Non posso dare una valutazione troppo negativa perchè non è totalmente colpa dell’ostello per la mia scelta di andarmene dopo pochi minuti dal mio arrivo. Purtroppo la stanza emanava una puzza nauseante e lo dico dopo aver fatto volontariato in una farm dove mi occupavo anche di compost e altre cose. Però nessuna cura degli spazi e le camere anche non troppo curate, nessuna tendina e le cassette di sicurezza con dentro oggetti abbandonati e mai pulite

Friendly Staff, Good location, Owner was nice enough to set out insect repellent to keep bugs away from hostel. They also sell water which is very nice. Good AC.

Lovely accommodation in a great location to explore Siem Reap. We stayed in a dorm room with shared bathrooms which were both clean and comfortable. The outdoor pool area was great, a fab bonus for this time of year with the heat! Also good to note that the electricity goes off for a few hours each day (as in a lot of accommodations) but it’s in the middle of the day so wasn’t really a big issue for us as we were usually out and about.

We had some misunderstanding on check in about our booking reservation versus some accommodation policies that we felt was not dealt with in the most appropriate manner at the time. However, apart from this we had no issues and really enjoyed our stay!

The location was good. It is good value for money, as it is extremely cheap.

There are no curtains in the dormitories. The staff is quite manipulative, and seeking money. We ended up staying only one night and then moved to onderz. It was the same price for the night and everything was splendid there.

L'accueil des gens adorables est toujours à l'écoute du client.

Tout est parfait pour moi jusqu'à l'emplacement de la voiture et la piscine est toujours super bien entretenue pour ma part je ne vois rien de négatif peut-être un léger B môle sur la route en terre ou en construction qui mène à l'hôtel juste pour dire.

I really appreciated the warm welcome and the kindness of the staff. The whole team is always available, smiling, and ready to help, which makes the stay very enjoyable. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, and you quickly feel comfortable. The property is comfortable, well located, and perfect for resting. The swimming pool is also very pleasant and adds a real plus to the experience. Overall, a great stay, I highly recommend it.

Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.

Мне очень понравилось в номере на шесть девушек. Нормальный такой крепенький хостел, плюс еще с бассейном, в котором теплая вода и лежаки. Цена вообще топ, да и близко к кафе и Pub Street --- I really liked the room for six girls. It's a decent, solid hostel, plus it has a pool with warm water and sun loungers. The price is great, and it's close to cafes and Pub Street.

Моей высокой подруге было чуть неудобно спать, маловато места, но в целом все хорошо. В общей ванне очень мало места, а, когда сидеть в туалете, коленки упираются в дверь, но в целом нормально, мы просто большие европейские женщины) --- My tall friend found the bed a little uncomfortable to sleep in, as there wasn't much space. The shared bathroom was very small and when we sat on the toilet, her knees hit the door, but overall, it was fine; we're just big European women.

La piscine avec cette chaleur est très appréciable ! Les chambres doubles sont grandes et la clim permet un confort non négligeable.

Es gab nirgendwo einen Haken für Handtücher oder Kleidung. Das Badezimmer hat ein bisschen gestunken, obwohl alles sauber war.

Le personnel est vraiment très gentil et serviable, et c’est très propre.

Da is an amazing hostess, she will help you with anything. The rooms are very clean and the bathrooms are nice. Would stay here again!

A fuir absolument ! Certes l'hôtel est bien situé par rapport au centre ville et la piscine est sympa, mais je n'ai pas eu le service pour lequel j'ai payé (pas de climatisation dans ma chambre, pas de rideaux, des draps sales).

The Manager was extremely helpful and caring. He's experienced in the hotel industry and manage the Guesthouse efficiently. The location is very good and all within walking distance to the Pub Street, Night Market and all the eateries and cafes.

En este hostal alguien tuvo el valor de meter sus sucias manos entre mis objetos personales y robarme de una mochila 250 euros. No contentos con ello, siguieron buscando y me quitaron otros 10 euros de un bolso. En cuanto nos dimos cuenta nos pusimos en contacto con el alojamiento ya que había cámaras y el jefe de este hostal nos llegó a decir que que culpa tiene el, que la culpa era nuestra por no llevar el dinero encima. Una verdadera vergüenza. Y ya no es por el dinero, es por el trato y la desagradable sensación de que eliges un alojamiento que durante X tiempo va a ser tu hogar y te roban. Si han visto las imágenes no entiendo porque no las comparten conmigo para que pueda enseñárselas a las autoridades o que me puedan demostrar que no ha entrado nadie en la habitación o que mientras dejamos las mochilas fuera, en el looby, después de hacer el check out hasta que nos fuimos nadie toco nuestras pertenencias. Que GRAN DECEPCIÓN

The pool was so nice and it was clean. The shower was warm and had decent pressure and the ac worked quite well. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. Plug sockets right by the bed too- and good wifi.

The bed sheets seemed really old and worn out. The sheet itself refused to stay on the mattress which just felt a bit unclean. The staff weren’t friendly but not super helpful when we asked them about things like bike hire and where to go etc.

L’établissement est calme, la piscine et trop bien et le personnel incroyablement gentil. Les chambres possèdent la climatisation. Je pense c’est le meilleur hostel de ma vie!!

Le seul petit bémol c’est la taille des toilettes et des douches qui sont très petites. Mais bon c’est pas grave.

The pool was nice, albeit quite murky, and it was in a great location.

