The pool is much bigger in person. Rooms were lovely, staff were absolutely amazing, breakfast was insanely good. Best we’ve had in Thailand.

De locatie, vlakbij eetgelegenheden en supermarkt. Verder goed bereikbaar met Grab. Airport is Max 15 minuten rijden. Kamer was ruim. Personeel altijd erg behulpzaam en zeer vriendelijk. Er is geen 24/7 receptie maar er is in de avond wel een beveiliger aanwezig.

Er is geen kast om kleding te bergen, een ladekast of planken zou handiger zijn. Ook waren geen lades bij de grote tafel of bij de wastafel dus alle toiletspullen liggen op tafel. Oogt meteen zo rommelig. Kluis vinden we niet betrouwbaar en ligt helemaal onderin. Schoonmaak in badkamer kan hygiënischer, let vooral op de naden en zijkanten waar je beter kan schoonmaken. Zwembad klein.

Central location, easy to get about using the hotel as a base. Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. The breakfast on the rooftop was lovely. We stayed here twice, 2 nights in a standard room which was nice then 3 nights in a superior king room which was lovely.

Excellent stay! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Old City, surrounded by great bars and restaurants, and just a short walk from the Sunday Night Market. What really made this hotel stand out was the outstanding service. During my stay, I had to change my reservation dates, and the staff did everything they could to accommodate my request. They managed to change my booking while allowing me to stay in the same room for my entire stay, which I really appreciated. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making my stay as comfortable as possible. I would definitely recommend KIRI Hotel and would happily stay here again.

Fijn hotel in de binnenstad van Chiang Mai. Toch rustig gelegen. Heel vriendelijke medewerkers, prima ontbijt, klein maar fijn zwembad met ligbedden. Prima airco op de kamer.

The hotel is small the staff are warm and friendly and very helpful. The location is a great spot to explore the old town.

It would be useful if there was some additional storage in the room.

Man blev väldigt väl omhändertagen. De gör väldigt goda Margaritas. Jag rekommenderar starkt att boka minst en natt här ifall man besöker staden.

The staff were so lovely. Very friendly and welcoming, super helpful, and always at hand to help when needed. Location is very close to everything in the old town, and very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Upstairs restaurant/bar closes at 10 (last orders about 30 minutes prior). No big issue as we just sat downstairs and continued playing Scrabble. But for those maybe wanting a late hotel bar, this wouldn't be the place.

La ubicación es excepcional, está todo a 15-20 minutos andando máximo de punta a punta del casco antiguo. Cerca tienes de todo, restaurantes, lavandería o alquiler de moto y un sitio de desayuno muy chulo! El personal del hotel es lo más encantador del mundo sin duda alguno un 10 a su hospitalidad y amabilidad y además la pisicina es chulísima para refrescarte del calor de Chiang Mai, volveremos seguro :)

El personal es totalmente encantador. Siempre disponible para brindarte el mejor servicio posible. Las instalaciones son modernas, limpias y muy agradables. La piscina es maravillosa.

Staff is super welcoming and that has been my second time in this hotel. Hotel offers privacy and silenece even tho it is located in old town. Pool was extremly good and they have a lot of option in their pool menu. Breakfast was super good and a lot of privacy as I was the only guest every morning. The reception staff was super helpful with laundry and taxi offerings. My room was effieciently maintained by housekeeping everyday! I will stay here always when coming to Chiang Mai!

One minor thing would be the lack of sun loungers and the sun lounger being in the shade.

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage ruhig und doch zentral : wenige Min. zum Thapae Gate. Die Zimmer sind modern und sauber eingerichtet. Schöner Poolbereich.

Kein Schrank im Zimmer, aber es hat genügend Ablagefläche.

Hotel moderno, con piscina y buena ubicación dentro de la parte antigua de la ciudad. Habitaciones cómodas, bien limpias. Baños amplios con bastante agua caliente. Tienen una bonita piscina. Hay personal las 24 horas del día, todos hablaban Ingles y eran muy atentos.

Que el desayuno no este incluido en el precio de la habitación.

Väldigt centralt men ändå ganska lugnt. Mindre och någorlunda mysigt hotell. Bra liten pool som (när vi var där) oftast var tom och bra frukost som serveras högst upp med utsikt över gamla stan. Fräscha rum med bekväma sängar. Kuriosa, duschen hade en glasvägg mot rummet som man kunde göra genomskinlig med en knapptryckning.

Inget direkt dåligt men personligen föredrar jag att ha handfatet i badrummet. Men tydligen tycker många hotell att man ska stå och blaska i rummet istället :) Solstolarna befann sig nästan konstant i skugga men bokar du ett av rummen i marknivå finns en liten bit egen solterrass vid poolen.

Fantastic hotel. The room was modern and clean, felt quite luxurious. The staff were wonderful, very welcoming and friendly. Location was perfect. Close to everything you need. Overall a great hotel and would definitely stay here again and/or recommend to friends.

All fairly perfect. No complaints

This is my second time to come back and I still loved everything . I think if i'm coming to Chiang mai, I will choose to stay here again. They were so helpful with every question we had and were kind as well. Thank you very much again :)

We absolutely loved our stay at KIRI Hotel Chiang Mai! Perfectly nestled in the heart of the Old City, this boutique hotel is just a short walk to attractions like Three Kings Monument, Lanna Square Night Market, massage parlors, laundry, tattoo parlors, 7/11, scooter rentals, plenty of restaurants, and lively bars. The staff made our honeymoon extra special with thoughtful decorations that set a romantic tone. Our room has a standalone tub and a balcony overlooking the pool. Bonus: the hotel was a very short walk away from where we booked our cooking class (Asia Scenic Thai Cooking School) such a pleasure surprise! Staff was super welcoming and nice!
