Gentillesse des propriétaires, du personnel très serviable ! Le petit déjeuner, un délice ! L'emplacement à 3 min à pied de la place. Le thé 🇲🇦 de bienvenue 🌴🐪

La piscine a été cassée par des personnes avant nous qui n'ont sûrement pas respecté les consignes des propriétaires et au final nous n'avons pas pu en profiter pas à cause des propriétaires du riad mais de personnes irrespectueuses qui pensent qu'a elles !

Tutto perfetto! Sopratutto il personale gentilissimo, sia Coline che Younes sono stati gentilissimi. La colazione ricca e buona, ottimo per chi vuole soggiornare nella Medina.

Very friendly, very lovely place with a nice little rooftop pool. Once you book they will provide the location and a video via whats app making it easier to find this sweet place in thr labyrinth of the souks 😊 Also colin provides a list of things to do and see, places to visit and recomm3nded restaurants. And as if this were not enough, they provide a physical map (like back in the good old days without smart phones) and go over it with yoz explaining you the different areas of marrakech. 💜🫰🏽🫶🏽👌 Exceptional breakfast 🤤

It is a little bit hiddenn, especially if you come from the wrong side, but once you figured it out and with the help of the video provided it is actually quite easy to reach in a very good location of the medina.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans ce riad à Marrakech. Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Le riad est magnifique, très propre et entretenu avec beaucoup de soin. L’accueil a été particulièrement chaleureux et nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison dès notre arrivée. Un immense merci à la gérante, qui a été aux petits soins tout au long de notre séjour. Toujours disponible, attentionnée et de très bon conseil, elle a largement contribué à rendre notre voyage inoubliable. Grâce à elle, nous avons pu profiter de superbes excursions parfaitement organisées, sans aucun souci. Merci également à toute l’équipe pour sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme et sa bonne humeur. Votre disponibilité et votre sens de l’hospitalité ont fait toute la différence. Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs et reviendrons avec grand plaisir. From the time of my booking, I knew Riad CK Medina was a special place. The owner, Coline, went above and beyond in helping me plan excursions, arrange for pick up/return to airport etc. even before we left for our trip. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious and made to order. Honestly, we loved Marrakesh and staying at this Riad felt more like a safe and comfy guest house vs a hotel. It was close to everything yet clean and quiet and a great home away from home. The rooftop area was the perfect place to nap in the shade, read in the sun, dip in the plunge pool, enjoy breakfast, or look out over the city. Seeing the Koutoubia Mosque (and hearing the live call to prayer) from the rooftop is a memory that will last. Coline arranged a private tour of Marrakesh for us which was interesting and fun. The highlight of our time here was the Ourika Valley daytrip that Coline arranged--taking in the views outside of the city, meeting a wonderful local guide who took us on a hike to see the waterfalls near his village, and enjoying lunch right along the river made for a great day. THANK YOU COLINE for making us feel so welcome. We loved our stay in Marrakesh and meeting Coline and staying at Riad CK Medina was a major reason why.

Everything was incredible but the service was at a 4 star level. The staff secured transportation from the airport, a bag porter to take suitcases into the Medina, arranged for a massage, made restaurant recommendations, and even more. The breakfast was 10/10 each day. The location is excellent and the riad is beautiful. I would stay here again every time.

I only wish I had known about the terrace as soon as I checked in!

Beautiful bedroom and communal areas, really well designed. Bed super comfy and shower the best we had anywhere in Morocco. Staff were lovely and helpful, they even sent over lists of recommendations. Breakfast on the rooftop was delicious, the rooftop is also a lovely relaxation spot. Location is close to the main square and visitor spots.

Loved the property, the only slight improvement is I went to use the pool and it was a little dirty with leaves and things, I still dipped my feet in but opted against plunging fully in because of this, so may need a pool clean more often. Location wise, it’s down a short series of alleyways (some covered like a tunnel), very common for Marrakech Riads and I felt comfortable as I was with my partner, but not sure I would like that bit, albeit short, if I was a solo traveller at night.

