγκ και για όσες μέρες ήμασταν εκεί δεν χρειάστηκε να το μετακινήσουμε.

It's a small charming hotel. Everything is new and super clean. Exactly as on the pictures. Beds, pillows are comfortable. Very bright room and bathroom. I like it when there is enough light in the room. Stuff is friendly. The location of this hotel is amazing as it is close to all attractions and T1 line.

Elegant and clean hotel managed by a family, all of them treat them well with customers and have the capacity of the mind, they care about the smallest details, I will repeat the stay at this hotel every time

All the rooms face the busy street. It's sheer Noise... There is a restaurant next door so shouts and loud partying till 1 am. Then it's based at a busy T junction, and EVERY car does a mandatory beep-beep before the turn, till 3 am in the morning. You can hear every brake and acceleration revving, the squeak of trash bins at 4 am through the thin glass windows. And the small room with no place to move or put your bags and the two feet by two feet bathroom with the very slippery floor is glazed and dangerous ! I had to use a towel to prevent it. Nothing to hold on to in the small space in case of a fall on the extremely slippery wet floor and you can barely turn around. Overall severely disappointed . And beware of the reviews that seem to rave about the room and "no noise" paid reviews!

Le personnel de l'hôtel est adorable et tres aimable. Toujours disponible. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est top! Une station de tram est juste a côté. On peut aller a pied vers les sites touristiques.

Прекрасный уютный отель. Заботливые владельцы, помогали по каждому вопросу, даже с учетом того, что понимают только турецкий. Русскоговорящий парень на стойке регистрации заселил в 2 часа ночи. Номера небольшие, но чистенькие. Регулярно меняли полотенца, добавляли мыло/гели. Расположение прекрасное, в шаговой доступности есть все. Утром угощали булочками, сыром, оливками и турецким чаем.

В следующий раз будем брать отель с завтраком, просто чтобы не тратить каждое утром время на поиск кафе (потому что они все равно в основном все в отелях)

Boravak u ovom šarmantnom obiteljskom hotelu bio je iznimno ugodan. Soba je bila lijepo uređena, funkcionalna i besprijekorno čista. Hotel se nalazi u samom centru grada, okružen brojnim kafićima, restoranima i povijesnim znamenitostima, a ujedno je odlično prometno povezan s ostalim dijelovima grada. Posebna zahvala dragim domaćinima čija su ljubaznost i susretljivost učinili da se osjećamo ugodno, sigurno i dobrodošlo.

Разположението е отлично. Чисто е. Персонала е учтив. Стаите са с прилична големина.

Интернета е изключително слаб! При настаняването ни в стаята миришеше на цигари, въпреки, че пушенето е забранено. Всичките ни дрехи се вмирисаха на цигари. От хотела ни обещаха, че по някакъв начин ще ни компенсират, но НИЩО! Няма никакъв шанс да се паркира пред хотела. Автомобила трябва да се остави на платен паркинг.

La ubicación a 10 min a pie de S. Sofia y otros tantos del Bosforo. A 100 metros de parada tram..Los chicos de recepción.Muy amables, atentos a los pedidos y siempre ofreciendo té o café. Me guardaron equipaje cuando fui a recorrer otros lugares de Turquía.

No tuve agua muy caliente durante toda la estadía. A pesar de reclamar varias veces , sólo tibia. Hacía calor, por eso no lo sentí tanto. Habitación muy pequeña, para el precio. Me cobraron early check in por 5 horas! Venía de vuelo internacional, muy cansada, y lo pagué. Pero generalmente se dá como cortesía.

Comfortable, quiet, excellent location close to numerous restaurants, tourist locations, and the Marmaray train. Excellent staff, bang for buck. Will stay here again, definitely.
