The host reached out wen I booked the room to inform him when we reach. He had someone drop off the keys personally and even give us a tour of the amenities there. The place is not brand new but it has everything you would need for a comfortable stay.. and the location is great.. But what put it over the top is the view of the skyline of the city… especially at night.. it’s just beautiful.. The host is super helpful and responds really quickly.

I didn’t find anything to fault the place… it’s was comfortable and clean… the view was a bonus i wasn’t expecting..

Noise insulation can be improved. Although it’s on the 18th floor, if you are a light sleeper, you’ll be woken up by the traffic noise around 5-6am. There was also renovation noise from the neighbor the whole afternoon - this was beyond host’s control - but was frustrating to deal with. Shower head can be changed so water doesn’t spill all over the tub and onto the bathroom floor.

everything was perfect in the appartment. Everything went very smooth from chech in to check out. The manager was very helpfull. Rest speaking about appartment it was best and up to the mark and value for money.

The apartment’s location is excellent and one cannot get a better location. It’s within the triangle of 3 main attractions of Ho Chi Minh City, namely, the Independence palace, the Notre Dame cathedral and the war remnants museum. The view from the balcony is amazing both in the day and at night time. You can see the downtown skyline with high rises lit in various colors giving you a view unmatched of the city scape. The host was polite and professional and the check-in process was smooth. The apartment was clean and well kept. The only minor con was that one of the bathrooms had no shower curtain on the bath tub and the other bathroom was missing the soap holder.

Pros: Spacious, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated apartment. Fantastic city views! Host was attentive, communicative, and accommodating.

Some facilities (e.g., kitchen appliances, bathroom fixtures) could use updating.

Great location for exploring city, helpful and responsive host. Large apartment with 2 bathrooms, big enough to fit our family of 6 with mattress on floor. Washing machine useful and good supply of self catering kitchen utensils. Good local restaurants short walk away and plenty of higher end if that’s what after.

We like all the arrangements for the apartment. It is a high building which offers a beautiful and delicate urban and landscape view during staying. It looks grant like a high-class apartment.