We had such a wonderful stay here in Morocco. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always greeting us with genuine smiles and kindness. The place itself was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Every detail felt thoughtfully prepared, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. The service was outstanding—quick, attentive, and always delivered with care. What really made our stay special was how the team treated us like valued guests rather than just visitors. They were always ready to help with anything we needed, making our experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, an unforgettable stay with amazing service. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Morocco.

L'attention apportée à nos besoins.

Great location and the staff are extremely helpful with everything, all you have to do is communicate. The night shift gentleman, Youness, was extremely helpful and friendly. I showed up super late and he got me settled and showed me the best way to the Jemaa el-Fna square. If you are exploring south Medina and the Souks, this is an extremely wonderful location to stay at, a bit hard to find on your own, but once you figure it out, it is easy (. Coline was quick to offer recommendations and even booked a restaurant for me. Rooftop breakfast every day was great, and it is in a very quiet location. Visitors in late April, weather was great. Would stay again.

The common area was a little inconvenient to hang out in, the pool is a bit deceptive but nice to dip your feet into at the hot part of the day.

Na een mooie ontdekking tocht kwamen we bij CK riad aan nette locatie, super fijn personeel door de behulpzaamheid. Coline en haar mensen zetten een stap extra voor je als dat nodig mocht zijn. Ik heb haar meerdere malen gevraagd om iets voor ons te regelen! Nul moeite echt top!!

Beautiful Riad with a rooftop terrace that offers a great opportunity to relax after a busy day in the Medina. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is delicious.

It can be a bit noisy at night, if other guests arrive loudly, it can be heard in the room.

The property was ideally situated in The Medina which meant that you were immersed immediately in the unique vibrancy and soul of Marrakesh. The property was exceptionally pristine and due to the size of the riad you received a caring, interested and personal welcome. Coline and all of the personnel were exceptionally warm, friendly and went out of their way to inform us about navigating around The Medina. The breakfast was a real Moroccan treat every morning. Delicious.

Stunning riad in the heart of the medina. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms, common spaces, dining area were kept to an excellent level of cleanliness. Coline was ever present to answer any questions and offer recommendations for our stay. Overall, an excellent stay!

Este aproape de o “strada” principală din Medina, salteaua tare , nouă , lenjeria de calitate , AC funcționează pe cald, se făcea curățenie zilnic, camera , baia refăcute . Coline -proprietara foarte drăguță !! Mulțumim !

I stayed here with my husband and young adult daughter. We felt so lucky to pick this riad in the heart of the Medina. Even though it’s right in the thick of all the busyness and action you close the door and it’s so quiet and peaceful. Coline, Hicham, Medhi, Salha and all the staff were so helpful and super friendly. Coline recommended and booked some fantastic restaurants and Hicham walked us to these places and offered to pick us up as well. After 4 nights we were all really sad to leave! It was starting to feel like home! Thank you Coline, we’ll be back! :))

El Riad es bonito , son muy amables y te ayudan en todo lo que necesites , está muy limpio y el desayuno lo preparan con mucho amor. Recomiendo reservar con ellos el transfer a la llegada porque te incluye un chico que te acompaña a la puerta del Riad sobre todo si tu vuelo llega de noche ya que está complicado encontrarlo entre todos esos callejones .

The host, Coline, and all of her staff were super. No question was an issue for them. Once we had settled in it felt like home. Our birthdays were celebrated over a delicious breakfast and Coline kindly booked a Hammam and a restaurant for us.

Our first night was scary as we did not know what to expect. Walking to the Riad down dark streets with a stranger put us on edge. It would be good to be forewarned that the taxi cannot take you to the Riad.

La habitación da a un patio cerrado al lado de la recepción.... y no tiene ninguna otra ventana. Da sensación de no estar ventilada y un poco de agobio. No volvería a dormir ahí por ese motivo.

The property was welcoming, clean and good location. Lovely little terrace to relax and have breakfast on. It was also very quiet in the neighbourhood but centrally located. Staff were attentive, thoughtful and helpful. Thank you so much.

