We were welcomed very warmly; Ahmet was extremely helpful. He explained everything we needed to know for sightseeing in the city. We had never experienced such a delightful welcome before. The accommodation and location were excellent.

A equipe é, sem dúvida, um dos grandes diferenciais da hospedagem. A gentileza, atenção e disponibilidade são realmente fora do comum. Tivemos um gesto que nos marcou muito: foram até o supermercado próximo para nos ajudar, caso tivéssemos alguma dificuldade com a língua, sem sequer termos pedido. Um cuidado que demonstra o quanto se preocupam com os hóspedes. Os quartos são muito espaçosos e confortáveis, com ar-condicionado excelente, chuveiro com água bem quente e frigobar. Tudo muito bem cuidado. O cafe era maravilhoso!!! Adoramos a experiência e certamente voltaríamos!

L’emplacement est idéal, au pied de la rivière et proche de toute l’animation. En revanche, attention : la route d’accès s’est effondrée. Il faut donc prendre de petits transporteurs qui peuvent vous ramener jusqu’en haut, puis compter environ 15 minutes de marche pour rejoindre le logement. Le transport coûte 30 DH. Les travaux devraient normalement commencer prochainement et durer plusieurs mois. Je vous déconseille également de vous garer à proximité, car la route est très étroite et vous risquez de retrouver votre véhicule abîmé. Le petit-déjeuner peut être pris sur la terrasse à l’arrière, face au champ, ce qui est très agréable. Enfin, le personnel est toujours présent, disponible et répond à toutes les demandes. Je tiens vraiment à les remercier pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse.

Lovely clean and spacious apartment we had the ground 3 bedroom apartment was great the kids loved it lots of free street parking.grocery shop next door and bakery opposite which is open till 1-2 am.walking distance to the centre which we done twice in 2 days.the breakfast was really good the tea with mint was lovely and fresh orange juice. The person on the reception do definatly go out of there way to help others they gave us directions and a list so we just go in a circle and dont miss anything while sight seeing. Will definatly be going here again soon

From beginning to end, the hospitality displayed was amazing. Every tour detail was well thought and supported with links to ensure a smooth travel. The breakfast was outstanding, opens at 08:00 am. The transport mode (taxi) to the main sight-seeing site(s) is @ 20-30 dirhams. The bus service "CTM" from Tangier to Chefchaoen was interesting to say the least (motion sickness medication highly recommended for the weak - bring your own disposal bag) and walking distance from the terminal to the hotel (@ 15 minutes - uphill). We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Maison d'Hotes Afassi for their kind time and consideration!

La maison d'hôtes Afassi est parfaite. Nous avons été extrêmement bien accueillies. Nous étions 3, les hôtes nous ont donné une chambre plus confortable que ce qui était prévu avec 3 lits différents. Les hôtes sont d'une extrême gentillesse. Ils vous fourniront une liste d'endroits à voir ainsi que des adresses de restaurants.

前台的小伙又帅英文又好，讲了很多参观要点，提供了详细链接。给我们升级一个大房间，两张大床，空调给力，卫生好，还有冰箱可用，还有电视机可看。屋顶早饭完美。有停车位。在古城外，不用提着行李走楼梯，进城10几分钟步行，很方便。在蓝色小镇吃到了便宜好吃的摩洛哥菜，超值！！强烈推荐这家民宿。

Sin duda repetiria, aunque no está en el mismo centro, por muy poco te dejan en la puerta de la medina y tiene la ventaja de estar fuera del bullicio. Recomendable 100%

The staff are very friendly. The breakfast was satisfying, and the rooftop view is also great.

The facilities were clean and comfortable, but it seems there were a few fleas. My whole family was bitten. Everything was satisfactory, but this part was disappointing.

The location was not far from the bus station and just a short walk to the town center. The staff were amazing and took care of every need. They served a fantastic breakfast on the rooftop with the most beautiful mountain views. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

This was by far the best accomadations we had on our Morocco trip. The staff were tremendously kind, friendly, and helpful in recommending good places to visit and restaurants to eat at in Chefchaouen. The breakfast was also great and the room was clean and comfortable.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Ahmet and Simo were knowledgeable about the area and very conversant in English. Breakfast on the rooftop was sumptous with good service. Chefchoen is an old city with lots of ups and downs and as long as you have good walking shoes should not be a problem. Plenty to see and do. Loved the Hotel Afassi---people made all the difference.

