Un séjour d'une perfection absolue ! La gentillesse et la qualité du service sublime ce lieu magique, havre de paix niché dans le calme de la palmeraie. Chaque espace est intimiste, décoré avec goût, et participe à l'immersion. Les différents espaces de bar et restaurant satisfaiseront les palais les plus exigeants. Le hammam traditionnel est une expérience à faire absolument. Le personnel est attentionné, procurant un rituel d'une douceur incroyable. Que dire des chambres, nichées dans leurs espaces respectifs loin des regards, un petit cocon dans lequel on aime se retrouver. Shokran bzzef 🙏🏻

Un vrai Jardin d’Eden ! Tant par son architecture que par sa tranquillité sans oublier Yoshi un chat si attachant et exceptionnel !

Rien concernant l’établissement .. cependant le non respect du règlement concernant la tranquillité des lieux par certains parents accompagnés d’enfants très bruyants.

They really need to sort out their coffee,it was awful and such a surprise as all the food we had was exceptionally good . Some of the staff are a bit abrupt , I don’t know is if this is because we are English and they are happier / more comfortable speaking in French. Also I was surprised when we left that we weren’t asked about our experience and whether we had enjoyed our stay. This is in my experience is pretty standard.

The garden and the pool of the hotel are wonderful. You really disconnect from second 1. The staff is absolutely professional and sincerely warm. They make you feel at home whether it’s your first stay or sixth stay (yeap that’s the risk: if you try this hotel you may want to come back over and over again…). Also, hygiene is really good there, never had any issues.

The WiFi in some part of several rooms is not so good. We know you don’t come here to work but sometimes you don’t really have a choice/ have a last minute visio call and then it’s tricky to have a smooth connection.

I consider myself to be pretty well travelled and this is one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed. It's like an idyllic garden with different villas/riads which has an authentic natural charm. It really is absolutely beautiful. Everything was superb. The staff are attentive, the surroundings are so relaxing, and the food and drinks are also excellent.

Nothing. You could say it's more on the pricey side in terms of a longer stay (I only stayed for two nights) but you really do get what you pay for and more!

It is such a calm and tranquil oasis just outside the buzz of the city centre. The pool and grounds are stunning and our room was really comfortable.

The rooms would benefit from some more colour and artefacts/pictures/wall hangings/rugs etc to make them feel more luxurious. We had a grey sofa in our room when there are so many beautiful fabrics and colours from the area that would have suited the room better. A big rug and lots of locally inspired wall art would give the room an extra special feel.

Our tub did not drain well and there were lots of ants in it when we arrived. The staff took care of the ants but the drainage was still a problem

The food, especially breakfast and dinner was delicious. The staff were professional and friendly. The hotel wasn’t huge.

Saturday lunch times are busy with change over. Some rooms Need a bit of tlc - our overhead shower didn’t work. We were put in a room right by the mosque and as much as we find the prayers comforting, we were woken too early for a holiday. Unfortunately, we would have had to pay a premium to move on the 2nd night as there were no equivalent rooms available so we stayed. On our second evening we had to cancel our last night as we were suddenly called home to my father who was dying. I understand that we had paid upfront for the rooms so it was unlikely, but the receptionist told us to contact booking.com. Once home when I tried, booking.com contacted the hotel who told them that they wouldn’t reimburse us. I then emailed to hotel directly and heard nothing back.

We had an amazing stay at Les Deux Tours. If you're looking for somewhere peaceful to completely switch off, this place is hard to beat. The grounds are simply stunning-beautifully maintained, with lush gardens and a real sense of privacy. The pool was definitely one of our favourite parts of the stay. It's large, surrounded by beautiful trees, with plenty of sun loungers. It's without a doubt one of the highlights of the hotel. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, always happy to help and making us feel well looked after throughout our stay. We can't praise them enough-they go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Every member of the team was attentive, helpful, and incredibly friendly. The food was excellent too, with delicious breakfasts and great evening meals. If you're looking for a beautiful, quiet place to relax, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Les Deux Tours. We'll definitely be coming back next year! An amazing stay from start to finish!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, set in lush gardens, with lovely interiors. It's a very peaceful and relaxing hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The therapists in the spa were delightful. Really enjoyed my facial. Such a treat staying here. I would recommend.

Because of the location (car ride away from the medina), dining options are restricted to the restaurants on site. The meals were good, but we were only staying for 3 nights. Might be an issue in terms variety if you were staying for longer.

Les Deux Tours felt like stepping into a quieter, more poetic version of Morocco. The pool area was stunning, breakfast each morning felt generous and relaxed, and the staff made the whole stay feel incredibly warm and personal.

The location is a little removed from the centre of Marrakech, so you need to rely on taxis if you want to move around often.

Loved everything!! 😍Pool was amazing, our room was spectacular, the food was awesome and the staff were incredibly kind. Family friendly and luxurious. Turtles, peacocks and goats on the property added interest for the kids. Will definitely be back!

That we had to leave … 😉 we tried to extend our stay but they were sold out. So will need to come back next year.

