Haben unsere Hochzeitsreise in Vietnam verbracht und die letzten Tage unserer Reise im Hotel des Arts verbracht. Das Hotel ist wirklich außergewöhnlich schön, das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Essen ausgezeichnet und für unseren Honeymoon wurden wir auch mit ein paar tollen Upgrades überrascht. Besonders der Concierge Andrew war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns bei unseren Ausflügen in Saigon sehr gut beraten. Vielen Dank! Ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Einzig negativer Punkt war für mich, dass das Personal fast ausschließlich auf meinen Mann zukam (bei Zahlungen und Organisatorischem) obwohl das Hotel auf meinen Namen gebucht war und der Kontakt vorab ausschließlich über mich lief . Das fiel mir auch im Service beim Frühstück oder im Restaurant auf. Es scheint, dass in diesem Hotel wohl noch ein sehr konservatives Frauenbild herrscht. In anderen Hotels in Vietnam war das nicht der Fall. Hier würde ich mir wünschen dass sich das ändert. Trotzdem 10/10 da sonst alles top war.

- The hotel is absolutely stunning - The beds were incredibly comfortable - The doormen were super attentive and even single handedly took care of our check-out procedure - The view from the social club rooftop bar is beautiful

- On arrival, we were the only ones not to get a welcome drink. - There is no nice lounge/designated waiting area, just a round sofa in the middle of the reception hall. - The restaurant is nice but quite overpriced for what you get (side dishes even cost extra). - We came to the social club rooftop in 2024 as non guests and absolutely loved it. This time, as we sat down, a member of the staff borderline chased us down to the table to verify if we were guests of the hotel…. This time the answer was yes, but the interaction was still uncomfortable. The music was also way too loud and club-like (not in a good way). - It’s the only hotel we visited in Vietnam (we stayed in more than 10) that doesn’t include breakfast. - Our room card was deactivated 20min before checkout, which we noticed as we were unable to take the elevator up to the room to pack. Never experienced this in a 5 star hotel, definitely didn’t make us feel welcome. - No one asked us about our stay or interacted with us during check out (except the great doormen), we were basically just told to sit on the sofa to wait for our car.

Everything about the hotel. The service was exceptional. Concierge staff were always helpful as were all the other staff .

First time in Vietnam for a weekend during a business trip to Singapore. I booked an expensive room so had access to the lounge for breakfast and all, very nice. The rooftop bar is the highlight I'd say and the location. Also, the staff were all super nice and helpful.

The water in the shower took a bit to get warm. The hotel in general is really nice but it's kind of old nice if you know what I mean.

We really enjoyed staying here. Well located, short walk to Notre Dame, central Post office, independence Palace, Tanh Dinh, Book St and plenty of other places.All of the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a Club Deluxe corner room, very large, extremely comfortable bed, great views. The breakfast in Saigon Restaurant was up there with the best breakfasts we’ve ever had, great Vietnamese coffee, well prepared food, heaps of options. We used the pool, a great view from there and respite from the heat. Rooftop bar with DJ had a great vibe.

Our stay was fantastic! A huge shoutout to the bellman, Mr. Nhut, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. On top of the great hospitality, the hotel food was delicious with a lot of great flavors. Would definitely come back!

This Hotel is extremely a high level hospitality, from check-in,, staffs in 22 floor was amazing, bell boy until check out even the rooftop bar staffs all is extremely helpful and warm, I will definitely go back again for sure Special shout out to : Hung bellman & Andrew concierge and also My Loi, Call Center officer They are quick and to the point on my concern, appreciate this so much ❤️ I lost my phone and I was about 50 mins left to my boarding time, and they sent to me just right before my boarding time, I have nothing to say except my thankful

