The Boho Oasis

The place was beautiful, clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was provided. The space had a relaxing atmosphere and was exactly what we needed for our stay. Eric was also a great host and made the experience easy and welcoming.

Everything was great overall. I don’t have any major complaints about our stay.

Eric and Alex were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable hosts who made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The home was spotless, located in a safe and convenient area, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally cozy, the shower was fantastic, and the backyard was a great place to relax and unwind. I was traveling by motorcycle, and they graciously accommodated a 30-minute early check-in, which made a huge difference. It gave me a little extra time to rest, clean up, and get settled before my friend picked me up. That thoughtful gesture really exemplified the level of care they show their guests. I truly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely book again. Highly recommended!

Clean and comfortable beds

The room was spotless and it had everything a person would need. I absolutely loved the self check-in. It made it easy and convenient. I also loved how quiet it was there.

There wasn't much I didn't like. I believe this type of unit would be better in a different area of Windsor or even Tecumseh. It is unique and beautiful. This is a small change I would make. I would put a shoe rack at each door instead of having one. It would alleviate the people from leaving the rug barefoot or with socks to put their shoes inside, plus it gives each unit their own shoe rack without having to share one.

The host made it easy to enter our room with an electronic locking system. All information for accessing the unit was provided via text and email. The host had exceptional communication skills.

The comfortability and quiet neighbours

Everything. It was perfect! Extremely clean. I am a fanatic about cleanliness and this place was spotless. Very comfortable. Everything we needed. Eric was an excellent host. We were there for one of our grandchildren’s ball tournaments.. We hope you have the opportunity to stay there again as we are constantly travelling with their sports.

The location was great. And the shower pressure was amazing. It’s the small things in life!

No coffee maker

The host was attentive without being invasive. Quick to answer questions and offered great suggestions via booklet.

I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely apartment in Windsor, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my stay. I made a last-minute booking due to some weather issues, and the owner was incredibly accommodating, which was a relief as I was delayed by a snowstorm and didn’t arrive until 2 AM. Despite the late hour, the owner was always available and communicative, making sure everything was perfect for my stay. The space itself is modern, updated, and comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, which was much needed after such a long journey. I was also really glad I decided to check out Windsor—it turned out to be a much more interesting and refreshing change compared to my initial plan to stay in Ann Arbor for a few days. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Windsor. A fantastic experience all around!

There was no oven. Well, I should say the oven wasn’t available for use, but you could use the stove top . If I were to come back and stay for a week, I would need use of the oven so I’m not eating out every day.

Incredibly clean and spotless space, looked and felt like it was an extremely well taken care of property. The bed was huge and so so comfy! Absolutely worth the price and I would recommend this spot over a hotel room any day of the week!

The bathroom not having a door was ... interesting, but would have been nice to maybe have a curtain or something for those who are a little more shy. It was still nice and private though

I stayed in Apartment A and it was super cute! They definitely made this basement apartment feel like a boho hotel. Very clean, fresh feeling, fully equipped kitchen for cooking and so many charming details. Eric met me at my car and carried my bags down for me! 10/10 would recommend. Great value.

The location was ok for us. It was an 8 minute Uber Ride to get to the Coliseum for our concert. Our host was very responsive Parking was great. The apartment was impeccable and had everything we needed.

Check out was 10am, which was unexpected and too early. Our host was kind enough to give us an 11:00am checkout.

This appartment is really wonderful. From the booking, over the check in, the stay, contact and support from Eric, until check out: All worked out perfectly. We enjoyed the three days staying there. The appartment is brand new, enough room and fully equipped with all you need. The location is very quiet, in a living area. To the detroit river it is just a short way. There is a beautiful riverwalk in a very nice park. Ist is a very good start point to explore Windsor or Detroit. The owner is a very friendly person, really takes care for all questions and wishes. We can strongly recommend the Boho Oasis. We had a wonderful time here. Our rate is for shure the highest: 10 stars!!!

Eric is a really great host!!! We have rented many spaces in the area and this one takes first place as our favourite. The bed is extremely comfortable, the place was tastefully decorated and not cluttered and it was well ventilated and temperature controlled. Despite it being a basement, it never felt like you were in a basement as there was an incredible amount of natural lighting and the space felt super fresh. We are hoping to be back soon!!

The property was well located in a quite residential neighbourhood with several restaurants a few mins drive away Extremely clean apartment and very well stocked with tea, coffee & hot chocolate. It also has all plateware, glassware & cutlery. I had to work for a few hours & the work space set up was comfortable with a desk & table lamp. Also, some interesting books & magazines were kept which was a good late night read. The washroom was really clean.

Entering the basement at night was slightly confusing & lacked good lighting. Definitely some work needed to make the entrance as pretty & clean as the apartment itself

Need a better assortment of pillows, they were all thick and firm (four the same). Need some smaller softer ones. The bed was very firm (good!) but there was a bit of a dent towards the center. The mini firidge was very noisy when it turned on at night.

The Boho Oasis is a little treasure of an Airbnb! A tastefully decorated, comfortable and impeccably clean space with all of the amenities that you could possibly need! The devil is in the detail and this host has out done themselves with detail. Highly recommend!

Entrance was a little steep

The location was perfect for where I had to work for the days I was there. The bed was comfy and the other amenities were exactly what I expected and needed for my stay. The information that was available for me as a traveler was welcomed.

The TV in the room didn't have cable (or if it did then I didn't figure it out) so I wasn't able to watch live TV.

The host did not allow kids at all on the property. This made my stay in Windsor a bit challenging but the property overall was nice.

It was very clean and adorable place. Had just about everything you need including small fridge. I didn’t see a coffee maker though. Eric was very polite.

They should have a hand railing when going down the cement stairwell. Also first impressions of stairwell was not good, I would spruce it up a bit. We felt like we had to whisper since the place was in the basement. I was going to pay when I arrived, but my payment was already taken out before I got there, I was not happy about that.

This place is tucked away on a quiet residential street. The inside was beautifully designed and meticulously planned, there is everything that you may need on a short or longer visit to feel cozy, cook dinner etc. The bed is incredibly comfortable and the shower has great water pressure. It was spotless and well lit, i would definitely recommend this space.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Boho Oasis. The place has everything you would need. Is very very clean. We had such a great sleep, the bed is sooo comfy. Eric is very helpful and attentive. Definitely would recommend staying here
