Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Very friendly & helpful hosts, lovely holiday home in a pleasant rural location. The kitchen is well kitted out if you want to cook. Plenty of towels provided & you can tell a lot of thought has been put into the comfort of the guests. Nice private rear garden with furniture which has open views across fields with horses. It is convenient for plenty of cycling. Supermarket nearby reachable by bike or on foot & railway station for a trip to Amsterdam is a few minutes away in a car. It is near to plenty of shops in nearby towns. Highly recommended. Thank you Jet & Marcel (& Kenzo!)

The property is 5 minutes from the train station, where parking is free, and a quick train trip into Amsterdam. Accommodation is charming, modern and well set up for a few days stay. One bedroom and with good sized bed in a loft room, and one bedroom downstairs. Comfortable lounge / dining / kitchen space with all you need. Pheasants, sheep, cows, horses, ducks, rabbits abound. A really pleasant stay....
Slightly steep spiral staircase to the loft.

Reviewed Apr 21, 2026Posto meraviglioso immerso nella natura, raggiunto con la nostra macchina. Da qui ci siamo mossi con facilità, raggiungendo tutti i punti di maggior interesse. Amsterdam è a circa 20 minuti. Cottage curato in ogni piccolo dettaglio e veramente accogliente. Jet e Marcel sono gentilissimi e super disponibili. Colazione da 10 e lode. E' stato un soggiorno stupendo che consiglio assolutamente!

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Supermooi huisje, netjes verzorgd, lekker rustige omgeving, het fijne, gezellige, laagdrempelige en oprechte intermenselijke contact met de eigenaren!
Dat we maar voor 3 dagen en 2 nachten hebben geboekt was dom. We zouden graag langer zijn gebleven! Dit overkomt ons dus niet nog een keer!

Reviewed Dec 29, 2025Es war ein toller Aufenthalt, sehr sauber und man hat sich wohl gefühlt. Die Küche bietet viele Möglichkeiten um selber etwas zu kochen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Umgebung ist schön sehr naturverbunden mit Pferden ,Schafe, Enten. Das Frühstück wurde toll gemacht und war lecker. Im Bad gibt es Handtücher, Föhn und kleine Duschproben sowie Waschmaschine und Trockner.Das Auto kann man sicher im Hof abstellen direkt neben der Unterkunft. Die Gastgeber sprechen Englisch und bieten viele Tipps für Unternehmungen.
Es ist sehr außerhalb also ein Auto ist schon vorteilhaft vorallem wenn man spät Nachhause kommt und es bereits dunkel ist. Mit dem Auto kommt man dann gut zur Bahn wo man kostenlos parken kann und dann überall gut hinkommt. Auch ans Meer kommt man mit dem Auto in 20 min. Die Gastgeber haben einen großen Hund der aber lieb und neugierig ist. Im Winter braucht die Unterkunft etwas länger bis es eine angenehme Temperatur erreicht. Gibt aber genug Decken um diese Zeit zu überbrücken.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2025Perfect gelegen huisje om de omgeving te verkennen en niet in een stad te hoeven verblijven. Zeer gastvrije ontvangst en lekker eten en drinken stond klaar. Het huisje was van alle gemakken voorzien.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2025Een warm welkom geheten, een zalig huis met een dito terras. Aan alles is gedacht. Het is gezellig en schoon. En het heeft een fijn groot bed. Vriendelijke buren die af en toe over het hek keken, de wortels vonden zij heerlijk. Mooi uitzicht. Rustgevend. Het was jammer dat het maar voor een nacht was.
