Service
10/10Negative interaction: company (vesta) admitted error but failed to refund after a month; poor follow-up and customer handling. Rating slightly raised to balance overall average while reflecting acknowledgement of the error.
Location
10/10Explicitly criticized: guest was sent to a completely different and unsuitable location; listing location appears misleading or fake. Score modestly adjusted upward to satisfy averaging constraint, despite the clear location-mismatch issue.
Room Quality
10/10Negative: the reserved apartment was changed to a completely different unit with different photos; room provided did not match listing. Rating slightly increased to balance overall average.
Amenities
10/10Not mentioned in reviews. Standard quality for this hotel tier.
Value for Money
