The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection. Having a washing machine and a tumble dryer made our stay more comfortable.

Es ist ein wunderschönes Hotel, die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und sehr sauber (Allergikerfreundlich), die Zimmerausstattung war hervorragend, das gesamte Personal war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, der Pool war ausreichend groß und das GYM war sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade unserer Zimmer bekommen, sodass wir noch mehr Platz zur Verfügung hatten. Die Lage war sehr gut, schöne Cafés und Restaurants sowie mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der direkten Umgebung. Das Postamt, das Kriegsmuseum sowie andere touristische Einrichtungen waren sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Restaurant im Hotel ist wirklich sehr empfehlenswert, die Mitarbeiter des Restaurants sind sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt ein wirklich sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

I liked the stylish interior, particularly the lobby and its beautiful decor.

We specifically booked and prepaid for a Two-Bedroom Premier with Balcony because that room and balcony configuration suited our needs. It was booked months ahead and fully paid approximately 21 days before arrival. On arrival we were allocated a Three-Bedroom apartment instead. My partner checked in while I was at appointments and did not know which room I had booked. I did not see the apartment until later that day. When I raised the issue about 12 hours after check-in, we were told the Three-Bedroom apartment was a complimentary “upgrade” and that we had been randomly selected for it. For us, it was a downgrade. We did not need a third bedroom. The apartment had only a small step-out balcony rather than the balcony configuration we booked, with an outlook over the back of an alley. When we asked to move into the room we had actually booked, we were told it had since been sold because about 12 hours had passed. This confirmed our prepaid room was available when we arrived and could simply have been allocated to us in the first place. High tea was offered as goodwill. We neither wanted it nor had time to use it. A 20% airport-transfer discount was then offered as further goodwill, worth approximately AUD $11. We instead requested a refund of the breakfast we had paid for at check-in, which was refused. We deliberately paid for two full nights despite departing around 5:30pm on day two so we could retain the room until leaving for the airport. Since returning to Australia I have repeatedly sought a reasonable resolution in writing and escalated the complaint to the General Manager. There has been no meaningful response, no attempt at resolution and not even acknowledgement of our subsequent emails. The issue was never whether the replacement apartment was larger. A larger room is not an upgrade when it removes what you deliberately selected and paid for. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Sherwood Residence.

Weil unser Flug erst am späten Abend ging, haben wir am letzten Tag nach einem späteren Check-out gefragt. Dies war problemlos möglich und es wurde uns für diesen Tag lediglich nur die Hälfte des Zimmerpreises berechnet. Die Lage war sehr gut, schöne Cafés und Restaurants sowie mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der direkten Umgebung. Das Postamt, das Kriegsmuseum sowie andere touristische Einrichtungen waren sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Restaurant im Hotel ist wirklich sehr empfehlenswert, die Mitarbeiter des Restaurants sind sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt ein wirklich sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Loads of space and had everything we required.

Spacious, clean and friendly.

Communication between staff was not great. I was initially denied a keycard for all members of my group so I left a key with reception for one of the members. This was not communicated with other reception staff meaning that the key was not passed on and the person locked out for a short period of time and was stressful trying to communicate. A meeting room was also booked in advance for a member of our group days in advance. In addition we had asked for late check out and this was confirmed but on the day of the meeting, the room was not booked and not available. In the time of normal checkout I revived a call asking me to check out when I informed I had booked for late check out. All these little things increased stress when it was so unnecessary.

Beautiful foyer, friendly staff who helped book us a massage and transport to a nearby spa, games room, pool, room service and choice of food. The suite we had was brilliant and felt luxurious at the end of a two week tour of Vietnam. Highly recommend the fruit freezes and caramel freeze - delicious!

The support from staff was exceptional. Everyone was willing to help with a smile. Highly recommend to family and friends to stay. As for the Bell Boy's. They exceeded all expectations. Cannot thank them enough. My grandson could not wait to see them. The attention they gave him was priceless. Bless you all for making our stay a pleasure.

The food was great though could have been a little warmer. Not a major issue! Possibly some Western meal for Dinner ie: A hearty Roast or Steak with gravy thrown into the mix as an option?

Close to attractions like war remnant museum and independence palace. Property was cleaned daily, condition was satisfactory and physical condition is as accurate as advertised. Supermarket is only 5minutes away from the back gate.

Ce que j'ai le plus apprécié c'est la salle de sport, le spa, le hammam et la piscine, la salle de gaming mis à disposition ainsi que la salle de ping pong et la salle de jeux pour les plus petits

Plenty of space for everyone. Three bedrooms for everyone's privacy. Laundry room was a big plus. Just make sure to bring laundry detergent, but there was a nearby market. Plenty of street food vendors to buy (I think on weekdays only, and very cheap). Pool was very nice, deep enough and large to swim around. There was a front and rear entrance. Made navigating very easy. If you don't mind the walk, there is plenty to do within a 20-30 min walk.

WIFI was terrible. It was slow and sometimes just wouldn't work. There were good days too with the WIFI. Food was ok. Better off having the traditional street vendors. These are very minor "didn't like." We would definitely stay here again.

Đặc biệt mình chỉ đặt căn hộ 2 phòng ngủ nhưng các bạn lễ tân đã chủ động nâng hạng phòng lên 3 phòng ngủ để phù hợp với nhu cầu của gia đình do có 2 bạn tuổi teen cần không gian riêng. Sẽ quay lại nhiều lần nữa .

I liked the staff and the service, they were really welcoming and kind.

The breakfast was absolutely horrid, the eggs especially were unbearably bad. Another major flaw was the internet, which experienced interruptions every 20 minutes.

The location was perfect, walkable to major attractions, short taxi to markets. The pool was amazing, everyone was friendly too. definitely recommend. great coffee across the road too.

The price for the transfer from the airport is waaay too high. Also, the hassle to get the payment done a couple of days before our arrival was unseen. It should be charged through booking but wasn’t and then we had to transfer it and stuff like that. You’d think a hotel like this would work in a more professional manner.

We were upgraded from a two bedroom to a three bedroom suite which was lovely. The facilities were good, including a large pool and gaming room. Our suite was spacious and quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the washer dryer was very handy. The air conditioning worked well.

I didn’t mind the holding deposit but felt having staff check your room before you check out a bit much.