We arrived at our room and the door didn’t lock as the key didn’t fit in the lock. We asked the receptionist to help us, he then said he didn’t believe us so came up to try himself. After it didn’t work he asked us to just leave our door unlocked. Due to personal preferences, we wanted to be able to lock our door so he then asked us to change rooms which of course is not a problem. It looked okay when we arrived so we went out for dinner and arrived back late. When we got back we realised there were lots of someone else’s dark hairs in the bed as well as stains and bits of dirt - it was clear it hadn’t been cleaned. As it was late we couldn’t ask to change room again or even for some clean sheets. The duvet itself didn’t even have a cover on.

Excellent hostel. Short walk to all the happening nightlife, but lower key and more comfortable than nearby mega-hostel. Hot water in shower. Top level dorm quiet and cool inside. Big comfortable beds.

The bed wasn't clean. I was put in the rooftop so my lock was a bike lock which I need to lock in order to secure the top floor. THERE WAS NO RUNNING WATER ON MY BATHROOM! IT WAS 2:00AM I tried to make it work but no help in 2:40 I woke one of the staff, he solved the issue by telling me to use the public restroom which was in poor condition. I did it and in the next day I asked for some sort of compensation, that same staff member told me that it's an city infrastructure issue and this is not their problem, so he offered me nothing aside of staying more. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

En mi habitación había un señor mayor que no dejaba de hacer ruido ni comer en la cama, llegaba a altas horas de la noche (2; 3 o 4 am) y no me importaba que hayan otras personas durmiendo. Tendrían que prohibir estos comportamientos y además avisar que no se puede comer en las habitaciones. Una pena porque no pudo dormir la noche que me alojé aquí!

They changed the price once I arrived. They said it was a mistake and charged me double.

Good location

- they don’t use bed sheets, they just give you a pillow and blanket and after you sleep in them they just give them to another guest! The pillows and blanket are yellow already! I asked the staff to give me the bed sheets but they said they never use them. I had to use my own pillow case and used my towel as a blanket. - I had the power in the room during the day. Then I went to the town and after coming back after the sunset there was no electricity in my room. I went down to the reception and there was no one there. I tried texting and calling them on WhatsApp, I texted them on booking and called their other number but absolutely noone picked up. I was trying to reach anyone for an hour. Then I got very desperate and just started shouting “hello” in the reception until a lady woke up from her sleep and came to me (that was 8:30 PM btw) and turned the electricity for my room back on with a switch on the reception’s desk. You know you have guests in that room, you turn of the electricity for them and you go to sleep? Amazing.

El staff es càlido, amigable y te ayuda en Todo. Puedes comprar en el Mismo hotel Los tours, pagar con tarjeta e incluso transfer a otras ciudades. También hay servicio de laundry, las instalaciones son cómodas y tranquilas, cerca de bares y restaurantes. Algo maravilloso y que ayudó a mi descanso fue el colchón que aunque delgado, era cómodo y la almohada perfecta. He dormido como hace tiempo no lo hacía!

1. Wrong Room Type – I booked a 4-bed dorm via Booking.com but was put in a 6-bed dorm instead. On the last night, they moved me to an 8-bed dorm without notice or apology. 2. Shocking Response to Complaints – When I and another guest asked about the room change, the front desk lady said, “This is what you get for 2 dollars. How much do you pay? 2 dollars, yeah?” Extremely humiliating. 3. Misleading Pricing – If the price isn’t enough to offer what’s promised, charge more. But don’t advertise a 4-bed dorm and provide something else. We stayed there because we couldn’t afford expensive hotels—not to be mocked for it. 4. Rude and Abusive Language – I asked for a toilet paper roll and was told, “Come down and get it.” When I asked why it couldn’t be handed to me, the lady snapped, “I’m doing my work, what the f**?”* When I explained I was on my period, she replied, “I am on periods too, shall I show you?” Disgusting behavior. 5. Poor Facilities – Toilet cubicles are so cramped that you can’t close the door unless you bend your knees sideways. 6. “Take Your Money and Get Out” – Yes, these were her exact words when I stood my ground about the mistreatment. La dame a l’accueil est adorable. Il est très bien situé par rapport aux différents marchés , centre ville. Pour le prix, ça vaut totalement le coup. Vous pouvez lui demander directement pour vous organiser des excursions - très pratique

Réceptionniste présente, et s'occupe de tout si besoin Piscine+ toilettes à côté Pas de bar/ restau mais proche d'énormément de supermarchés/restaurants

Portes de toilettes/ douches, verrous cassés et cabines hommes/femme séparés donc ça limite les disponibilités.. Manque rideaux pour les lits (intimité)

There are no common areas with air conditioning or fans, it's very hot this season, I tried to use the lounge but the receptionist told me to use my room, I didn't like her unfriendly attitude.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, man braucht zum Beispiel nur wenige Minuten um gute Restaurants zu finden. Außerdem ist der Pool sehr angenehm. Bei vielen Fragen wie Fahrrad mieten wird einem gut weitergeholfen.

la pulizia ,la receptionist e il caldo nella mia stanza non ostante l aria condizionata che 18 gradi la mia stanza ne risultavano 30.

I loved how clean everything was, the floors were shiny and the bathroom clean. 😍 The owner is a very very nice guy, so when one of us was sick, he helped us a lot by explaining us how to find the closest pharmacy and providing us with some medication he kept at the reception. Every time I came down the stairs he would ask how we were doing so generally just very nice and caring. He was also very chill with all the payment stuff and the laundry service was good too. Everything in town was in walking distance but the property itself is located in a little side street so it’s very calm and quiet.