Absolument tout est exceptionnel. Le service, le personnel juste incroyable, le temps s’arrête en ces lieux .. tout est propre et chaque rencontre est un merveilleux souvenir. Le service de navette est très utile pour les escapades en villes. Je ne remercierai jamais assez le personnel aux petits soins. Mon épouse et moi étions malades depuis Paris, malgré notre séjour a été merveilleux. Super petit déjeuner au passage où vous pouvez faire des rencontres inattendues (voir photo)

The location was perfect. 20 minute drive away from the bustle of the Medina. The gardens were beautiful. The rooms were fabulous. We had a private little garden. The bar area a quiet oasis.

Unfortunately the flies were a problem when eating outside.

There was nothing not to like! Exceptional food, wonderful staff, beautiful grounds, peace amongst the sensory overload of the city. We will recommend and hopefully return!

Quel hôtel de rêve à taille humaine, accueil charmant, jardins luxuriants où tout est pensé pour le confort et le repos. La piscine était très propre et bien grande, et également bien chauffée. Le staff est à la fois vraiment très gentil et professionnel, la décoration est faite avec beaucoup de goût et les propositions de restaurant très sympathiques. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir, cette fois-ci avec nos enfants !

Vraiment peu de chose à redire. Juste une suggestion : un terrain de pétanque pourrait être une addition très sympa ! Et la carte des vins au verre est limitée, mais ça va encore.

I loved the garden and the animals all over the property. Peacock , frogs, turtles. The staff was great and helpful. I loved the deco of the restaurants and the sushi corner. Sushi’s were excellents.

Mattress not was comfy, a bit too old. The dinner restaurant and the pool restaurant were both average. Breakfast is good but not a lot of choices... Fruits are not the best quality. The massage at the Spa was catastrophic. A big disappointment. Gym room is too old. Machines also. Yoga mats are very old too and should be replaced … The sunbeds were not high quality according to the hotel category. No mattresses. Too many kids in the pool for a couple Stay, more a family spot than a romantic one. If you want to go out a lot at night to the Medina, avoid staying here. Too far and too much traffic.

Beautiful room, extremely spacious with huge comfy bed. Pool area was lovely and the breakfast menu had a great choice. Special shout out to the peacocks!

Hotel is outside the medina and taxi costs vary considerably, which can make going back and forth expensive.

Séjour exceptionnel dans un cadre magnifique et apaisant. Un accueil et un accompagnement remarquables de la part de Maryam, toujours attentive tout au long du séjour. Kamal, notre chauffeur, s’est distingué par sa ponctualité et ses explications passionnantes sur la Palmeraie. Service irréprochable également avec Ismaïl et Icham, toujours aux petits soins. La cuisine est d’un excellent niveau : produits frais du jardin, plats raffinés et savoureux (Salammbo, Pergola), sans oublier des cocktails parfaitement réalisés. Un véritable havre de paix.

Le seul point négatif : devoir repartir en France !

Overpriced food of bad quality. The quality of the food does not match the pricing. They have a vegetable garden on site but there was a lack of fresh fruit and vegetables across the menu. As the location is so remote most meals were at the hotel, they tried to be fancy with their menu but it really does not land. Reception staff very rude and often forgot requests They need better reception training and a menu revamp. They run a shuttle into medina, for whatever reason they drop off a 40min walk away from the medina. They are so close and the place looks great, they just need to review their food/service.

Außergewöhnlich freundliches Personal, wunderschöne Anlage sehr weitläufig, stilvoll konisch und ein wirklich ausgezeichnetes Restaurant sowohl mit marokkanischer also auch westlicher Küche. In 15 Minuten ist man in der Medina. Also auch die Lage ist hervorragend.

This is a beautifully designed hotel set in tranquil park-like gardens with delightful places to relax and dine. The main swimming pool (heated) is superb. It offers a paradise environment to unwind. The most comfortable beds and bed linen we have ever enjoyed, anywhere. Loved the French touches, such as charming floor tiling. Attractive candlelit restaurant. A very well maintained property with attentive staff.

The location is quite far from the main square and souks of Marrakesh which is good for a relaxing, quiet time... but not for sightseeing. The free shuttles drops you off a long, hot 20 mins walk away from the square, not sure why so far? If sightseeing is a priority, suggest splitting your stay with a more central hotel/ riad. Once at the property you are pretty isolated, so likely you'll dine in. My husband (meat-eater) thought the food choice was fine and loved it, but I (vegetarian) had very limited options which was frustrating as all quite expensive. The arch to our room was far too low (we are average heights) and we banged our heads badly several times.

Gorgeous gardens and traditional architecture and a terrific long swimming pool plus long planted pools with families of terrapins and tiny frogs! Eating glorious breakfasts on the terrace with visiting peacock and a cocktail in the very cosy bar (and if warm enough outside on the bar terrace . Plus a splendid bedroom and a very comfortable large enough for six!

Coffee was poor and at this price point would expect a coffee machine and some fresh milk in the rooms. Outside meal times nowhere to get a small snack - the only shop sells souvenirs and clothes .

The staff were excellent
