Cómodo y relativamente central Piscina justa para lo que se usa. Buen desayuno al tomarlo en el comedor.

Que no hicieron nunca aseo ni cambio de sábanas ni toallas durante nuestra estadía. Que el desayuno para llevar a los tours era muy básico.

Die Poolanlage war sehr schön und das Essen im Restaurant war auch sehr günstig und dafür lecker. Die Lage ist auch super, da man zu Fuß in 30 Minuten oder in 3 Minuten mit dem Tuk Tuk an den Höhlentempel ist und es aber etwas abseits der Hauptstraße ist, so dass es etwas ruhiger ist. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Wir hatten zwar die günstigste Zimmerkategorie, weswegen man nicht viel erwarten darf, jedoch war das Badezimmer echt schimmelig und könnte definitiv renoviert werden. Ich kann mir aber vorstellen, dass es bei den besseren Kategorien anders aussieht, da diese im neueren Gebäude liegen.

El alojamiento estaba bien, algunas imperfecciones, pero cómodo y acorde al precio. Abisheck (el chico que nos atendió) fue muy amable, nos ayudó a contratar un taxi para ir desde el aeropuerto hasta el hotel. Luego nos buscó un tuktuk para hacer varios tours por la zona y nos fue genial! La piscina y la zona exterior me gustó mucho también.

Es hat sich angefühlt als wäre man in einer kleinen Oase und konnte so dem Trubel der Stadt entfliehen. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, beispielsweise hat er uns mit der Buchung der Busses geholfen und auch ein Tuktuk für uns organisiert. Besonders schön war auch der Pool, der regelmäßig gereinigt wurde und eine schöne Atmosphäre erzeugt hat. Das Zimmer hatte ausreichend Platz. Da wir zum Sonnenaufgang losgezogen sind, wurde das Frühstück für uns eingepackt, sodass wir es auf dem Berg genießen konnten. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Im Zimmer gab es eine kleine Ecke in der es leicht geschimmelt hat und wir haben eine toten Gecko in einer Schublade gefunden. Wenn wir Bescheid gegeben hätten, wäre dieser mit Sicherheit entfernt worden. Es war etwas hellhörig. All diese Aspekte haben unseren Aufenthalt aber nicht großartig beeinflusst. Wir würden es trotzdem empfehlen.

Das Bett war sauber und das Zimmer groß. Personal war an der Ankunft freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Liegen am Pool sind eklig und kaputt. Generell ist die Anlage sehr ungepflegt und in die Jahre gekommen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal gestaltete sich als schwierig, außer man will eine Massage bei einem Partner Spa buchen. - den Rabatt haben wir auch ohne über das Hotel zu buchen erhalten. Zudem hat der Wäscheservice meine Leggings geschmolzen. Sie hatten mir eine Entschädigung von 500 Rupien angeboten, was ich mehr als unverschämt hielt. Ich forderte 5000 in einer Nachricht, auf die ich keine Antwort erhielt. Erst nach meiner Nachfrage sagte er mir dies zu. Die Toilettensitze gehören erneuert. Es ist zwar sauber aber es sieht einfach eklig aus!

El personal del hotel era amable y estaba muy cerca de la ciudad. Nos dejaron el desayuno preparado porque nos levantamos a las 4 para ir a Pirudangala y Seguiriya y gestionaron el alquiler de la moto

El hotel estaba sucio, viejo y descuidado, los colchones de las hamacas de la piscina rotos, toallas, cortinas y suelo sucio. Matamos una cucaracha y ahí estuvo los tres días, fue desapareciendo porque se la comían las hormigas. El cuarto de baño lleno de humedades.. en fin, una estancia horrible. Cenamos una noche en su restaurante, pedimos dos sandwiches clubs y tardaron 45 minutos en traérnoslo.. Nos dijeron que teníamos dos botellas de agua gratis y después nos las cobraron. Pero lo peor fue que vimos una rata todos los días (queremos creer que era la misma rata y no distintas ratas) se lo dijimos al personal del hotel y se reía..como si fuese lo más normal del mundo convivir con una rata.

La ubicación, la piscina es un plus tras un día de visita de templos y el personal muy amable.

The Hotel and the location was perfect. The staff was excellent and the foods were exceptional.

Ubicación excelente en el centro de Dambulla Personal muy servicial Comida un poco cara pero buena. Instalaciones muy buenas sobretodo la piscina.

La habitación le falta mantenimiento, pintura i un poco de limpieza.

La colazione non è male.

Le camere non rispecchiano per nulla le foto. La camera era sporca e piccola. Siamo stati messi in un complesso vecchissimo con la camera SENZA FINESTRE APRIBILI. Siamo morti di caldo tutta notte perchè il telecomando dell'ac non funzionava. Pessima esperienza.

Necesitan más personal para atender la gestión del hotel porque solo hay una persona que está todo el día para ocuparse de recepción, atención organización o incluso ayudar en el servicio de comidas y no puede abarcar todo el trabajo. Hay asistentes pero dedicados a limpieza etc

Il presone è stato davvero gentile, siamo arrivati tardi dall’aeroporto la sera del check-in e ci hanno comunque servito la cena.

Nice pool area, super pretty place. Like an oasis in an otherwise ugly city. Big rooms, nice size!

- schöne Poolanlage - ruhige Lage trotz Stadtnähe - ausgesprochen bemühtes Personal rund um die Uhr - Bei uns im Badezimmer gab es Ameisen. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und organisierte uns problemlos und unkompliziert ein neues Zimmer

- Hotelanlage und Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen - bei genauerem Hinsehen nicht ganz sauber

The pool was great as it felt tropical. The reception guy was amazing. He ran around and helped everyone all day. He even went to great lengths when my daughter needed a bandaid. Room was clean and breakfast was great.

