Molt bon lloc i el personal molt atent

Nous avons été accueillis par une dame tu nous a annoncé qu'on avait pas de chambre avec deux lits alors que je suis avec un ami et je mesure un mètre 95. Ensuite, les toilettes étaient encore sale de la fois précédente. La cuvette des toilettes était cassée. Elle nous a dit. Vous avez juste à la relever, pas de savon. Dans la douche, pas d'accessibilité à la piscine qui était sale avec des crottes de pigeon et des plumes dedans. C'était impossible de rentrer

La atención del personal es buena, el desayuno delicioso

lamentablemente en la habitación que nos asignaron estaba llena de sancudos al punto que no pudimos dormir y nos picaron montones. incluso en las zonas comunes para trabajar estaba infestado de sancudos. era insoportable. Nos dijeron que era por la temporada pero nos cambiamos a otro alojamiento y no presentaba el mismo inconveniente.

La ubicación es demasiado buena, es central, cerca de la playa, del comercio, de restaurantes, muy tranquilo y seguro.

The pool was spotless, room was spacious, everything was as described and it was extremely good for the price.

One of the staff members spent her entire shift on facetime to her boyfriend so we struggled to get information from her like what time breakfast was. Also, I was sick for 4 days I think because they use tap water in the breakfast drinks (was very bad as I was ill the entire time I was doing the difficult Lost City trek).

El persobal muy apatico, la primer chica que me atenfio ni sabia indicarme lugares para recorrer . Otra persona que me queje porque no habia agua caliente , ponia cara de enojada , y no me woluciono el problema , es decir dos dias me bañe con agua fria , por otrq parte contrate una boche con booking y adicione otra noche mas con ellls , despues de no ttener agua caliebte , le solicite una retribucion , ni un caramelo me dieron !!

La ubicación y las instalaciones muy bonitas. El jacuzzi abrirá ofrece unas vistas maravillosas de la panorámica de Santa Marta. Unos atardeceres preciosos. Paula en la recepción nos atendió súper bien, fue muy amable!

El aire acondicionado no se sentía mucho. Tocó usar también ventilador. Asumo que debió ser porque estuvimos en plena época de verano y fenómeno del niño.

El espacio de las habitaciones :amplia y cómoda , el personal amable, la televisión y la comodidad de tener aire acondicionado y abanico.

Que hay que recordar el aseo del cuarto y la piscina es pequeña.

Wir übernachteten erstmal für eine Nacht in diesem schönen Hotel. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ziemlich groß. Beim Frühstück gibt es frisches Rührei, Arepa und frisches Obst. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir das Hotel später nochmal buchten. Das Gepäck konnten wir zwischen unseren beiden Aufenthalten im Hotel sicher verwahren lassen.

Wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden.

Staff were great; the room was spacious. We stayed here either side of our Lost City trek and staff were happy to store our bags.

We would have liked to have spent more time on the rooftop, however the pool and furniture were quite dirty.

We loved the location of this hotel, close to both the beach and restaurants in Santa Marta. The room was larger than expected.

Publicidad engañosa en cuanto al lugar, la piscina se veía sucia, el bar en la Terraza no funciona, estuvimos un día completo sin agua.

Location is perfect, staff is nice. Great value for money. Beach 5mn away, bus to airport 10/15 mn walk.

No se le realizan los debidos mantenimientos, para que no se genere el gasto excesivo que se ve, las terrazas no tienen un buen aseo y el televisor nunca funciono

Property was very close to the attractions and sights of the city one street away from the main strip and a little further to the square so could not ask for a better location and the receptionists were lovely and helpful throughout

The room stank of smoke when questioned they said it was to stop mosquitos (it didnt) it was not the cleanest of rooms or the quietest but it provided what we needed for the stay

Problemas en las instalaciones. El baño no drenaba correctamente y la puerta ventana del balcón no tenía cortina, dejando entrar mucha luz a primera hora de la mañana

Es la primera vez que reservo con booking y realmente me encantó. Son muy amables, el desayuno es muy rico, está cerca de la playa y los sitios turísticos en el centro histórico, es facil llegar en transporte público desde el aeropuerto. Reserve dos fechas seguidas con ellos y en las dos fueron igual de amables, limpios y ordenados. En esta estadía tuvimos un inconveniente con el ventilador y lo resolvieron en 5 minutos. Los cuartos son cómodos, el hotel es lindo y tranquilo. Realmente lo recomiendo.

A veces, por las palomas la piscina estaba sucia. Pero tú le hacías saber en la recepción y ellos lo mandaban a limpiar para usarla. Realmente un buen servicio.

me cancelaron la reserva el dia anterior pidiendome que cancelara yo la reserva. no lo recomiendo por la falta de confianza.

Great location, everything is easily accessible. The terrace is beautiful and a real highlight. Most of the staff were very friendly and accommodating, even with a language barrier.

It can get quite noisy on weekends due to the surrounding neighborhood, especially at night.

