Too much walking to get to our hotel tower. However we were able to borrow a wheelchair at the concierge desk so I was then able to push my husband in the wheelchair.

Walk was extremely long for check in especially for someone with limited mobility. Restaurants did not have items available that were on special and other items could not be served plain for people with dietary restrictions. All the EXTRA charges without prior notification.

Self parking very poor. Room service, is for only every three days; that sucks. :(

Upon arrival, we were told by an employee to drag our luggage thru the casino to the lobby. We asked for help -none available. Luckily a guest helped us. I am 80 years old This was a terrible experience. Upon checkout we were directed to a different, closer way. It was still a hassle but better than the casino route

Nice big room, free parking

They only clean the room every three days, which meant we didn’t get our room cleaned or our towels replaced, and there wasn’t enough air circulation for the towels to dry. Also, no clear directions on how to get from the parking to the hotel entrance, so we walked hundreds of meters through the casino, going up and down stairs following signs to the hotel desk

Spago has great pasta! The room was nicely decorated and very clean.

The casino is fun, although some tables weren't open during the morning. I also wish the shower was larger.

There was peace and quiet on the floor I started on , I really liked the gym for my workouts , the staff was great the valet workers go above and beyond there duties , the waitresses and the restaurants were excellent also

Spago restaurant was good, and the price of the hotel was ok.

NOTHING is accessible if you're with a child. (1) When I initially reserved, I indicated that I was travelling with a 7 year old, and chose the option for a room to be assigned on arrival. At check-in, they said I had booked in the Forum Tower, which was adult-only, and the Augustus Tower that allows families is full, but that they would have to figure something out. Then, reproachfully, they said that I should be booking the Augustus Tower if travelling with kids. I explained that I had booked Assign Room on Arrival, and it should not give me that option if only the Augustus Tower was available to us. They disgruntledly found a room. (2) We go to the our room in the Augustus Tower, and it was not clean. There was dried pee on the toilet seat and hair on the wall of the shower. (3) In the pictures of the hotel, it showed a big pool and hot tub. I call the concierge to find out where it is. Instead I learn that it is adult only and there is no pool for kids. (4) Almost none of the many restaurants (except Spago) allow kids since they are located in the casino building and children cannot walk through the casino to get to the restaurants. I was shocked. Spago did allow kids but it was fully booked for the two nights we were there. The concierge would simply connect me to Spago, rather than try to assist me in getting a reservation there, especially considering NONE of the other restaurants were accessible to us. (5) There is no room service available at this hotel, but they told us that we could order breakfast / lunch from a Cafe in the hotel and go pick up the food. My husband had to return early, and I was at the hotel alone with my daughter for one day. I ordered food from the Cafe, then called the concierge to find out where it is. It's in the casino and we can't get to it with a child. I asked what I should do since I was alone and had to take her. They said I needed to cancel and order UberEats. Overall, if you have kids, DO NOT GO TO THIS...

did not care for the room cleaning sign stated would clean after third night. never showed up. all ask the front desk about a couple of things we needed in the room. Had to go down as two time before items were brought up.

Very clean, pool and hot tub were great, complete locker room with sauna and fitness center. Fast elevators. River room view was spectacular. Super kind staff.

Worst beds in the world. Paying for luxury level I was expecting much better mattresses. I slept in top of all the covers looking for comfort; ended up on the couch. I have been to many casinos across the US and Canada. This was by far the tightest leaving no room for fun.

Room was dirty. Check in was not professional (2nd attempt was great) No welcome acknowledgement for first time guests to the hotel.

When we first checked in, our room smelled like cigarette smoke. We were told by the front desk initially that there was nothing they could do. The manager called a few moments later and moved us to a different room, but it still smelled musty and slightly like cigarettes, but definitely not as bad. The person walking us to the room tried to blame it on the wildfires, but that was definitely not the case. We then got a loud knock on the door at 3:15am, waking us up from our sleep. They were bringing a air purifier, but it was way too late to provide one.

To be honest for charges I expected better services and hospitality. We asked for boiling kettle from check in we didn't receive it till next day

My room had a disturbing, funky smell. I think it was the carpeting. The bathroom had a strong mildew/mold smell. I complained about it on checkout and was met with total apathy. The agent said "I'll make a note for housekeeping." Anyone with mobility issues is going to have a rough time at this place. The distance from parking to registration, to my room was endlessly long, involving stairs, escalators, elevators and lots and lots of walking. I'd hoped to stay in the room and order dinner via room service, which was frustrating and, seemingly, impossible, unless goes down and picks it up themselves. Also, the "self-parking" garage was ludicrously designed and poorly marked, leaving guests driving in circles, trying to exit.

The extra charges for "gaming." We came to meet friends and didn't use the casino but still had to pay this fee. I would not stay again. Also, we arrived early and were told we could check in - for an additional $50! Who does that? I don't mind waiting if the room is not ready, but why do they need to charge you if the room is ready?

The hotel and casino were both very clean, and all of the staff that we interacted with were very courteous and friendly. We had a very enjoyable time!

We only stayed for one night! Next time we'll stay longer.

This is our fourth time staying at Caesars, and we absolutely love it. Even with two kids who aren’t allowed in many parts of the resort since much of it is adults-only we always have a great time. The morning lineups at Tim Hortons are massive, and I think they could use some extra staff during peak hours. The Italian restaurant, however, is truly outstanding Michelin-star quality food and service. Everything was excellent. We will definitely stay here again.

That casears comped front row concert ticket to older people guessing in diamond club who did not know music ruined the vibe. Somone was paying their electric bill on their phone....Probably will not return to venue for concerts it was rude and disrespectful to artist. Also USB was broken in room could not charge phone.

The parking garage was a little hectic but I believe it’s under construction because it is usually fine.

The view was fantastic. I was able to look across the river and enjoy an international cityscape panoramic eye full. The entertainment was world class. DEVO just an elevator ride away. This trip was the peak of de-evolution.

I wish the six restaurants had more vegan options.

Practically no amenities. In room coffee was one of those awful teabag style machines. No room service or access to food without going into the casino. Very inconvenient to access the hotel without going through the casino.

Miles from car park. They charge 25 a day just to get your luggage to the bottom of the tower because you have to valet park. Valet used to mean luggage taken to your room now they watch an old woman struggle to lift a case out of the trunk. They also charge 25 a day resort fee. For what god knows because you get zero for it. You cant us the pool as it would be a long way to and from. Its a very long way to the cafe and that shuts by 6. Meals are 64 in some restaurants. There is nothing to do if you dont gamble. Nowhere to walk to. Its a rough area. I went to see a show and should have only stayed that night. A very boring place and would never return

Location with lovely walking path right it the front door at the river. The hotel was clean, neat and had friendly staff. There were lots of restaurants to choose from and a huge variety of machines to play.

We had an awful experience at Spago Restaurant. Unfortunately we ended up walking out because of very poor service. The restaurant wasn’t overly busy. The hostess was great having us wait for a much nicer table. It was well worth it. It took a long time for us to even get water. Our order was taken and we had been sitting and waiting just shy of 30 minutes before we decided to walk out as we hadn’t yet had the drinks we ordered. We were seated at 6:13 and it was 6:45 and still no drinks. 2 couples, seated after us, already had their appetizers.

Although parking is free, you have to walk a ways through the casino. They have valet parking but we didn’t know about that until we checked out.