Great location, can walk . We initially thought the neighborhood might be unsafe, but it was actually very safe. Everything is within walking distance, with plenty of small shops nearby. They were very thoughtful, provided clear and helpful information that saves you time . Breakfast was delicious.

The property is on a steep street, so you’ll need to walk uphill to reach it. This may be challenging for older guests or those with limited mobility, but it’s only about 150 meters.

The place is in a great location within walking distance of the main attractions. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. They provided us with an excellent itinerary for exploring Chefchaouen, which made our trip much more enjoyable.

Struttura bellissima, arredata con gusto e pulitissima. Siamo stati in una stanza che in realtà era un mini appartamento, comodissima e fresca. Degna di nota la gentilezza di Osman, che ci ha accolti con una bottiglietta di acqua fresca a testa, una rosa per le donne del gruppo e un bel sorriso.

Simo and Osman (the boys on reception) couldn’t have done more to welcome us and help us before and during our stay. The information they provided included a very useful WhatsApp tour of the medina, local recommendations and booking a driver for our onward journey. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely, and because we were leaving early on our final day, they provided us with a very generous breakfast box. A highlight of our trip was watching the World Cup with them in the hotel foyer! Thank you so much.

The beds were a little small in our room, but as big as would fit in the room (to be fair). Other than that, it was lovely.

Simo and Osman were fantastic! They were very accommodating, giving as a complimentary upgrade and a welcome rose each. The location is excellent, a walking distance from the CTM bus station, which was convenient for our one night stay in the beautiful Chefchaouen. We were given recommendations on where to go, restaurants and even support with booking for a spa. My sisters and I enjoyed our stay, especially the breakfast on the rooftop. Thank you.

First, the staff were so very attentive, excellent advice, accommodations were comfortable, the roof top was beautiful to stay for a rest, tea, breakfast, We were given a google map list of places to eat and must see historical sites, it was close to the old part of the blue city. The helpfulness was above and beyond. Overall I would recommend this place.

There is not anything worth mentioning here because nothing is perfect, and we had everything we needed from them, and more.

Skvěle umístěný hotel v centru města. Jde vidět, že se zde o něj starají, byl poměrně hezky opravený a uklizený. Dobrá snídaně. Parkování v uličce naproti hotelu. Největší přednost je ale personál, hlavně Simou, který se vším rád pomohl a dokázal poradit. Navedl nás k parkování, pomohl s kufry a potom ještě pomohl s místy, která ve městě navštívit a které byly i zaslané v mapě. Dokonce nám i poradil s místy, kde se najíst! Tohle byly věci, za které jsme byli nejvíc vděční.

Některým místům uvnitř hotelu by slušela nová omítka, jinak není, co vytknout.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, with lots of great suggestions about sights to see. The room was really comfortable and spotlessly clean. I arrived by bus so I liked that the hotel is just 4 minutes from the station which avoids a huge uphill walk with luggage for hotels inside the Medina

All the rooms are upstairs and the roof top is 6 flights up...72 steps! But that is typical in Morocco.

The hotel is located very near to CTM bus station in Chefshaoun, although it is a bit further away from the main Medina. The boys at the reception (Simo, Ahmed and Osman) were extremely hospital. Upon arrival, Simo was kind enough to offer some water bottles, nice rose buds for my wife and daughter and toys for 2 sons. He also gave info about the places to take pics inside the medina & gave a little late check out too, as our bus to Tangier was around 1.45 p.m. The family room was extremely spacious with a small living area with a sofa and 3 rooms (2 rooms with double beds and 1 room with 2 single beds). Breakfast lady was very friendly too and the breakfast was alright although the quantity was bit too tight. Further, given the fact that oranges are in abundance in Chefshaoun (even there are orange trees on the streets), a jug of fresh orange juice would have been nicer for 5 of us than just 1 glass per each person. Overall, it was a nice stay and thank you everyone for your kind hospitality.