We have stayed at this hotel a few times, returning because of the great service and lovely rooms. We stayed in an Executive Studio Suite. This is a lovely suite. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom very well laid out with a huge walk in shower. There is also a little office area. My only complaint, and this is with most hotels, there really isn't a great deal of space to put your suitcases. Breakfast at Saigon Kitchen is fabulous. There is so much to choose from and hot dishes and local delights can change daily. The restaurant itself has lovely decor. We had lunch at Cafe Des Beaux Arts a couple of times. This area is a nice, tranquil L-shaped room. We had a window seat with a view of a pond - very serene. The food choice was very extensive - portion and presention was on point. The Executive Lounge was nice for evening canapes and cocktails. There isn't a huge range of food on offer but the food was very good. The drink list was sufficient also. This time was made even more special by the wonderful staff. I do not know the names of them all but Thai Thinh and Minh Ngoc were standouts. The hotel is walking distance to Book Street, which links up with the PO, Notre Dame and a short walk to Dong Khoi street.

Good rooms, clean and the rooftop is very nice

My husband, two daughters and I had such a wonderful stay here. The room was beautiful and we loved that in the early evenings room service came around and asked if we needed more water or a top up of amenities. The rooftop pool was also very nice, with cool vibes at sunset. A special thank you to the bellboy Nhut, who was always friendly, helpful and gave some wonderful recommendations of spots around the city. We will be back!

Awesome from morning to night. Yum buffet brekkie, always with something local to try. We had a deal with afternoon tea and cocktails we were too slow to appreciate the awesomeness of. Staff were so helpful. It was easy to get about from. Rooftop pool was fab.

Our stay at this hotel truly exceeded all of our expectations and was one of the highlights of our trip to Vietnam. We originally booked a 4-day, 3-night stay in Saigon before traveling to another city for a few days. After that, we had planned to return to Saigon and stay at an Airbnb for our final two nights. However, we enjoyed our experience at this hotel so much that we canceled our Airbnb reservation (paid the cancellation fee) and booked another two nights here instead, and we have absolutely no regrets! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. My husband speaks fluent Vietnamese but I can speak mostly English, we were impressed that every staff member we encountered spoke excellent English, making communication effortless for all guests. A special thank you to **Phuong Nguyen** at the front desk for providing exceptional service throughout our stay. He always greeted us with a warm smile and went above and beyond whenever we asked for recommendations, whether it was for local restaurants or spa services. His suggestions were fantastic and truly enhanced our time in Saigon. We'd also like to recognize **Khoa Dang**, one of the bellhops, for his outstanding hospitality. He consistently made us feel welcome, helped us with our luggage, and always made sure we got into the correct Grab before we left the hotel. It was these thoughtful details that made such a lasting impression. What amazed us most was how quickly the staff recognized us. Even though we had only been there a few days, they remembered us and were always ready to assist without us having to ask. The level of attentiveness, warmth, and genuine hospitality made us feel like valued guests rather than just another reservation. The service here is fast, professional, and incredibly personable. It's rare to find a hotel that makes you want to change your travel plans just to stay longer, but that's exactly what happened to us. Amazing concierge and service we loved it!!!

The stay at this hotel was the highlight of our trip. I have never come across such personalised attention to detail in all my travels across the world. The staff, the ambience, the rooms, everything was beyond any 5-star stay, this was luxury at its best. For me what stood out the most was the cullinary team. They went above and beyond the breakfast buffet concept, we had fresh cooked vietnamese specialisties catered to out dietary needs prepared and served each day! The last day, we were even served chai only because my husband mentioned that that was the only thing missing to make his breakfast perfect. They may not be a large property, with huge pools, but they offer a lluxury which few hotels do. All of the major attractions were within walking distance, and the turn down service was impeccable each day consistently. The concierge went beyond in its service to arrange hotel pick-up and be avaiable with solutions whenever we found ourselves stuck - hailing cabs, finding dinner reservations or making sure we never got drenched in the rains when getting off our cabs. My 6 yr old was the star of the stay, with the staff pampering her, and even givng her postcards to send home. The skyroof bar offers amazing cocktail blends, with stunning city skyline views. Will I stay here again? Always.