The place was great - really looked like on the pictures, room was clean and nice,stuff also very nice and super sweet. Pool was also pleasant and they cook very tasty food - especially deviled chicken! They also gave us choice for western or sri lankan breakfast :)

I think the breakfast could be more variable, also coffe from sack isnt the best, but I understand we’ve stayed there off season so they just served it at our table.

The human team, the two men that were there to look after us and all our needs every time we need them. We got very well looked after by them, congrats guys for what you have created. Great and very complete breakfast with all you need for a long day tour. For early time day tours, they also offered us a packed breakfast for take away with a variety of sandwiches fillings and fresh fruit. One of the nights we came in after the kitchen closing time, but they offered us a great dinner as well. Really great swimming pool for a relaxing time after long day tours.

Letto molto comodo e lenzuola pulite, doccia chiusa, la piscina con del potenziale ma lettini sporchi e acqua della piscina non il massimo.

Probabilmente siamo venuti fuori stagione, penso fossimo gli unici ospiti e per questo la struttura dava la sensazione di essere chiusa. Abbiamo prenotato all’ultimo, non so se è per questo motivo ma il pavimento della camera non era molto pulito così come il balcone privato. Il ragazzo alla reception ci aveva detto che potevamo avere la colazione alle 7, ma così non è stato a quell’ora abbiamo trovato la sala vuota e quindi abbiamo fatto colazione altrove. La piscina potrebbe essere molto bella ma appunto l’abbiamo trovata sporca. La struttura è di per sé molto bella, non so se siamo state sfortunate noi o se manca un po’ di cura.

The swimming pool was clean and refreshing. The a/c and cooler did their job as was quite necessary given the climate.

The bathrooms have a humidity problem and have gotten moldy as a result. We were able to make the room as dry as possible using the A/Cs de-humidifier mode, but they definitely need a redo.

Eine grüne Oase in Dambulla. Schöne und gepflegte Pool/ Gartenanlage. Gleich hinter dem Busbahnhof. Guter Ausgangspunkt. Dusche mit viel Wasserkraft:) Sehr freundliches Personal. Diese Unterkunft kann ich weiterempfehlen!

Die Tür zum Zimmer funktionierte nicht einwandfrei.

Un très bel hôtel avec piscine, très soigné. Nous n'y avons séjourné qu'une nuit. Les chambres sont simples, la literie est confortable.

Estuvo sin luz la mayor parte de mi estadía, me tuve que ir un día antes porque tenía que trabajar y sin embargo me cobraron igual el día que no estuve alojado, pésima atención

L'amabilité du personnel, les repas du soir, le confort de la chambre ainsi que la piscine sont les principales qualités de cet hôtel.

Le petit déjeuner est à reconsidérer. un regret aussi est l'absence d'un manager à l'hôtel.

Toller Pool und Zimmer

The property was very clean and nice. Staff were constantly sweeping, cleaning and available and friendly. Staff worked very hard and were there all day. The food at the onsite restaurant was very tasty! It took some time for the food to arrive but when it did, it was excellent.

We had several mosquitoes in our room from the start, likely due to a small opening in the window in the bathroom between the wall and the fan. After stuffing some toilet paper between the crack and killing all of the mosquitoes in the room, we were able to sleep more comfortably. Breakfast in the morning was consistently late. If you are trying to get to the Cave Temple early, this might be frustrating and perhaps better to pick something up on your way. However, breakfast usually arrived around 7:30ish and we arrived at the cave temple by 8:30am and still made it through before the major crowds.

La piscine, les lits, le calme, la proximité du temple d’or et de la gare routière avec ses restaurants ! L’hôtel sert de l’alcool ! Le personnel est ouvert et agréable, à l’écoute !

La climatisation dans la chambre 108 nécessite un entretien, elle ne rafraîchit pas vraiment !

This is a great place to stay when visiting Sigiriya and Pidurangala Rock. The pool area is very nice, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful with everything you might need.

Das Hotel ist gut und ruhig gelegen . Der kleine Pool ist sehr schön . Das Bett sehr bequem und die Dusche funktioniert . Das Personal ist bemüht .

Nagyon kedves volt a személyzet, mind a szállodában, mind pedig a szálloda éttermében. Mindenhol figyelmes kiszolgálást kaptunk, ami sokat hozzátett a jó élményhez. Az épület kívülről, illetve a medence is jó állapotban van. A szállás remek kiindulópont a környékbeli kirándulásokhoz.

A szobákban elég erős dohányszag volt, ami zavaró tud lenni, különösen akkor, ha valaki érzékeny a szagokra. Az egyik szobában egy százlábú is meglátogatott minket, valószínűleg azért, mert a nyílászárók nem zárnak jól. A másik szobában pedig a fürdőszobában állt a víz, mivel a zuhanyzó vízelvezetése nem volt megfelelően megoldva. Összességében a személyzet és a külső megjelenés nagyon pozitív, de a szobák állapotán és karbantartásán mindenképpen lenne még mit javítani.

Camera dotata di ogni comfort: bollitore, bustine di the e caffe, bottigliette d’acqua, asciugamani e lenzuola profumate. L’hotel dispone di una bellissima piscina con lettini e teli mare gratuiti, con vicino una terrazza bar/ristorante dove gustare piatti e bibite. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio tuk tuk per visitare sigiryia con partenza alle 4.30 del mattino, la guida super gentile e preparata, e’ stata una bellissima esperienza. Colazione super, personale sempre gentile e sorridente, pronto a soddisfare ogni necessita’. Ci tornerei gia’ domani se potessi!