El flujo de agua en el baño era muy bajo, se recomienda revisar los flujos de agua tanto en la ducha como en lavamanos. Sin embargo si pudimos bañarnos.

Había estado en el hotel en el 2018 y volví en el 2026 y el hotel esta muy decaído, poco mantenimiento fallas en los electrodomésticos

Super freundliches Personal und die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Das wird mit eins der besten Preis Leistungsverhältnis sein.

Es kann etwas laut sein spät abends, aber das weiß man ja schon davor und es war jetzt auch nicht die ganze Nacht.

Ruhig aber 50 m entfernt beginnt die Zone historische Altstadt und 150m entfernt ist die Strandpromenade die zum Yachthafen führt

Mala limpieza. No iba la cortina de la habitación. No nos limpiaron la habitación. Muchísimo ruido por la noche (está frente a un bar y hasta las 6am fiesta que parece que la tienes en la habitación)

Hay un local justo al lado donde ponen la música muy alta y hasta muy tarde y se escucha todo en las habitaciones. Hubo una noche que fue imposible dormir.

Excelente servicio, las personas que nos atendieron muy atentos y diligentes. El desayuno delicioso con buena variedad. La ubicación es buena aunque al lado hay un bar que hace bastante ruido de noche.

Las instalaciones están muy deterioradas, el baño no está separado de la habitación y olía muy fuerte a cañería toda la habitación, el lavamanos estuvo dañado 3 días de nuestra estancia, botaba mucha agua, el aire acondicionado también botaba agua. Trataron de cambiarnos de habitación y las dos habitaciones que nos mostraron como opciones tenían el aire acondicionado dañado y hacía mucho calor. En fin pasamos nuestra estancia un poco incómodos por el olor y los regueros de agua pero al menos el aire de esa habitación funcionaba.

La mejor experiencia que pudimos haber tenido con mi pareja, 100% recomendado, la atención 10 de 10 y el sector todos muy amigables, las habitaciones tal cual muestran en las imágenes

Coming for the second year in a row we had a great working relationship with the staff from the previous year and were treated as friends and not mere guests. Jeff was the main figure who made our stay so enjoyable.

The breakfast was extremely monotonous, more choices should be available. Liz tried to do to the best of her ability but the owners might be limiting what she can offer. Coffee is great, food is OK.

Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht einwandfrei. Kein Schrank für die Kleidung. Ist eher ein Durchgangs Hotel für 2-3 Tage.

El baño en mal estado, reservamos habitación con baño para tener privacidad y no lo pudimos utilizarlo nunca porque no tiraba de la cadena, tocó utilizar el baño del patio. La piscina estaba sucia, no daban ánimos de ingresar

Sehr gut geführtes Hotel mit immer gutgelaunten engagierten Angestellten sowie geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Sehr schön offene und luftige Bauweise des historischen Gebäudes mit ebenfalls einladender schöner Dachterasse. Unser Zimmer mit Balkon war sehr angenehm und sauber, das Frühstück war sehr gut und alles zu einem tollen Preis!!!

Aunque la habitación solicitada no estaba disponible, nos dieron una de las mejores habitaciones en el hotel. Demasiado amplia, excelente ambiente, todo limpio, el personal muy amable, muy buen desayuno. Todo perfecto.

Its a really cosy place in the old town and the swimmingpool on the roof-top is great.

When we paid the room using visa card the receptionist told me that the first payment didnt go through, so we had to repeat. A couple of days later I could se that both payments had gone through - in other words that we had paid for the room two times. I therefore contacted the hotel and asked them to return the money from the double payment to my acount. It takes them endlessly to anser - and that they will look into that. And then again endlessly not to return. I dont know if it an intended scam or if it is just really bad service - but they should have returned the money to my account long since. It is kind of sad because we actually really like the hotel and it is the second time we came back. But this - is really not ok!

We enjoyed staying here. Rooms are basic but very good value and the location is great, right next to loads of restaurants and bars. Facilities are quite dated and our air conditioning unit didn't work properly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is quite basic but nice to have it included. A decent place to stay for a night or two before heading to Tayrona/Minca.

The location is really nice, very close to the main restaurants and places in the center. The staff was really kind and helpful; the breakfast was great too and despite being in a hot city they had hot water in the shower which is always nice.

They have a rooftop which is kind of abandoned, there they have the pool which was ok, not great, just ok. The views up there on the rooftop are great and the place is nice but is dirty and should be paid more attention. In Antero room, which was the room I stayed, you can see from outside the window straight to the bathroom as the curtain doesn't get to the wall. The ac was ok too; it's pretty small so the fan is necessary to use at least while the ac is cooling.

El lava manos tiene muchas fugas de agua, la ducha es incómoda por qué no tiene cortina o puerta, a la hr del check Out ni había nadie en recepción así q me tocó perder mi bus para Cartagena y buscar en recepción las llaves del candado de la puerta para poder salir.