Our 5 night stay was beyond expectations! Not only were the property, rooms, public areas, decor and artwork lovely but the restaurant and morning buffets -- as well as the roof deck -- were wonderfully unique. Staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the property -- from room service to restaurant personnel etc. We'd like to send a special thank you to concierges Andrew and Loc who went absolutely above and beyond -- every single day -- in making our stay special. They are both world class professionals, who provide the best of the best in customer service we've seen anywhere in the world ...

Everything costed a little extra. I’ve stayed in similar establishments where there a few little extras that make you feel special and that you are getting value for money. This place wasn’t like that.

Excellent hotel for businesses - the facilities (such as ballroom) are great for conferences, and the support from staff (especially Mr Celery and his team) always on hand to deal with any issues (not that there were many!) Highly recommended

I accidentally left my travel neck pillow at the hotel, and as soon as I arrived at the airport, I messaged the hotel. From that moment on, they were incredibly responsive and proactive every step of the way. My neck pillow was not expensive and could have easily been replaced, but the care and effort put into helping me retrieve it truly went above and beyond. Fortunately, a family member was visiting and was able to pick it up for me. I want to sincerely thank Hotel Des Arts Saigon’s Concierge Team—Loc, Ben, and Andrew—for their exceptional service and kindness. Their attention to detail and genuine care made a lasting impression. The Hotel is absolutely fantastic! The ambience is beautiful, welcome drink upon arrival , beautiful perfume filled the building . Quick efficient check in . As soon as you step into the hotel you feel totally relaxed . The staff are absolutely wonderful , nothing is too much trouble . The rooftop bar is fabulous .

Cutting edge hospitality, taking Saigon to the world

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel des Arts Saigon. The team knew it was my birthday and kindly upgraded us to a higher room category. This thoughtful gesture made our trip feel even more special. The room was beautiful. The hotel truly feels like an art gallery. I especially loved the bathtub, the large wardrobe, and the fantastic coffee machine with great coffee pods that made every morning feel luxurious. The rooftop infinity pool is stunning and offers beautiful views of the city. We also enjoyed spending time at the rooftop bar. As a birthday surprise, the hotel gave us complimentary drink vouchers, a delicious cake, and a lovely fruit platter. We genuinely felt pampered during our stay. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was warm, friendly, and very helpful. They helped us arrange cabs, assisted with translations whenever needed, and always had great recommendations for places to visit and eat. The location is fantastic. It is right in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, with many of the best cafés, restaurants, and attractions nearby. My husband and I had an incredible holiday, and this hotel was a big reason why. Thank you to the entire team for making my birthday and our trip so memorable. We can’t wait to come back again.

Good location, great bed, very friendly and helpful staff

It seemed extremely busy for a boutique hotel, one night we couldn’t get a seat on the rooftop bar.

The staff were kind and helpful and the room extremely comfortable. It’s a beautiful spot and in a handy location. The breakfast is truly exceptional and worth the cost. The desserts were fabulous. The floral displays are gorgeous.

The restaurant and bar are expensive but high quality. However the cheese plate was a bit underwhelming. We were taken aback by such an ungenerous serving of cheese and a single slice of bread toasted. We were surprised that such a high quality establishment would scrimp on a cheese plate.

Just had the surf and turf Saturday night buffet, which has been fantastic. Excellent food, wide choice, quality ingredients and great value. A special shout out to the serving team H. Nguyen, M. Thi, Bella, Hai Linh and Hoai Nam who have been great!

The location of the hotel is excellent, walking distance from main landmarks of historical Saigon. There is a construction site next to the hotel, however it does not spoil the experience of staying in the hotel (except perhaps a view from some rooms). The interior design and ambiance are very stylish, the service is attentive and professional, meals are great. A great place to stay.