We had an issue with our room where some plaster came off the wall a leak occurred from the cooler. This was rectified quickly when reported and staff were apologetic. Some extra tlc could go a long way We had a room near the stairs so every morning or late at night you could hear the banging of luggage going up and down. It is echoey due to the internal courtyard.

I loved my stay in CK Medina, it was so comfortable, stylish and all staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious,I had a great shower and comfy bed. The Riad is well located in the Medina, in the northern part where it's a bit calmer and more contemporary, near the Secret Garden and some lovely restaurants/cafes. Coline is extremely helpful and is always on hand for questions and suggestions. I really enjoyed my stay.

Emplacement - Accueil - Propreté

Wir haben uns in dem sehr ruhigen Riad total wohl gefühlt. Da wir noch nie vorher in Marokko bzw. Marrakesch waren, haben wir direkt den Transfer vom Flughafen aus über den Host Coline mitgebucht. Wir haben es in der Buchung als Wunsch notiert und Coline nahm nach der Buchung direkt mit uns Kontakt auf. So war die Anreise total entspannt! Die Inhaberin Coline ist immer erreichbar. Das ist tatsächlich so! Einen Abend hatten wir noch einen Ausflug für den nächsten Tag angefragt und sie hat alles organisiert. Am nächsten Morgen sind wir nach Essaouira mit einem eigenen Fahrer gefahren. Das war super! Es ist immer Personal vom Riad Team vor Ort und steht für sämtliche Anfragen zur Verfügung. Die Frühstückzeit konnten wir immer neu wählen, je nach dem, was wir an dem Folgetag an Ausflügen geplant hatten. Darauf stellte sich das Personal ein. Hier ein ganz großes Dankeschön an Fouad, er kümmerte sich sehr aufmerksam um uns und war immer gut drauf! Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt und waren sehr sauber. Wir fanden es (Senfzimmer) größer als erwartet. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten etwas Sorge, weil manche Rezensionen, das Frühstück bemängelten. Ja, es ist süßer als das gewöhnliche deutsche Vollkorn-Butter-Wurst-Ei-Frühstück. Aber man ist auch in Marokko! ;-) Wir fanden es gut. Es gab u.a. ein frisch zu bereitetes Omelette, dazu Brotfladen, Pancakes, Msemen (quasi marokkanische Pfannkuchen), Butter, Konfitüre, Frischkäse, Joghurt, frisches Obst, Küchlein, Kanne Kaffee, etc. Und ansonsten kann man auch mit dem Personal sprechen. Die Lage des Riads ist perfekt. Fußläufig konnten wir alles in der Medina erkunden. Auch wenn wir für Ausflüge abgeholt wurden, war das nächste Gate zur Medina nicht weit. Ist man den Weg zum Riad einmal gegangen, findet man es auch immer wieder. Ansonsten funktioniert google maps. Unsicher haben wir uns nicht gefühlt. Wir sind auch spät abends bzw. nachts durch die Medina zurück zum Riad gegangen. Es ist alles beleuchtet.

Es gab nichts, was uns nicht gefallen oder gestört hätte. Irritiert hat uns anfangs, dass man das Zimmer nicht von außen abschließen kann. Man hat aber einen kleinen Safe im Zimmer und es ist rund um die Uhr Personal da, das genau sieht (auch Kameras) wer kommt und geht. Zudem kommt man ohne Schlüssel gar nicht erst ins Riad. Wer damit ein Problem hat, kann sich ein Vorhängeschloss dran machen. Wir fanden die alten Türen sehr charmant.

