Konden fijn buiten zitten. Mooie tuin. Rustig.

Matras was wat aan de harde kant. Maar voor 2 nachten wel prima

De locatie, heel centraal gelegen op een rustig plekje.

Qua hygiëne kunnen er nog wel wat puntjes op de i, zoals bijv. de vloerbedekking boven was erg stoffig, er was nog wat viezigheid in de keukenladen.

La ubicació permet que sigui el punt de partida per viatjar a molts dels llocs d’interès en un màx. 1-2h en cotxe. Té tots els serveis necessaris a 5 minuts a peu: un supermercat, restaurants, un forn de pa, etc.

Tot i que les instal.lacions i mobiliaris són correctes, li faltaria ja una renovació i uns ajustos en alguns dels armaris de la cuina perquè tanquin bé de manera ràpida i sencilla, la mampara de la dutxa que perdia una mica d’aigua per sota i la neteja en general podria estar millor, ja que hi havia algo de pols acumulada en alguns racons.

Das Häuschen war gemütlich und hatte alles, was man braucht. Der dazugehörige Garten und Sitzplatz waren wunderbar. Der Besitzer war sehr nett und gab uns viele Infos.

Very pleasent stay. Cozy garden house,quiet and tidy. Well equipped kitchen, two toilets, very close to nearby shop and railway station. The parking spot just in front of the house. We've also enjoyed the garden.

The attic floor was quite hot (as it's summer).

De locatie en een toilet boven in de badkamer was ook heel handig vooral omdat we 2 kleine kinderen hebben.

Het was niet schoon ik kon aan de vloer zien welk ontbijt er was gegeten dus heb ik eerst maar even de stofzuiger gepakt... onder het bed lag ook veel stof en een sok van de vorige vakantiegangers.

De eigenaar ontving ons erg vriendelijk en liet trots ons chalet zien, vertelde veel ook over de omgeving. Mooi plekje en overal dicht bij station, winkels, speeltuin

De accommodatie heeft potentie en is op het eerste gezicht gezellig ingericht. Wel vonden wij dat het geheel wat verouderd oogde en dat onderhoud op meerdere punten aandacht verdient, met name op de boven verdieping. Er waren behoorlijk wat spinnenwebben aanwezig(die niet van 1 dag waren) die wij zelf hebben verwijderd, terwijl aangegeven werd dat er schoonmaak aanwezig is.

L’emplacement et les équipements , l’accueil de Peter était très bien. Le jardin est res joli , la facilité pour se garer . Il y a de très bon restaurants à proximité.

Man ist in 20 Minuten mit dem Zug in Amsterdam

Leider alles sehr dreckig! Sehr steile Treppe. Die Dusche ist defekt und der Herd funktioniert nicht richtig. Ein Backofen ist nicht vorhanden!

Die Lage war sehr gut da kann man die Bahnhof gut erreichen und die Supermärkte sind auch alle in der Nähe

De rust en ruimte zeer goed, aan alles was gedacht, mensen super aardig.

Perfect location for a party we attended near Uitgeest. Our very late arrival was ok.

A blanket on the bed would be good for chilly nights.

The neighbour was very good women she let me to park the car in her parking spot.

No heater upstairs too cold,very noisy, moldy ceiling, spider webs everywhere, very small stairs for upstairs, old people cant go upstairs, the owners tried to scam asking 60€ for city tax which in booking.com it says 29€ if we didn't show he was still asking that 50€ its ok, this is fraud, we left 1 day earlier even and they tried scam us.

Un lugar muy acogedor, muy agradable, muy tranquilo ideal para descansar y estar con la familia.

La escalera al segundo piso es estrecha, con mi familia no tuvimos inconveniente pero alguna persona con alguna limitación física le puede resultar un reto

Everything was nice and clean. Really close to the train station, it was easy to park on the street, we had enough room for 3 people and the garden was nice and cosy.

Very tight stairs to the uper floor, the width of stairs less than 70 cm which make it very difficult to carry the luggage upstairs. The beds not comfortable.

Fantastic location, great knowledgeable friendly host, well equipped property. Nice little extra homely touches, fresh flowers, filter coffee etc

Apartment equipped with everything. Only 20 minutes by train from Amsterdam and close to the station.

Host left Christmas decorations and a card :) Was cosy and safe place close to restaurant & station.

No bedside lights, no washing machine. You think you are staying in white house (pictured in photo) but you're in a smaller place in the back.

Brilliant cooker (professional 5-zone gas cooker)! Spacious living area, spacious rooms. Peter is a very friendly host. The garden looks nice and tidy. Fast working heating downstairs. Unfortunately, the heat doesn't reach the upper floor, whose only access is a narrow, steep staircase behind the kitchen wall (important for people with reduced mobility: it's steep and there is no hand rail to hang onto) There is a separate entrance/exit towards the street, where I did find a free spot to re-load everything in the car the morning I left :-S

I arrived on a Saturday evening and there was no parking space nearby, which isn't practical when you're travelling alone and have luggage and groceries you want to bring in. There is no heating in the upstairs area, which is fine in the bedrooms, where you don't necessarily want heating, but a small electric heater in the bathroom would be nice for those who travel in winter. A hairdryer in the bathroom would have been nice.

The host was incredibly friendly, met us upon arrival, and showed us around the house. He was always nearby and willing to assist with anything we needed. The house is located in a small village, just a 20-minute train ride from Amsterdam. The train station is a convenient 7-minute walk from the house. Finding parking was easy, with a free parking street right in front of the house, and other nearby streets also suitable for parking. The house had everything we needed: a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a clean, well-maintained bathroom.

The only downside is that the guesthouse can get a bit chilly in colder weather, which was occasionally uncomfortable. However, this was not a critical issue for us. Overall, I would recommend this accommodation

Very conveniently located close to the train station, with great commuting opportunities to Amsterdam and other cities. The little house is comfortable, equipped with everything one might need. The little garden is beautiful even in March, it must be marvellous in the summer.

Great location and friendly hosts, nice amenities including kitchen and downstairs toilet and underfloor heating downstairs.

Parking can be hit and miss depending on space next to property, staircase steps could be too steep for some depending on mobility.

Peter was really helpful providing all of our needs, the location of the property is just 5 mins walk fron the nearest train station, the property was equipped for all your needs, everything was perfect and would totally book this again for our next trip ❤️