We had the pleasure of staying at Hotel des Arts Saigon - MGallery Collection for three nights from 17th March as part of our tour of Vietnam, and it proved to be a wonderful choice for our stay in the city. The hotel is perfectly situated right in the centre of Ho Chi Minh City, making it an ideal base for exploring. Many of the main attractions are within easy reach, and we found it very convenient to head out on foot and discover the city. We stayed in a Sky Executive Grand Deluxe King Room on the 21st floor. While the room wasn’t the largest we’ve stayed in, it was beautifully appointed with everything thoughtfully arranged. The décor felt elegant and refined, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable — we slept very well each night after busy days of sightseeing. One of the highlights of booking an executive-level room was access to the Executive Lounge on the 22nd floor. This was a fantastic perk and really enhanced our stay. Guests have the option to enjoy an à la carte breakfast in the lounge, although we chose to dine in the main restaurant, which was superb with an extensive and high-quality selection. The Executive Lounge itself was a real treat. Each afternoon, it offered a lovely afternoon tea service for a couple of hours, which then transitioned into evening cocktails and canapés. We certainly made the most of this and found it a relaxing way to unwind before heading out for the evening. We also appreciated being able to use the lounge for both check-in and check-out, which felt far more personal and relaxed than the main reception area. The hotel’s rooftop pool and bar were another highlight. The views across the city were fantastic, and we used the pool a couple of times after returning from our day trips to cool off and refresh. In the evenings, the bar area became very lively with a resident DJ, creating a great atmosphere. The cocktails were excellent, and it was a fun place to spend time without even needing to leave the hotel. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently friendly, welcoming, and attentive, adding to the overall experience. There is also a Michelin-starred restaurant within the hotel, The Albion by Kirk Westaway. Although we didn’t dine there, we did stop by for a drink at the bar and found it to be very stylish and welcoming. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The combination of an excellent location, stylish and comfortable accommodation, excellent facilities, and the added benefits of executive lounge access made this hotel a standout stop on our Vietnam tour. We would happily recommend it to other couples visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

A very comfortable and stylish hotel in a great location. The staff are extremely friendly and helpfu, especially Nhut the doorman. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in HCMC.

Great hotel, near the airport wonderful roof top bar and breakfast

We arrived at an office building which next to the hotel as the grab driver did not drop us off outside the hotel entrance but the bell boy was very helpful & attentive who quickly ran over to help us to take our luggage. We were directed to the Executive Lounge to check in as my husband is a ALL Accor Platinum Member. We got free upgrade of our hotel room. The breakfast buffet is not fantastic as we thought though we read good reviews from other hotel guests. Hope they can improve on the quality & variety of the breakfast buffet. The room is clean & housekeeping is efficient & great. Keep it up the good work. The bed is quite comfortable & the pillows are ok to have a good sleep. The hotel location is near to district 1 & some places of interest are just within walking distance. The traffic can be chaotic with many motorists but manageable if we follow the pedestrians to cross the roads. The hotel has a roof top bar & gives a good view of the city & the infinity swimming pool is just next to the bar. The Albion Michelin rated restaurant is located in on 23rd floor. They serve pretty good food. I will choose to stay here again if I come again.

My wife and I stayed here for a total of 6 nights. We had a few minor issues with our first room. My wife emailed the hotel manager and promptly received a reply. We were then upgraded to a nicer room. They even surprised us with 2 compliment bottles of wine. The staff provided us unparallel, outstanding and friendly services throughout our stay here. One time, I forgot my brand-new iPhone by the pool. The bartender called my room to let me know he saw it and suspected it was mine. On another occasion, I didn't have money on me to pay for a Grab drive, Mr. Van Duy Tran graciously helped me out and paid the driver with his own money. Thank you, Van! Thanks to all the wonderful staff at Hotel Des Arts Saigon for making our stay very special and memorable. We'll be back!

We celebrated a party at Saigon Kitchen, 2nd floor, and everything was perfect! Special thanks to Mr. Thinh Dang, Ms. Cat Tuong, Bình, Nghĩa, Minh Thư, Thạnh, Hiệp Nguyên, Gia Huy, Lan Thy, and the music band. All of you made the night truly meaningful!

Lovely staff and a high spec property. Would definitely stay here again. Will try and stay in M gallery hotels everywhere after this experience.

For this property, i didn't like that the pool was right near the bar so there was no privacy screening. i also didn't like the very loud DJ at the evening which meant relaxing at the pool was impossible.