The bathroom was not very modern and breakfast quantity could be improved with more fresh orange juice.

Geweldig familie hotel nabij het centrum van Chefchaouen. In 15 minuten lopen ben je in de medina. We werden hartelijk ontvangen met flesjes water en een rode roos voor de dame. Grote kamer met een apart zitgedeelte en een apart slaapgedeelte. Bed was aan de harde kant, alleen hebben we er niet minder om geslapen. Wel wat lawaai van de straat, onze kamer lag aan de straatzijde. Een goed ontbijt in de ochtend wat genuttigd kon worden op het prachtige dakterras. Super vriendelijke mensen, een fijne ervaring!

And it was quite a long walk to the central plaza with a steep part, for my mother (78) not quite convenient. It almost tends to taking a taxi to the center ....

Othman hat uns unglaublich herzlich empfangen. Er kam uns sogar auf der Straße entgegen und geleitete uns direkt in die Garage, wo unser Motorrad sicher unterstellen konnten. Zur Begrüßung gab es erst einmal Wasser und wir durften sogar früher ins Zimmer- ein wirklich toller Service. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr gemütlich und super sauber.Besonders hilfreich war die Besichtigungstour per WhatsApp, mit der man die Stadt wunderbar selbstständig erkunden konnte.Das Frühstück war fantastisch und auf der traumhaften Dachterrasse ein echtes Highlight. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.Vielen lieben Dank für alles!

Lo staff sia in reception che in colazione sono sicuramente un plus per la struttura. La stanza in sé un po' anonima, poteva essere una camera di albergo qualsiasi in qualsiasi nazione, ma era pulita, ordinata e spaziosa. Colazione eccellente, ricca e di qualità. Struttura non proprio vicina alla medina, per raggiungere il centro città si inizia subito con una "bella" salita, circa 15 minuti a piedi.

Lo mejor del lugar es el personal. Especialmente Ahmed que nos ha tratado muy bien desde el principio siempre alegre. Nos dio a elegir entre varias habitaciones y se tomó el tiempo de enviarnos una lista con los lugares a visitar paso por paso más recomendaciones varias de lugares para comer, etc. Las habitaciones espaciosas y limpias. Tienen una nevera que no siempre es fácil de encontrar y para calentar agua. Te indican donde aparcar( gratis) el coche a unos pasos del hotel lo cual es muy práctico. Esta a unos 15 min del centro histórico lo que para nosotros estuvo bien y nos ahorramos el estrés del estacionamiento. El desayuno muy completo y la terraza es muy bonita ! Lo recomiendo sin dudar para una visita a la ciudad azul 💙

Tenete conto che la maggior parte delle strutture non hanno ascensore, nel caso aveste problemi a fare le scale (per noi non lo era)

Wat een heerlijk verblijf was dit. We werden fijn ontvangen en voordat we het wisten hadden we al een hele tour voor de volgende dag met locaties in Whatsapp. Gastheren waren ontzettend hulpvaardig en attent. Dakterras boven was fantastisch.

Absolutely wonderful hospitality.

Wir durften unsere Motorräder sicher in der Garage parken. Der Gastgeber war außerordentlich freundlich und bemüht. Wir haben über WhatsApp eine ausgearbeitete Besichtigungstour durch Chefchaouen mit Sehenswürdigkeiten und tollen Restaurantvorschlägen bekommen. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse war hervorragend und übertraf unsere Erwartungen!

Mir hat die Atmosphäre und die herzliche Freundlichkeit von Simo .besonders gefallen. Außerdem gibt es eine sichere Halle zum Abstellen für Motorräder und ein reichhaltiges Frühstück

Ich hätte gerne auf der Dachterrasse gefrühstückt, allerdings hat mir das Wetter einen Strich durch die Rechnung gemacht.

There’s a walking route through the beautiful old town of Chefchaouen prepared for you, which you receive upon arrival. Personally, I would like to thank the staff member Hajar, who made me feel at home in this enchanting city in a truly magical way… You don’t just experience Morocco through its nature and ancient traditions, but above all through Moroccan people like Hajar…