Partiamo dal fatto che non è proprio una struttura economicissima, ma quei soldi li vale tutti! Posizione fantastica in piena Medina, a due passi dalla piazza Jemaa El Fna. Lasciata la strada principale, un susseguirsi di vicoli e cunicoli giungono ad un “anonimo” portone, spalancato il quale, si apre questo Riad bellissimo! Una oasi di pace e tranquillità, lontano dalla frenesia dei suq. Mosaici, ferro battuto, legno intarsiato, piante, compongono un armonioso luogo di incantevole bellezza, amenità e serenità: una esperienza autentica e rilassante nel cuore di Marrakech. Sei stanze, una più bella dell’altra, non molto ampie, ma ben arredate, pulitissime e dotate di ogni confort. Colazioni deliziose (non tante cose) ma prodotti freschi homemade. Una sera Vi abbiamo anche cenato (molto bene!) Alla reception si alternano ragazzi disponibili e premurosi (ma vale per tutto il personale, dalla cucina alle pulizie). E poi c’è Coline, che dispensa consigli e organizza! Noi ci siamo affidati a Lei: visite, escursioni, transfer in aeroporto, ristoranti, locali notturni, hammam… Bellissimo e rilassante. Consiglio vivamente.

Beautiful Riad in the heart of the medina. The staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. The roof top area is such a brilliant spot to escape the busy-ness of the streets if you need to. Breakfast was perfect too!

Although somewhat hard to find, the pick up from the taxi stand was seamless. The location in the Medina is hard to beat if you want a genuine Marrakech experience.

Coline en haar personeel is zo ontzettend vriendelijk! Wij hadden een geweldige ervaring in Marrakech, de riad is zeer goed gelegen waardoor wij bijna alles te voet bereikbaar was.

La limpieza para mí es muy importante y en ese aspecto todo muy bien. Muy familiar La ubicación muy buena . La personas que trabajan allí ,maravillosas, siempre atentas a todo y dispuestas a ayudarte en todo momento.

The Riad exceeded our expectations. It was an oasis of calm in the medina. slept really well , rooms comfortable. The breakfast was good with a mix of Moroccan breakfast items, served with a smile. We really enjoyed the cookery and staff was genuinely invested in helping us to have a great experience. Colina and her staff went above and beyond!

Absolutely amazing Riad. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive and the location is right in the middle of the Medina. The host Coline was the most helpful, hospitable and welcoming person I've ever met. No request was too much effort

We loved our stay at Riad CK Medina. Coline and her staff were lovely, helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We loved the rooftop in particular but the whole Riad is beautifully presented. The rooms are really nicely done. It is a fantastic place to stay - really central and easy to get to everything and a safe area. They offer an excellent breakfast which we had on the rooftop. We also had dinner in one night and the food was amazing, so tasty. We will try to cook the recipes at home. Coline booked a taxi transfer from the airport for us which includes a guide from the taxi which stops outside the medina gate through the souk to the riad - so useful on day one. She also helped us to arrange a private tour into the Atlas Mountains, which was a great day. We are currently planning on returning every October! Loved it

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in diesem Riad!Personal extrem freundlich, aufmerksam und bemüht!Die Zimmer sind sehr schön,modern und sauber!Das Frühstück wird auf der wunderschönen Dachterrasse, die mit Pool ausgestattet ist,serviert und ist sehr gut!Wir werden bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Marrakesch wieder dieses Riad buchen und es auch an Freunde und Bekannte weiterempfehlen

It was very pretty, with the rooftop lovely all day due to the light. You could have shade, or sun, have a little dip in the pool, sit and read until sundown, and eat your breakfast there the next morning

Le Riad CK Medina est un perle ! Un havre de paix en plein centre de la Médina. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse incroyable et un grand merci pour Coline qui a tout organisé pour nous. Le dîner était également excellent. Je vous recommande vivement cette adresse pour un séjour inoubliable dans la Medina.

Riad tranquilo en el centro de la medina, muy limpio, con habitaciones con todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable y una terraza en la azotea muy bonita, ideal para relajarse. Asimismo, desayuno rico y abundante. Pero, sobre todo, destacar la amabilidad del personal que estuvo disponible en todo momento para echar una mano y participar en que el viaje fuera más agradable. Totalmente recomendable.

De warme ontvangst, de hulpvaardigheid van de gastvrouw en -heer en ook het personeel. Heel goede ligging om te voet het centrum van de medina te bezoeken. Het dakterras is een leuke en kleurrijke plaats om te ontbijten en te ontspannen.
